Garrett in framing is a nasty nasty employee..ask for measurements multiple times, he was making weird faces at me and when I ask him again..he REFUSED to give me measurements because he was trying to give me a lecture on how many inches I would lose on a canvas pull ..snarky comments...just dont bother...im filing a complaint with corporate. read more

Never go to this store you will not get help from the employees. I asked an old lady employee for help and they said they were assisting someone and she would call someone to come help and never called anyone to where I had to look for the stuff on my own and she was rude. Do not go shopping here unless you wanna go on a scavenger hunt for your items. read more

Just ran in to get some supplies and while I remember I had a voucher's for 5 bucks I had no clue how to get it to scan and Rosa working the front was so patient and polite and help guide me through the prompts on the scanner for a swift and smooth check out THANK YOU! read more

My quest to find the supplies to prepare a Welcome poster for an upcoming Engagement Party brought me to Michaels. LaSharla very kindly offered to guide me thru the necessary supplies needed, taking into consideration the layout of the photos that were to be included. She was amazing. A short time after our sale was complete and we were on our way, I realized that I did NOT have the photos!! We returned, retraced our steps and came up empty handed. The entire staff (even some customers) aided in the 20 minute store-wide search. Finally my red photo folder was located in a shopping cart!!! Don't get custom framing here. Ever. $200 later (after their "coupons"!) and my artwork still has wrinkles in it! They do what THEY want no matter what you say or pay for. Now, I will have to hire someone else to take apart their botch job and see if my project can be saved! As if I have the time to get something done twice! And to pay twice, too! read more

DO NOT go here without a coupon!!! Coupons are available on your smart phone or through the mail. Usually 40% off 1 item! (Once in a while it is 50% off 1 item) You're crazy if you don't have or use a coupon here! If you ever need a frame... and a buy 1 get 1 Free sale is NOT going on...then do not buy a frame! Go home and come back in a week! Unless, it is a custom frame--which they always have huge coupon discounts available--do a google search if you need to, check their website or check their app for these coupons--up to 70% off!!! Also if you ever need any large poster or foam-board, backer-board cut in half--just ask someone in the framing department--they don't charge me for simple straight cuts--(custom matting costs money) ask for KRIS--he was very nice and helpful. I've gotten a little attitude from 1 guy back there once but I don't know his name at the moment... It is pricey without a coupon but even then--of you need 12 things and can't find these specific art supplies anywhere else... It's still nice to go once in a while for things I need. read more

All Michaels have decent merchandise, although their prices are high for the quality - so use coupons. This Michaels store NEVER has large bags for wreaths, garlands, and other large items. When you ask the cashier why they are always out, their reply is, "Call corporate, they won't send us enough bags." They are asking customers to call the corporate office? What is the store manager doing about it? Apparently nothing. read more

You go to Michaels for the coupons and sales, not the customer service. There is normally 50% off and other various coupons on their website or app that can make your purchase affordable, but do your research before you come because the employees are not willing to help you. The employees are extremely rude and act like you are bothering them when you ask for help and they have to stop stocking to help you. The cashiers are even worse, if a coupon doesn't scan they will just tell you that you can't use it, but won't say why. I wish this store would train their employees better. read more

When calling the store to ask a question.. Watch out because the employees answering the phone do not practice the customer service etiquette that you are supposed to use and you may get a cranky/rude person who does not really care about helping you. And also, if you can't find your receipt, be prepared to lose $$$ on a $20% restocking fee. read more
