Mice rat poop

I give it a 3 star . The ranch is pretty the staff is nice and friendly the food is good (American food ). Here are my 3 complaints. 1. At church we were told we were going to have access to the horses all activities that we need to pay. 2 days before we were told horses not available once we got to the ranch we don't access to nothing or the pool something regarding the insurance and the guy who was in charge was off that weekend . We left the city to come to the ranch to enjoy what a ranch is all about besides seeking more of GOD of course. 2. We had our youth service outdoors and I over heard one of the staffs telling 1 of the youth not to use that type of instrument I guess bc it's too loud??..... it was barely going to be 8pm . 3. All rooms need a DEEP CLEANING between the mattresses there is RAT POOP or mice this is so unsanitary this is dangerous . I wanted to leave as soon as I seen it. A lot ot kids and adults came back home sick with diarrhea and stomach pain not sure what cause it . Overall our whole church was blessed and it was an awesome experience we had we got closer to God and maybe all the fun stuff to do at the ranch were not available so we can actually seek more of God maybe that would of had been too much of entertainment for us .

We had the most wonderful experience at Providence Heart Ranch for a special mother-daughter event!…read more The horseback riding was such a fun and memorable experience for the girls. The staff were welcoming, patient, and made everyone feel comfortable around the horses. The kids absolutely loved getting to ride and spend time with the animals. The tea, music, and beautiful ranch atmosphere made the day feel extra special. The girls had an absolute blast. You can really feel the love and care that goes into the ranch, the horses, and the families who visit. It was such a unique experience, and we are already looking forward to coming back! Thank you, Providence Heart Ranch, for helping make the day so special!

They knew the date of my event was Saturday, October 3, and we had multiple emails and text messages discussing the plans. About two weeks before the event, the communication started to change from everything sounding confirmed to more of a "we'll see" situation. Even then, I continued answering questions and providing the information they requested, including our group size and rider details. As recently as the day before they canceled, they were still asking questions and discussing logistics for our group. Then, only four days before my bachelorette party, I received a message saying they were unable to accommodate us because their trainers were unavailable. What I find most disappointing is the timing. If there was a possibility that they could not accommodate our group, I should have been told weeks earlier. They already knew the date and had been communicating with me about this event for months. Waiting until four days before an important event left me with essentially no time to find another horseback-riding experience or completely reorganize my bachelorette plans. I understand that staffing issues can happen, but the way this was handled was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would have much rather been told earlier that they could not commit to the event than spend months planning around something that was ultimately canceled at the last minute. This was supposed to be a special memory before my wedding, and instead I had to cancel the plans I had been looking forward to because there simply was not enough time to arrange something comparable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend planning an important or time-sensitive event here unless you are prepared for the possibility that your plans may change very close to the date.

Took my son here to harvest some pig this week. We were not disappointed. This place is more canyon…read morethan it is ranch, which is great. It adds to the hunting experience that includes good hiking, tracking, etc. Charlie (very helpful and personable) gave us about a 10 min orientation, a rundown and some tips, then took us to the rim of the canyon and sent us on in for our hunt. About 45 min in, we sighted our first animals (goats). And about an hour in, we saw our first pigs in "pig canyon". They were hiding in the shrubbery, and started to leave when we came near. We passed on taking one. A little more domesticated and not as big as I hoped to take (though they're decent size and will provide some good meat). So with that, we continued through the canyon- walking the hills, crevices, and dried creeks, Looking for the bigger game. About Two hours passed and we didn't see anything besides a ram and another couple goats. I started to question whether I should have pulled the trigger on the earlier ones. About three hours in, we saw her- a 450 .lb hog hiding in the bushes. She didn't drop on the first shot with my 6.5 grendel (she did, but got back up and took off) and led us on a 15 min chase before we could put her out quickly. Charlie and his buddy came down into the canyon and hauled our pig out for us. He was great and informative as he butchered for us. I came home with about 6-7 cubit feet (filled my freezer) of bacon, pulled pork, tenderloin, roast, and more. Highly recommend for new hunters. This hunt is what you make of it. 1-2 hours in you can take an easy target and get the meat, or you can choose to hunt for the bigger or more elusive animals like the big hogs or razorbacks and do some good hiking, looking, tracking. For me, the latter was worth it.

We moved here because of the beautiful setting, the lake, the amenities, and the strong sense of community. Residents enjoy access to a beautiful 32-acre lake for fishing, a clubhouse with incredible views, tennis and pickleball courts, a heated pool, paddle boats, and numerous community events throughout the year. The community is beautifully maintained, with thousands of trees, lush landscaping, and stunning views of the surrounding hills. Like any large community, not everyone agrees on every issue, but that's true anywhere. What stands out to me is that Sunnymead Ranch continues to be a safe, welcoming, and active place to live. Considering the amenities offered, it also provides excellent value. For my family, it's been a wonderful place to call home, and I'm proud to be part of this community.
