My only issue is that if they are busy, you can expect to spend about 45 minutes to an hour waiting. There aren't many employees, and there's only one machine to test out games and game systems. So if you're trying to trade in a game, I highly recommend doing it during the week when it's less crowded. If you try to do it on the weekend, expect to spend about 45 minutes or more. Overall, I do recommend this place over GameStop. Their customer service is great, and they always do a good job.

For instance, I purchase a Disney Nuimo that sells for about $20 brand new for only $10, which makes sense as it is a used item. But, what I tend to see with more recent resellers is that they would sell that same item for $30 simply because "you can only buy it in the parks." I will certainly be back in the future.
