That wasn't the case for us. We only had the piano to move. From the first phone call to the guys reassembling the piano in the new house, the move could not have been smoother. The movers themselves were highly professional, friendly, and respectful. The owners were in constant contact and payment was just as easy to make and we felt no pressure at all. We highly recommend these guys for any type of move or for something as special as an old family heirloom.

ONTIME movers is not only worst moving company I have ever dealt with, it's the worst service…read morecompany I have ever dealt with. David, the owner, is a cheat, not only to his clients but to his poor, unexperienced staff (who he only pays $17 x hr). He charges a high daily rate & sends you a very slow & unprofessional staff - in order to make the process longer & be able to charge you more days. He sent me 4 people and only 1 person was moving, unbuilding & building furniture. One of the staff had a limp, was old & complaining about his knee the entire time. They were also extremely uneducated. They went through my safe, put my passports in a random box & didn't let me know - I thought I had been robbed! What movers touch a safe or important documents without letting someone know??? The staff didn't think to label the boxes, until I brought it up & the boxes had several past labels on them, making unpacking a headache and time consuming (only for more $$ in his pocket). They left all my husbands underwear and socks in a drawer in my old house!! It shows how how careless and sloppy they were. I really think he picks up his staff at a home depot parking lot with 0 experience. I was furious at David, he and his staff were very well aware how upset I was from Day 1, since we had paid a fortune($2k a day) for people as experienced as my very own housekeepers. David did nothing to make it right, he actually came to help one day since his team was not capable & he had the audacity to charge me for his time as well. He added it to the invoice at the end !! What a joke!! What owner comes to help an angry client and then on top of it charges for his time. It's really upsetting that this man is capable of having a business - if it wasn't for my own housekeepers & I to basically do the job for them, this job would have taken a lot longer and he would have charged more. DO NOT USE ON TIME MOVING. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE My friend told me about Powerloaders Moving & Storage is great, supposedly they're amazing. It's worth getting a quote from them before continuing with Ontime Movers & having to deal with such an atrocious person like David.

Manager initially tried to be professional and kind until he figured out that moving refrigerator was causing problems and was time consuming.

I could only take off on one specific day from work and of course we got the worse rain in all of 2023 so far on the day we chose to move. But these guys handled it with such care and efficiency I am absolutely blown away by the customer service. The wind and rain was so heavy that it was ridiculous. I felt so bad because my new apartment is usually a little windy but I honestly don't even know how they got the job done so smoothly in those weather conditions. Not a drop of water got on any of my furniture either!! They unwrapped everything for me, I told them that my boyfriend is out of town and I can't assemble anything by myself and they literally put my bed and dresser together without me asking. I had conversations with each of the 3 men that helped with the move and they were all so kind and personable!! Exceptional service and I will definitely be calling them again the next time I decide to move. Worth every penny and then some! Thank you guys. Sorry again about the rain!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with DFKITCHEN INC. for a complete kitchen remodel,…read moreincluding new cabinets and granite countertops, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the owner, David, stayed in constant contact, providing updates, answering my questions, and ensuring everything was on track. His communication made the entire process stress-free and transparent. The transformation of my kitchen is absolutely stunning--the before and after is like night and day. What was once an outdated, cramped space is now a beautiful, modern haven that's both functional and elegant. The team worked incredibly clean and timely, minimizing disruption to my daily life and completing the project right on schedule without any messes left behind. One standout aspect was how David connected me directly with a quartz manufacturer to help me source high-quality materials at a fair price. This not only ensured I got a premium product that perfectly matched my vision but also saved me money in the long run. Overall, DFKITCHEN INC. far exceeded my expectations in every way--they even came in under budget, which was a welcome surprise! I'll be posting before-and-after pictures soon to show off the incredible work. I took the time to write this review because I'm truly thrilled with how everything turned out and would recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch kitchen remodeling services. Five stars all the way!
