For starters be aware people run cameras through the walls and mirrors I overheard the people next door talking about seeing me in the bathroom as well. Absolutely disgusting and overly intrusive. Towels had yellow stains and so did the sheets Quite the nightmare Apparently the manager said no one was in the next room Whether he was lying or not is unclear. He was nice about it, but I'm seeing if I can do anything about this still. read more

customer service is very poor and are not friendly at all. They are very rude as you walk in and it makes you want to turn around and cancel your reservation and go somewhere else. They wont even let you check in early even when the place is completely empty and not full of guests. We tried checking in early, at 2:40 when there were open rooms and was still rudely that we were not allowed too and said we were willing to pay to check in and they still said no. I was turned off right away by the reception I received and I walked away from the hotel, ate the money I paid for it and went to pay for a more expensive place that let us check in right away. I will never book from this place again as the treatment I got was uncalled for and not a good experience. If I could rate it, I would not even give it a 1 star but a -10 stars. read more

quiet area rooms are totally nice comfortable prices are good only thing I didn't like when I was out the housekeeping came and cleaned up my room I mean tat their job but dang read more

I've never stayed in this area before. Less homeless people around. Cool spot. I like that it's one story. Front desk was very kind and easy check in especially if you prepaid. I like that it's very clean and not smelly like some places. It's doesn't have central air. You just need a clean comfy bed and a clean bathroom. Thats a huge plus for me. I'm definitely coming back here. I highly recommend this place. Good price too. Check the ratings read more

I booked my rooms via hotels.com for 2 nights. I checked in, went to look at the room and it was not what I booked. I spoke to the manager/owner and he refused to honor what I booked. I called hotels.com who called the owner/manager and they refused to honor it. I ended up checking out within 1 hour since hotels.com was talking to the manger/owner. When I checked out the owner/manger refused to come meet me and he lied to hotels.com saying he met me and offered me 1 day refund. Then hotels.com called him back and he said in order for me to get my refund I would need to go back which I refused since I left. I will dispute the charges with my credit card. Horrible service. Tells lies. Take your hard earned money and go somewhere else. This is my first and last with this place. If negative star was available that's what this place would get. read more

I was going to stay there this week but something came up and I was well within the cancellation cut-off of 24 hours however the front desk was kind enough to waive all fees for me as an exception when I explained my personal matter to them in a very timely and professional manner. Just this customer service alone warrants an easy five stars from me and hopefully in the future I will have a chance to stay at their property that really looks amazing from the reviews and pictures. Thank you to the management for your exceptional customer dedication and service! read more

They are not a five star hotel, but they are an AMAZING motel. My husband had an emergency with his truck and we had to stay for 6 days and the staff and crew were so kind and helpful. Didn't care that we asked for extra towels or sheets and made sure to clean the bathroom and the floors for us. They were really great. It was an amazing stay. Small but mighty and tidy. read more

Anytime my mom is in town from Mexico, she ALWAYS stays here. She's been a customer for over 3 years.

I stayed here for 3 nights after cancelling an Air bnb that was misadvertised- I was in a pinch and rolled the dice. I was happy that I did! My room was very clean, bed was comfy, heater worked well. My bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated to a shower with glass doors and new fixtures, toilet, etc. The pictures others have posted on here don't reflect my experience, it was in way better shape. It was very quiet at night, and I felt safe as a woman staying at a motel in a random town. Thank you for all your help! read more

This Motor Inn is a bit dated but, the room was clean and average size. It did have a disinfectant smell. That's okay with me. Aired out quickly. The king bed is comfortable and the amenities were great. Small refrigerator that kept things cold!!Microwave. Desk and chair. Iron and board. Coffee maker and hairdryer. Bathroom has tall handicap toilet with assistance bar. Shower/tub was clean. Floor was upgraded. New door electric entry locks. A/C Heating worked excellent. Staff was friendly and the room was affordable with good value. With new paint, it would of earned another star. read more

My family stayed here while passing through and we were highly impressed. With this said, yes this is a motel so don't come here with too high of expectations just to be disappointed. It is very clean and the staff is very responsive and kind. Check in was very easy and price is very reasonable. Location is easy to find and close enough to the freeway but far enough for it to be nice and quiet. Will stay here again when passing through. read more

Great place and so affordable! We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed our stay. Room was impeccably cleaned every day. Will definitely be coming back! read more

Hi Hemant, Nice to finally speak to you. Unfortunately you are wrong about the written cancellation policy and there is written proof from hotels.com that you fraudulently charged the card. We will continue to take action. I also see that you already have a complaint with the BBB. Not surprised at all. read more

Very clean and quiet! Good location. Room had air conditioning, nice size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, decent cable tv. Excellent customer service! We'll stay here again. read more

Our room appeared updated with no old furnishings, fresh linens, no grungy old carpeting but easily sterilized hard floor, and clean bathrooms & fixtures. Check-in/check-out was a breeze and considering the location, very quiet. I prefer paying for a room here than staying for free with nearby relatives; I think that says it all! read more

The room smelled like disgusting smoke . All the furniture was damaged . Towels were a mess . Door was split open to the bathroom. The room corners were black with dirt. They don't tell you that all the rooms are smoking until after you pay and you walk in and smell how nasty it is. The worst inn hotel motel whatever the hell you want to call this shit stain on the map. read more

