Had to pay someone to check and fix leak. There were two water connections broken on the base of the door that supplied water to ice maker and water dispenser. Also movers were not careful enough lifting furniture which cause scratches in wooden floor. But these guys handled it with such care and efficiency I am absolutely blown away by the customer service. The wind and rain was so heavy that it was ridiculous. I felt so bad because my new apartment is usually a little windy but I honestly don't even know how they got the job done so smoothly in those weather conditions. Not a drop of water got on any of my furniture either!! They unwrapped everything for me, I told them that my boyfriend is out of town and I can't assemble anything by myself and they literally put my bed and dresser together without me asking. I had conversations with each of the 3 men that helped with the move and they were all so kind and personable!!
