They even have 2 baby gators, Albert & Alberta, in a big tank in the store! In addition to the UF stuff; they have lots of Daytona souvenirs, t-shirts, and Florida-resort wear. Prices are good and the employees are friendly and helpful. It's a great place for Gator fans and tourists to find unique clothing and gifts.

The store is clean and organized, with everything from higher-end sunglasses to fun trinkets, souvenirs, and so many stickers for your cooler! Everything seems reasonably priced, and the staff is incredibly friendly. But one of the best parts of stopping in is meeting Salty the dog! Salty loves to play catch from the top of the stairs, and watching him do it is just about as cute as you can get. As a touch of comfort, I wanted to get him something that felt like "home," and I called Dolly's Gift Shop for help. Jamie had just opened the store that morning, and she wove in time to send me many photos of things she thought might be a nice token. She was so wonderful with her time, her ideas, and she even wrapped it up and coordinated with my local family member who came by to get the gift. Above and beyond. The entrance has a huge sign so it is easy to spot. This shopping center has a parking garage. What is convenient and great about parking is that is right across from the shops. The garage connects to the building with a walking bridge. The bridge was clean and colorful. A good place to take pictures. . . . I saw towards the back of the shops a bandshell. A nice area with chairs. I don't know if it's part of the shops but I just wanted to mention that if you keep walking towards the back there are more things to see.

What sets the shop apart from the typical chain is how nice the associate was. I'm not sure if she was the owner but she shared some kind words with my daughters and I was happy to purchase the items they were looking at. It's refreshing in these times to have a nice interaction while shopping because it rarely happens anymore. I'd rather pay more to a small business that offers a great customer experience any day.
