It's far and wide now to find a hotel that includes breakfast in their reasonable pricing (in a "hot" spot) that serves a warm breakfast besides do it yourself waffles which I greatly appreciated. They have a rotating menu and on this day it was sausage gravy biscuits. Yogurt. Typical juices. Oatmeal. Has chocolate flavored waffle mix as well but an extreme bitter after taste. I had a long day, and was exhausted so I booked a room here. First off, it is SO refreshing to go to a hotel that isn't that awful sterile grey "remodel" look. I stayed at another Best Western the night before with the sterile grey look and I felt like I was sleeping in a hospital. It still has the older decor with warm colors, wood and gives off that 2000s Tuscan feel. I knew I was going to sleep SO good there. (And I really did!) Amber checked me in, and really turned my night around. I was having a really rough night and had just finished crying in my car, too tired to even function. Amber was SO kind and chatted with me as she checked me in, I told her I had kind of a crappy experience at another BW the night before, so she made sure I had a nice quiet room so I could finally sleep. She really seems to care about her job and the guests and that was SO refreshing to experience. There is a grocery store right across the street that was great for getting some supplies. The free breakfast in the AM was actually pretty good, though the attendant kind of grilled me about what room I'm in and made me present my key which was weird. If you just need a place to stay, this is decent. The TV is very old. There is no connecting to Netflix or any other streaming device. The walls are super thin. You can hear people running up and down the hallway that weren't even on our floor. This place really just needs a huge upgrade or renovation if I'm being honest. My card didn't work to go in from the outside. I literally had to walk all the way to the front of the building to gain entry. I'm gonna hate to say it, but there's certain times when the place smelled like marijuana. read more

I've never in my life been told that the do not disturb sign on the door indicate that they need to randomly check your room because of the Las Vegas shooting and that it's not in the policy it's just standard. I've stayed in a lot of hotels because I'm a traveling respiratory therapist. I have never in my life, and it was all aimed at the fact that my husband and I are African-American so he continued to pick with my husband for no reason why I was working at the hospital. Also, the deposit kept changing so one day it'll be $150 the following week it'll be $200 that makes no sense. Do better best Western. read more

Five day stay, cost way more than it should because of the holiday and I'm just here to work without needing to drive so far home every night. This was, hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Continental breakfast wasn't good, didn't expect unbelievably good food, just appetizing. The socket in the room, completely off the wall, hanging off the cord. Asked for someone to fix it as I didn't feel comfortable plugging anything in. Was it fixed? No, 3 days later, still no. Wanted to take a bath, brought my own cleaning supplies, called ahead to make sure there is a tub. Stopper broken. Notify the front fest the next day, nothing. Who fixed it?? My boyfriend. Front desk asked if they came and fixed it that day, I said no, but he did" Got off work, feet were hurting so so bad. Walk allllll the way back to my room, all of a sudden the key doesn't work, AGAIN!! Literally had to go have them redo the key EVERY DAY. My mind is boggled, this just isn't right. I guess good customer service is obsolete. Nathaniel did offer me a partial refund when I told him of the issues, which is appreciated. Great place to stay always, plenty of parking. They have a great breakfast in the morning that is hot and fresh. Staff is friendly. If you're a Damond member, just know they only give you the free water upon check-in. They do not offer it on checkout and charge $4 a bottle, if you wish to purchase it. Little too pricey for me since it's one of those $0.25 bottles you get at Sam's Club. But they have free lemon water in the lobby with small cups that you can get anytime. Room was clean and comfortable beds. Extra blanket and pillow in closet. Appreciate having a refrigerator in the room. Need more outlets in between the beds. If you plug in 2 sleep apnea machines and 2 cellphones there are not enough plus in the middle. You have to unplug the clock or plug in near the desk or on the other side of the bed. Water pressure was good too and appreciate the bath mat to prevent slipping. It's hot in the summer outside, but the air conditioning works great in the room. Wish they had more shade trees or maybe they could install solar panels over the parking area to allow for shaded parking. We will definitely return next year when we come for my hubby's birthday. read more

