The store was kind of cluttered But sometimes that's a good thing although seeming cluttered Could easily find all my go to rc goodies. This hobby shop leans more to scale crawlers and truck enthusiasts They also had a lot of lexan bodies ,paint, tools ,spare parts and everything you could pretty much look for in the hobby. There was probably 2 or 3 sales associates all with Customers every time I pass one they greeted me and asked if I needed any help they let me know they would be with me in a moment. A very friendly environment I felt welcome in this hobby shop Even though it was my 1st time there. Like I said before this hobby shop has pretty much everything you could ever look for they have models they have RC stuff they're heavy on the traxxas side but they also have a lot of parts for everything else if I live in the area this will be my go to hobby store if I'm in the area I will be stopping by.

When we brought it to the counter to ask about it, we were told it was a 'factory seal error' and that the extra pack was supposedly worth $800, even though we had just paid $114 for the box. It felt misleading and raised a lot of red flags. We were able to get a refund, but the situation was awkward and poorly handled. The store itself was disorganized, and when we walked in, a group of people just sat around staring like it was strange anyone came in. Overall, it felt unprofessional and like false advertising. Would not recommend.

The manager (a mean, hateful lady) came out and immediately started reading me the riot act. she said I could park in any other spot but that I had to move from the handicap spot (never mind the fact that I was also getting ready to go shop in her store). I asked her if I was breaking any law ...she said no, but that I was on private property. I told her that I guess she did t want my money because she - apparently - got bent out of shape over a parking spot. I get it that park I g is limited, but the lot - except for my car - as TOTALLY EMPTY. then she walked off yelling with the comment of "YOU PEOPLE!" what did she mean by that?!? disabled customers (which I am)? I am a permanently disabled vet! I was just wanting to get some souvenirs on our way out of Daytona to drive home to Virginia. I went I. the store and asked her to speak to the manager. she said that SHE was the manager!!! I asked to speak to her boss ... she told me her boss was the owner. I asked for contact info for the owner, and she said that she doesn't give that out. My point is - don't get bent out of shape over a parking spot for someone who is getting ready to do business in your store in like "minutes". And - especially if you are a manager - don't tell disabled folks with a handicap tag that they can park anywhere they want but just not in the handicap spot. The "you people" comment was crazy!! I guess this owner likes managers who run off paying customers (?) that's a GREAT way to run a business!! My Experience with bobs space racers has been very good in the past. Until Now. We purchased 4 Wack…read morea Moles and THEY ARE TRASH TRASH TRASH. DO NOT BUY THESE GAMES YOU WILL HATE YOURSELF. Let me start off by saying i have had the games 11 months and that the game broke 5 minutes after we put the broken cabinets together, They didn't want to replace a cabinet since it was just the top that was broken. The electromagnetic solenoid they use creates a very fine dust that covers the inside of the game, anybody who know arcade games know that very fine metal dust is not good when is it misted all over the main board and power supply. When the dust gets on the switching board it shorts out the TIP122 Transistor, I have replaced these so many times i had to make a socket so i didn't mess the board up any more from soldering on it. The top of the game is fiberglass and it has many cracks in it. I know when customers hit a game with a mallet you are going to have problems eventually but i had my last wack a mole for 25 years and i never had a cracked top, the only reason we bought the new ones is they looked amazing and we thought i would be nice to replace some old inventory. I have talked to the owner of the company at the last IAAPA show (BTW the wack a mole at the show was broken) and he didn't have much to say except "Sorry". The games are made over seas and the quality is garbage. the games they produce in Florida seem to be excellent quality and will last a long time. they have several games made in china now and i don't think this is the way for the company to go. They have lost a customer that was buying parts and games from them and that is gone. i will tell anyone i know to stay away from the Chinese games that Bobs Space Racers sells. They did call us and offer to replace the broken parts but they called and said they were not going to do that anymore.
