So embarrassing, after a 4 hour flight I fueled my my bird in Tucson, after we jumped back in to get airborne, the engine wouldn't start (injected hot) and I burned up the starter. called everyone in the west, Chief had the starter and the FBO got it the next morning. we order a product on the 12th of May. no communication whatsoever. we call today May 18th and the "customer service that was very rude, brushed of that they have not shipped yet, nor email to let us know that the item was going to be late, for some shady reason to then been rude as I've ask to speak to the entitle owner did not had time to come to the phone in order for me to get an explanation of their company failure to correct their mess-up. i would not recommend buying anything form these scumbags. they are an embarrassment to their industry. the customer service told me that they don't need to do business with people like me and hung up the phone. so pretty much they messed up, wasted my time to then never apologize for their lower than low service. read more

Although they have some good products, their attention to detail with customer service is completely off. First, most people in the area use the internet to search products. If a company has a website, you'd think they'd have someone handle the E-marketing side of things. They don't, because no one will respond. Ever. I sent a bunch of messages while in town for work, hoping for a reply. Since it's so far it's just more convenient to discuss products ahead of time. That's hard to do when as a business you fail to reciprocate. I was prepared you spend a few thousand dollars. Had you just emailed me back. Instead you were too busy, and since I'm now leaving tomorrow, I placed my order with another vender. Ordered an 800 dollar 24 volt battery for my experimental plane from Chief Aircraft.When I opened the box it said manufactured July 2024 ( 1.5 years ago!) I called customer service and was told it was not their fault. Told me just use it. Don't ever do business with this company! read more

Ordered/paid for a Pilot Rc plane and apparently they have lost Pilot Rc as a supplier. When the hell were they going to let us know. Customer service sucks. can't get orders straight. can't track orders, no customer updates (if I didn't call. I'd still be waiting) and then talk to you like it's your fault.
