If you're building your own train layout absolutely every single accessory you need is here including paint. I was even surprised to see large pilot heads for large model planes. If you're not a hobbyist any of these items would certainly make a great gift. Model cars are perfect for even a child over 10 and will expand their minds. Today, we visited because Tim needed a very specific green paint. After looking for awhile, I found it and it was a good price. The only downside is sometimes the paint prices are way higher that what you will get online (a difference of $5-10$), so we will check forst, and if we can get the same paint for $6, it'll be like $17 here. Which is kinda weird to me because the store is so big, and always pretty active, so it doesn't make sense to have such a significant difference in price. That's my only issue. otherwise, the place is clean, the customer service reps are all very knowledgeable and helpful, and you can expect to have a friendly conversation regarding your purchases. Wonderful Help in the Fabric Section!…read more I stopped by Hobby Lobby recently looking for fabric for a ceiling canopy project I'm working on at home. I completely forgot to take pictures, but I still wanted to leave a review because Jennifer in the fabric section was so kind and helpful. She took the time to help me pick out a fabric that would work well for the project and made the whole process feel easy and fun. I'm honestly so happy with the fabric we chose. I'm not done with the project yet, but once it's finished I'll definitely come back and post pictures because I'm really excited about how it's turning out. The store itself is also very well organized and nicely put together, and there are so many creative goodies everywhere you look. It's one of those places where you go in for one thing and suddenly have ten new ideas. They also have really great prices, and sales which makes it even more fun to shop and try new projects.
