My wife and I held our wedding reception at in October 2025, and we were absolutely thrilled with the experience. The owners and staff were amazing; their communication was highly professional, incredibly responsive, and always timely throughout the entire planning process. The venue excelled in guest security and logistics. We especially appreciated the excellent control over the parking area, which ensured only our invited guests had access. The cocktail hour was a major success, and the appetizers received great reviews from our guests. Our only constructive feedback would be to suggest offering slightly more generous portion sizes for the main meal service. Overall, however, we highly recommend this venue. We had our wedding here and it was beautiful. The aesthetic was perfect for our country/boho wedding. They allowed us to visit multiple times and the tasting was delicious. Teri and Hector responded quickly to all messages and were polite leading up to the wedding. The reason we had to rate them at a 3 rather than a 5 is because of a few incidents. First, and most importantly, most of our guests got food poisoning from the food that was served. Every time we talk to someone else, they mention they were sick after. Some mildly and others had more moderate. Luckily no one had to go to the hospital but it is pretty embarrassing to know that they got sick from the food at our wedding. This was also frustrating because when we originally met with them they told us we could not bring outside food, unless it was prepackaged, to avoid food getting cold or people getting sick. Once we signed and did a walk through with our coordinator, they also said we could not bring prepackaged salads to serve. The other reason the rating was 3/5 is the security. The security guard was rude and condescending. I had a complaint the day of the wedding due to number of guests. When we signed I spoke to Hector and we did the count (14 tables x10 people and the sweetheart table 2 people =142 people). He told me they only had 140 chairs but I asked if it would be a problem since we were renting different chairs and I could rent 142. Hector agreed. Fast forward to the day of our wedding ...Well the security insisted on only 140 people and when he called Hector he would not let me talk to him. According to the security Hector said I needed to talk to my coordinator so she could talk to him. The coordinators was not there when we signed and was not employed through them or in there vendor list, so the conversation should have been with me. Then at the end of the night the security rudely pushed our guests out of the venue, originally I thought it was due to us wanting a last dance alone but I have gotten feed back about his behavior and demeanor. Both Hector and Terry did an incredible job helping me plan and organize this beautiful day, assuring all my questions and concerns were answered. Although the weather reached 102 degrees, they did an excellent job having all the food cool & even providing fans for the reception! This place along with Terri and Hector are amazing. We hosted our wedding here on 11/12/21 and everything that we had envisioned and asked for was executed to perfection. The garden area looked beautiful, the table settings were perfect, the food was exquisite, the servers and bartender where so friendly and helpful :) All my guests were very impressed by the taste of the food and we heard so many positive comments on the venue itself. I was a bit apprehensive about the security staff the day of the event and I sent Terri a txt msg immediately and I am confident that she took care of it since I did not hear any other rumbling from my guest regarding the security's demeanor. Their priority was to make this a fun event for our daughter and family while maintaining safety protocols. It rained at our event but this was not an issue. The dance floor and party area was dry. What can I say? Hector and Terry, the owners and venue coordinators, are amazing! Rancho Las Fuentes made our wedding dreams come true. We were able to have the authentic fiesta we wanted at an outdoor hacienda-style venue all while sticking to our budget and loving the entire process. That was in big part due to Hector and Terry. First of all, when I first reached out via email, I received a reply within a few hours. We were able to schedule a meeting for that weekend. At our meeting, Hector gave us a thorough tour accompanied with the menu choices, what's included in this almost all-inclusive package, the policies, and the accompanying price list. The big plus was the price! In comparison to other beautiful, outdoor wedding venues, it was very reasonably priced. Also, I'm all about the extent of their all-inclusive package that includes: venue, bartenders, servers, security, catering (dinner and appetizers), aguas frescas, coffee, water, tables, chairs, linens, runners or overlays to match your color palette (at no extra cost), drapery behind the main table with lights, twinkle lights, bar, and a bridal suite. This made our planning flawless and day beautiful. Oh and the food! Oh my goodness! We loved the food! The awesome part about the food is that Terry has you come in for tastings two months before the wedding. You get to taste 7 of the 11 options of your choice. Then, you choose a certain amount of entrees depending on whether you choose buffet or plated dinner. But let me tell you, it's allllll amazing! You seriously can't go wrong with anything you choose. The food is seriously the best comida casera. It's comprable to my mom and grandmas' food! Our guests are still raving about our food and it's been almost three months since our early May wedding. Also, Terry and Hector make themselves available via text or phone call to answer any of your questions from the time you book (sign the contract and pay the deposit) to the day of your wedding. Really! They answer everything. I just made sure to stick to normal business hours to respect their personal time. Another part of our day that keeps getting brought up is how stunning the garden and venue in general was. It was absolutely incredible. The roses were all in bloom. I started planning my daughters quinceanera 3 years ago, so right before Covid. We had specific things we wanted/needed for our event and our initial meeting was with Hector and he immediately sold us on this beautiful location and luckily we put a deposit even far out. It felt very family oriented, but still professional and we were glad we chose this place. However, I did debate on removing a star on the review based on my experience with Terri. But ultimately, my review is about the location as a business. I strongly recommend doing business only with Hector. Unfortunately, my experience verbally and in person with Terri was not the best and I was very disappointed. She spoke very condescending, rude, strong attitude and very negative and did not seem to care. After my few times speaking to her she made me feel so uneasy and not excited about my event. I did not speak up regarding my hesitations with her because I was afraid she would ruin or even cancel my event. So - finally I did talk to Hector a day before the event, regarding my issues with Terri. He immediately wanted to change the way I was feeling and do whatever we needed to help us make us excited for our event. And he truly kept his word, the day of our event he went beyond our expectations. He made sure our event went smoothly and was always there communicating with my husband and I. It definitely was one of the best locations that we had looked at, best pricing, and best packages. The location itself was beautiful - the flowers, and set up of the venue. Where do I start with this venue? Absolutely loved it! We got married here on Halloween 2020. Terry and hector are angels sent from above! Terry made everything happen and more. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did to bring my (the bride) vision come to life. All my guests were so surprised with how beautiful the venue is. The food was delicious!! The ones walking around (server/busser) taking care of guests were great! However, security was on a power trip! Claiming for "safety" but threatening unlawful imprisonment and kidnapping of guests by not allowing them to leave. Also, you couldn't even go to your car to enjoy the ac (it was 100°) or do your make up without them constantly threatening and harassing you! They treated guests poorly making it uncomfortable to enjoy the reception. We loved that we could take our own alcohol to have an open bar and the serving staff is included with your event. We just had our wedding at Rancho Las Fuentes, and it was an amazing night. Hector, Terrie, and Michelle were all amazing to work with, and their support made our wedding day memorable for us and our guests. The food is delicious and everyone raved about the molé. They help take care of the food, table cloths, and provide the bartender (you just have to bring your own alcohol and soda). The venue is also beautiful and has plenty of space.
