This place was so great and well taken care of the cars look brand new (because they are) the employees take there jobs seriously one mistake and they apologize. I got a hood from a car and a 1:64 scale die cast all for 90-100$. There are some things that are over priced but that doesn't change anything. if I could go lower, I would. I parked in a handicap spot at this store. my daughter went across the street to a store to pick something up and then planned to come back to THIS store to spend the rest of her money as we leave town from our vacation. The manager (a mean, hateful lady) came out and immediately started reading me the riot act. she said I could park in any other spot but that I had to move from the handicap spot (never mind the fact that I was also getting ready to go shop in her store). I asked her if I was breaking any law ...she said no, but that I was on private property. I told her that I guess she did t want my money because she - apparently - got bent out of shape over a parking spot. I get it that park I g is limited, but the lot - except for my car - as TOTALLY EMPTY. then she walked off yelling with the comment of "YOU PEOPLE!" what did she mean by that?!? disabled customers (which I am)? I am a permanently disabled vet! I was just wanting to get some souvenirs on our way out of Daytona to drive home to Virginia. I went I. the store and asked her to speak to the manager. she said that SHE was the manager!!! I asked to speak to her boss ... she told me her boss was the owner. I asked for contact info for the owner, and she said that she doesn't give that out. My point is - don't get bent out of shape over a parking spot for someone who is getting ready to do business in your store in like "minutes". And - especially if you are a manager - don't tell disabled folks with a handicap tag that they can park anywhere they want but just not in the handicap spot. The "you people" comment was crazy!! I guess this owner likes managers who run off paying customers (?) that's a GREAT way to run a business!! Store and parking lot were completely empty when we arrived. Went in looking for toddler/baby nascar items. They had a few youth T-shirt options but not what we were needing. Never have I been treated worse than here. I pulled into the EMPTY parking lot and an employee asked if I was going to the beach. I said no and he said I had to park 2 spaces down. Mind you there is a sign for the shop parking with arrows going left and right. Again EMPTY parking lot. So I moved 2 spots down and went inside. This employee was talking to another employee and saw me and said " I will tell you in a minute" and walked outside with her with the door left opened. He started bitching about me parking in the wrong spot and when I moved I wasn't perfectly straight in the spot. All my tires were within the lines. I went out and asked what the hell is his issue and he started complaining about me and said it was to "respect" me so another car wouldn't hit me. I said "respect" would not to be talking badly about the customer to another employee IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER! My wife had stayed in the car right where he was pointing at the car and was complaining. Needless to say I got my son who had gone into the store and left. We were ready to make some purchases but never at a store that treats customers so badly. No wonder the parking lot was EMPTY! read more

Rude people!! Sucks I even have to give 1 star. I called them to see if they were open because BOTH of their open signs were off. I asked if they were open. I've been here a few times over the years, and I think it's a great shop. Great selection, and lots of collectibles. The only reason that I'm not rating it 5 stars is simply because of the Die-Cast section. There are no prices on the cars, so you have to walk back and forth to the desk to ask, and then you find out that they are way more expensive here than on EBay. I bought 2 Die-Casts at the store one year, and when I checked EBay, they were both about $30 less each. I recommend the store to anyone looking for NASCAR shirts, and some other memorabilia items, but definitely not Die-Casts. Otherwise it is an awesome store. read more

Went there hoping to look for a die-cast NASCAR. Very overpriced. They wanted 200 dollars for a 100 dollar car! They did not accept offers so it is no wonder they don't sell anything. The woman behind the counter seemed miserable to be there and did not bother to come to the die-cast section to help me as nothing was priced, so I had to keep walking back and forth to ask for prices. That was the point I realized they did not want my business and I did not want theirs. I have one good thing to say though. The store had the best selection I have ever seen of anything NASCAR. The only thing is they never sell anything because of the way they run their store. read more

I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau. I went in there this weekend with my son while we were in town for the Daytona 500 race. They completely took advantage of me. The sold me two cars they deemed as "collectors items" only to find out they were purchased at Walmart and the cars had been switched out. They charged me $40 per car when they run between $6-$10 other places. Shame on me for not doing my research, however they clearly knew that I did not know what I was doing. Then when I called them after getting home realizing they completely cheated me, the manager Karen proceeded to yell at me, call me "babe" and then hung up on me. I called back again requesting the owner to call me (I am sure I will not get a call back) and she proceeded to yell and hang up on me a second time. I will also be reporting them to NASCAR given they advertise themselves as a licensed dealer. read more
