They offer great prices and are very competitive with GameStop. This is my go-to store when it comes to buying video games. My only issue is that if they are busy, you can expect to spend about 45 minutes to an hour waiting. There aren't many employees, and there's only one machine to test out games and game systems. So if you're trying to trade in a game, I highly recommend doing it during the week when it's less crowded. If you try to do it on the weekend, expect to spend about 45 minutes or more.