Nevertheless, I am writing in unison with the others who were upset by unexpected charges after our stay. BE WARNED! Pros - Room was clean enough for our little weekend stay - Breakfast was tasty - A/C blew cool enough air Cons - After we left, we were charged $50 for "damaged towels". When I called to figure out what this was for, I was told there was "paint on the handtowels" which is ridiculous. The most it could have been was a little eye makeup from washing my face. Other hotels will either post a sign in the bathroom stating not to use the towels for makeup or otherwise have a black towel available for just this. Instead, this hotel will bring you all the towels you want just to sneakily charge you $25 per 100-year-old HAND TOWEL that gets anything other than water on it. - Smoke alarm kept going off in our room, front desk told me to "just unplug then plug it back in" (which caused it to continue to go off) - Pillows felt about 100 years old Overall, we are disappointed and will not be booking another stay. $900 for two nights in a 2-star hotel was enough, the extra $50 was a slap in the face. read more

The evening staff was great. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room seemed fine. Unfortunately after my nephew took a shower and got in his bed, I saw BLOOD on his sheets and pillow case. I was totally grossed out. (I took pics and asked nothing of the hotel) I went to the front desk and the kind staff gave us another room. I was thinking there was no way the bed had been changed after the last guests to allow blood to be on both the sheet and pillow case. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Tania at this establishment. I was charged a 150 smoking fee on a room that I did not smoke in. I went to the counter to check at 10:28 AM. No receipt was given. I was told everything was good. At 10:29 AM, I received my receipt via email, and it had $150 smoking fee charged to me, and I did not smoke in the room. She also did not check the room for smoke she just charged me for no reason. When I called, she refused to remove the charge and then refused to provide manager information or let me speak with management. Came here to stay after Christmas while on the way up the mountains for sledding. All staff through the day and night were very friendly and helpful. My party of 6 very much enjoyed the full breakfast each morning (7am-10am). The rooms were very quiet (we stayed during the week) even though it's right by the freeway. There are two good restaurants (Japanese and French) and a grocery store walking distance; so the convenience was nice. I booked a room pretty late and was told I was given one of the last rooms available. What Tania the front desk lady didn't tell me was that the rooms AC was not working and neither was the shower drain. We got to the room thw heat was intense and we were unable to sleep my husband ended up leaving to bis truck bc he couldn't take it. When we showered the drain was clogged and it was just a mess. After paying $ 200.00 rate and $150 deposit I asked for a fan or a different room and I was told they could not help me. I asked for a manager and was told there is no manager on premises. I have always had the best experience at Best Western Hotels. Unfortunately, I had one of the worst with them last night and corporate is trying to amend. The Manager, Luis Valderama, has let the quality of the rooms and the treatment of customers go to a sub-par level. We checked in late and were told they close the pool for the weekend. When we got to the room the air conditioning didn't work. There was water dripping/running from the tub so sleep was out of the question. Wife sat down on toilet seat and it almost came off from bot being screwed on correctly. There was black mold at bottom of tub and around the broken air conditioner. There was a vape on the window sill form the previous guests. We woke up turned on the lights and noticed blood on blankets and pillows. The manager stated that the maids and supervisors failed. Came here to stay for new years. When my friends and I got back to our room on the second night, we discovered our room was trashed and we had been robbed. Together my friends and I lost $1000s of dollars worth of stuff. The room was very clean, I appreciated all the room amenities and the complementary breakfast was really good. We got to make our own waffles! This place has gone downhill :( I have stayed here for music festivals years ago and it used to be nice and clean. I just stayed for a 2 day music festival and it's definitely not the same. Rooms are dirty, the AC has mold in it and smelled awful. We paid $712 for 2 days (all the hotels in the area had a price increase due to the festival). But if you're hotel isn't up to standard you shouldn't be charging this much. This is the last time i will be staying at this best western location. The staff was friendly and the amenities were great. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was fantastic with waffles, eggs, fresh fruit, oatmeal, and yogurt. My only issue was that I was able to hear the people in the room above. They must've had kids that were running back and forth, causing the walls of my room to literally shake. We arrived late afternoon after driving 8 hours...There was no one at the desk? I waited 20 minutes and the deskperson finally arrived and told me "Sir, please I am helping someone else" before I could say a word. A fellow walked up and began arguing with her about the room and she told him he needed to provide a $300 deposit which he would have to pay as he was paying cash. This went on for several minutes until he cussed some more and asked for the manager. So it was finally my turn and the first thing she mentions to me was the $300 deposit , even though I am handing her a platinum card and a license. I smiled and mentioned I understood the need for a card or deposit. We finally got our room, which was clean and spartan at the very least, as there wasn't even a counter in the bathroom for your bathroom needs. Please pay a little more and go elsewhere. read more

