Here I was awestruck by the huge selection of leather vests, jackets and more. So much to choose from and deciding on which one I wanted was no easy task. Often times apparel stores end up not having some sizes in stock but here I was impressed that each different size for people was in stock and hanging on the racks. We dropped a piece of luggage off for repair and was told it would be ready in two to three weeks. FOUR months later it still wasn't ready and no word from Masterson. The phone number for the shop was subsequently disconnected and we had to make several trips to the shop (hoping that it would be open - which it was not on several occasions) to inquire as to our suitcase. Each time we were given a laundry list of excuses why it wasn't ready and a promise to repair it within the next couple of weeks. After an additional month or so we finally drove by and just retrieved the suitcase. Very disappointing.
