Feel the breeze on your skin as you hike naked
    Jessie A.

This was our first time at a nudist resort and this was the best place for beginners like us. The people that live here are like a huge family, they were all super welcoming and funny. Being naked is their thing so the embarrassment of walking around in your birthday suit wears off super quick. You can be as naked or not naked as you feel comfortable with. They have : a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, small restaurant, game room with a bar, tennis court, play area for the kids and awesome hiking trails. Bring your own games and equipment! It's a good way to meet new people! Unless there is an event going on it's a little bit of a slow place feel to it. Would 100% recommend! We are planning to go back for some of the events

I am excited about the dog park, as it really is a beautiful place to bring your fur babies and let them run. The hiking trails are wonderful and with the spring scenery it makes it perfect for a day of hiking

Olive Dell Ranch is my home. I've been a resident almost 5 years now and I don't want to live anywhere else. I love my home, I love my neighbors, and I love the freedom I have living here. We are currently going through a lot of changes, such as a change in management, operations, and other things like trying to upgrade many of the amenities available. Right now, there is discomfort with the changes and not all are in agreement everything takes time. But this is a natural process that occurs and in the meantime I'm excited about the events we still have going on and that so many of us are determined to keep this place going as the awesome and happy place we know it to be. I hope to make many more new connections with visitors. Hope to see you here!!

So, far I've been here 4 times for the Bare Burro Nude 5k run with family and friends , and it's always the same family friendly place to relax and unwind. Becky is awesome. The 5k run is a very challenging and unique experience.

I rented a cabin at Olive Dell RV Park and had a great time. Went hiking and afterwards watched a beautiful sunset. I'll be back.

I really felt very comfortable knowing that property managers Maria and Jessie are truly outstanding--always attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring, from the time I first came to the park, until the time I left. You can tell they take pride in the park and the community. It's rare to find an RV park that feels this safe, organized, and welcoming. Lets start off by you're micro managing ways you have you're sister working there and also her husband you go around telling everyone how you're husband is in law enforcement and how you are known around there like " the little ninja " and all you do is look for ways of writing people up . I was not going to say this but you asking me why I don't have a woman coming to my rv is very personal also you told me how you can watch everything from you're cameras at home I think you're narcissistic definitely. Since your husband is Caucasian and he is in law enforcement he should send you to school so you can take a management class . Also you only rent to the race you like and if you can't be In there business you get rid of them for anything petty. You also claim you are kid friendly but you kicked a lady and her 5 kids out just because they were playing like kids do In the summer if I can give you a negative star I would . Everyone please stay away from this micro managed rv park . It's clean but that's it . Maria makes you feel like this is a jail that you are paying for . I have never been to a park where a manager (maria ) tells you I have been doing my rounds . I kept everything clean just like you said and you still told me I can stay even after you told me to leave I no longer can deal with your w narcissist attitude . Also you told me that you are not the owner and you should not be telling people you are . Every time you get in a jam you call you husband .im not the type but you will run into someone that's going to sue you . Especially after you asked me does it get lonely because you don't see a woman going into my rv . That's not appropriate for a lady that claims you are married to law enforcement.

The turquoise and white trailer, "The Drifter" is adorable, as are all four units. Andy, the owner/ manager is friendly, easy to reach by phone, and stops by each day to provide for the needs of his current renters, and to prep for the next to arrive. With an included fridge, freezer, 3 burner stove, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, bbq utensils, sink with running water, heat, ample sleeping for 4, bath towels, beach towels, USB ports, board games, cards, and a bluetooth sound system, the trailer offers plenty of convenience for its diminuative size. For a small extra charge a generator provides AC, microwave and electricity. Each trailer gas picnic table, charcoal bbq, and a firepit... though we joined other campers at the communal firepit and enjoyed making new friends. The Holiday's Community has a shared storage shed filled with complimentary games (Jenga, Cornhole, Horseshoes, oversized Checkers, Bocce Ball, etc.) beach supplies (umbrellas, boogie boards, noodles). The beach is gorgeous... there are two paths to access the beach, one is quite steep and the hike back up is tough. The other path nearest to the Visitor Center is less steep. All in all, big props to The Holiday's! I will definitely be returning.

There are only 28 pull thru sites for short term rental. And they are located right at the park entrance with no gate, no check-in stop and no lighting, cameras or security. The first and only night we stayed here our $2,000+ electric bike was stolen off our locked and covered bike rack at 3:30am. And the Thule bike rack was ruined. We were awakened at that time by a loud but short motor sound followed by a bang and a shaking of our trailer. At first we thought the wind had blown something into our trailer. It took a couple of minutes to gather our thoughts and look out the windows before going outside. After cautiously proceeding, it was discovered that our bike had been stolen. The next morning we spoke with another camper 1 space over to see if he had seen or heard anything and he did hear the noise but didn't see anything. He also thought it might have been wind related and thus put his awing in. He did however, inform us that at check-in he was told "if you have bikes or camp valuables they recommend that you keep them inside your RV if you are gone or at night". The reason is they have had theft problems before in the RV pull thru sites. We were not given this piece of information. Also that morning we spoke with a full time resident who was taking a walk and she told us this has been a chronic problem at the RV pull thru sites and the complex has done nothing to resolve it. And they usually will warn you to secure everything. We did call the police and they came out to take a report and they confirmed that bike, motor cycle and car theft is pretty pervasive in this area. And they aren't sure why the complex hasn't done anything for better security. Now comes the bulls--t from the management or office staff. We went to complain and inform them of the theft and to request our money back. We also asked why they didn't inform us of the problem and the recommendation to lock stuff in your RV. The woman said "oh we never tell anybody that" which means our site neighbor and the resident just made that up. I asked why there is no gate or lights or cameras or security and here is her response. I paraphrase "The police don't care to even look at camera footage, the city won't let us put in a gate, (even though the police have recommended it), we are not responsible for stolen property or damages". I even asked why wouldn't you attach a flyer or note in the check-in paper work letting people know there is a theft problem in the area? Her response was "if we did that people wouldn't want to stay here". So the result is get your property stolen so we don't lose any customers. Now comes the wonderful customer service - NOT!! At first they offered to return our money. But after going through all the "why do nothing for security" options my wife said "well, we will be noting this problem in our review", and the lady responded "well, if you're going to give us a bad review, forget the refund" and threw my credit back at me. Good Sam has been notified of the park problems and that this park in no way meets the Good Sam standards and should not be recommended.