This place needs to get renovated asap! The ceiling has huge water stain from leaks. Which can cause mold to grow rapidly and is a health hazard. The wallpaper is also coming off and the rugs are stained. I been here several times but yet there has been no changes. read more

Nice hotel with updated features. It was very clean and staff was friendly and welcoming. The king size bed was comfortable and big enough for me and my two kids. AC cooled the room nicely. I'm not sure if it's me, but the street area when I came to check in seemed kind of dark. My score is based on my upstairs neighbor. All was well and QUIET until about 1AM. I could hear the neighbor(s) walking/pacing the floor and pulling out drawers. It seems like stomping. They may have children as I hear rapid/jogging movement. Almost and hour later they are still shuffling/pacing around the room. My son keep stirring around. It's rude to allow your children to run at this hour. I contacted the front desk who may have contacted the people upstairs and it kind of quieted down. I could still hear walking which can't be avoided, but the running stopped. Day 2, children still running after 10pm and parents pacing hard around the room. I had a room for 2 nights, paid over $200 and could not get a good nights rest. With small children it's hard to nap during the day. I'm checking out early and staying with relatives for 1 night until we fly out. Was offered another room, but of course I'm inconvenienced because people cannot be neighborly. My recommendation is to get a room on the top floor if possible. read more

Wow! Giving a hotel 5 stars? Definitely very impress with this hotel for the area we were at. The rooms were so clean. I really liked how it had a fridge, microwave, big mirror (to get ready) and clean sheets. The staffs were friendly! Everyone smiled and were kind. I sometimes go to the nos event center. CLEAN VERY CLEAN. You want to stay here. When I pulled up I was a little like "oh okay it's nothing fancy, little outdated" but if you look around, it's spotless, nothings cracked or torn, nothing looks like it's been used forever. The front desk was amazing. I saw one wearing a bracelet of my favorite TV show so we chatted for a minute about it, that was really fun. He was extremely polite and professional, gave me a full rundown of the hotel and the rules. Awesome. Later when I came back around 11, a different guy. SO NICE! I had had a couple drinks, was alone and starving. As I'm raiding their store, he was so friendly asking me about the concert and seeing if I needed anything. I couldn't decide what I wanted and he was so helpful. Then I forgot utensils and when I came down, he had them wrapped and even gave me hot sauce packets just in case! Which yes thank you, it was perfect! The housekeeping ladies, great job, my room was spotless. And they are so nice, every time I walked by they smiled and I was like hiii and they said hi how are you do you need anything are you having a good time? BREAKFAST LADY YOU ARE SOMETHING ELSE. I'm pretty sure it's self serve but this lady was awesome. She was like oh I have this and this and I have different milk and oh I can make you eggs or a waffle? I can make oatmeal too! And she cooked a whole breakfast for this elderly lady sitting there and they were chatting. It was awesome. Whoever that lady was deserves a promotion. Management, you have a solid team.