Stayed here after another motel canceled my stay. The room was clean and was at a good location. I forgot my Nintendo switch in the room and wasn't going to have time to pick it up because our flight was leaving but Emit called us and let us know he would ship it back to us and he did. Overall really satisfied and would be staying here if I'm ever around the area again. read more

For some strange reason this place had a low score on other travel websites but I was highly impressed by this little Inn. Friendly staff, super clean, and newly remodeled rooms was the highlight of my stay. Would definitely stay here again. read more

We enjoyed out stay here while attending a wedding and decided to stay a 2nd time on our way home. The staff at the front desk is especially helpful in register and recommending restaurants to go. The Pakistan restaurant which was across the street was one of the best! Rooms are clean, the decor is attractive and the shower is excellent. I would recommend Coton Inn if you want a reasonable priced hotel, no frills but clean, quiet and the owners are some of the nicest people you'll meet. read more

I never thought I'd ever rate a motel 5 stars. It certainly met beyond my expectations. It's super clean (compared to most motels I've been to) and comes with some additional amenities like a microwave, a mini fridge, cable TV, a hair dryer, and an iron/ironing board. You're even given access to the WiFi as soon as you're checked in. I also loved how simple and modern the room looked. Our kids were with us and two Queen beds were more than enough. Staff was nice and there were no problems throughout the entire stay. I would definitely come back here for the reasonable price and quality service. read more

We stayed here during the Christmas holiday while visiting family. The price was reasonable (about $100 total for 2 nights) and the room was extremely well kept for an old renovated motel. The room was clean and spacious with a king size bed and a large table/desk. The heater was working well. The bathroom counter and floor were marble. They also provided amenities like free wifi, fridge, soaps, shampoo and plastic cups. It was such a pleasant experience. We'll stay at Colton Inn again! read more

I can see why the other reviewer gave this place 5 stars. I feel the same way. I always stay in motels at this price range (cheap but not seedy), and this one is top-notch. I'm looking for clean, pleasant, and maintained. Colton Inn has a nice fridge, microwave, t.v., iron, ironing board. Pool. Air conditioner is the right size for the heat in this area. In addition to the amenities, the room looks nice. read more

Docked one star because the bed was FIRM... as a rock. But, if you like firm beds, it's a great value. VERY CLEAN!!! GREAT PRICE!!! I felt safe and the front desk lady, Dimple was extremely nice! I had a good stay here, just had to sleep flat on my back. read more

Amazing staff and booking experience. I had a small booking dilemma online where I mistakenly booked the wrong date and called to try and resolve the issue and was helped immediately by Dimple Patel and manager Hermant Patel. All my stress was alleviated and I'm looking forward to another stay with the Colton Inn! read more

Clean room with lots of amenities not offered at usual motels like HBO on demand, a mini fridge, and microwave. However, my reason for a two star is because of the super hard bed. It literally felt like we were sleeping on top of a hard plastic table. They only offer you two thin pillows that are not even fluffy or comfortable. The bathroom tub look nasty. The toilet looked filthy. We went off of these other yelp reviews but the cleanliness does not make up for the really hard bed. And when I say hard I mean hard. You're probably better off sleeping on the floor. Definitely will not be returning. read more

This hotel is excellent all around. The front desk staff was very welcoming and kind. They made checking in easy and even gave good conversation throughout the process. The room was clean and they looked nice and updated. The floors looked new and the beds were well kept. The room had both a fridge and microwave and the a/c worked perfect. The front desk staff even gave me a free water bottle since the vending machine did not have any. I would certainly stay here again. 10/10. read more

Management worked hard to address our issues! Seems like it's all taken care of. Thank you !!

This is a late review, but I wanted to give this place credit. The room is small, but it's not meant for a family, just couples and a single person. The rooms was clean and the staff that I talked to when I checked in and the one I talked to when I checked out was very nice to me. It's affordable and something to book if you need something quickly. I highly recommend it if you're not looking for anything too special but also not looking for anything sketchy or dirty. read more

Rude staff nasty rooms dont waste your time or money. They do have a pool although i wouldnt use it.

They have the worst customer service , I am surprised they still have good rating ,don't go there unless you wanna be treated real bad .

A nice affordable motel to stay in. Been coming here for 3 weeks thus far because of school and the room we always stay at is clean, spacious and has the basic necessities needed for a short stay. read more

One of the best values for a hotel stay in the area. I love staying here. It's clean, the room I stayed in was recently updated, luxurious shower, firm & supportive bed, hardwood floors, large mounted flat panel tv, fridge, microwave, friendly staff, this is how a hotel should be run. The owners have put money back into their business. They seem like they actually care and do a great job! I will definitely stay here again, and again, thank you Colton Inn! read more

This motel surprised me! I stayed at this motel during the Hard Summer weekend because all of the other hotels were sold out. But this motel exceeded my expectations! It was clean and it looked like they recently remodeled the rooms. The pictures they have posted are nothing like the room we stayed in and I wish I would of taken pictures because the room and bathroom was beautiful! I definitely recommend this motel and I will probably be staying here next year for Hard Summer. read more
