Joe Tess's has been closed for years and this might be one of the few places that still offers carp. The fish was nicely done. The pickle was flavorful, but the cole slaw was a disappointment. There is no seafood on the current menu; it is carp, catfish and walleye.

It was pretty good, and had a little hint of spice to it from the jalapeño, which cut the heavy cream aspect. My husband had the Grilled Atlantic Salmon for his entree, and gave me a few bites. It was cooked well and the mushroom risotto below it was very flavorful and filling. The cute nautical ambiance and excellent service were always appreciated, so no complaints there either.
