We had such a great experience at Skypark Camp, and a huge part of that was thanks to Sydney. She was incredibly kind, attentive, energetic, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Her positive attitude and organization really stood out and made the camp experience special. The only downside was that it could get pretty loud at times with all of the kids and activities going on, but that's also to be expected at a busy camp environment. Security was able to handle the noise which was great. Overall, Sydney truly made the experience memorable, and we would definitely come back because of her! read more

This place was simply amazing. It was very well kept and clean. Bathrooms were super clean. Love the the touch of putting an elk chandelier in every bathroom/ shower. Sydney the camp host was very nice and accommodating. We stayed in the rv site 22 which was very private but limited view . I actually have mixed feelings about this campground. Many of the sites are quite narrow, with very little room next to your RV, although most are long enough to set things up behind. The only amenities are bathrooms, showers, and a laundry room, and there are also a few large firepits available. But the campground is very clean and well maintained, lots of plants and flowers, and the views from the campground are nothing short of spectacular. Santa's Village (affiliated with the SkyPark campground) is right across the street and has plenty of other activities and dining options, but there is an additional fee to enter the park. read more

Some of the large RV sites are a little small and are very close together, but the view is amazing. Can't beat the location, being so close to Sky Park. We tent camped on a Thursday and Friday night. The tent sites are walk in sites with parking in a different location. The walk down and up to our site was about 25 yards. Bring a wagon. There was also no picnic tables for the tent sites, bring a little table too. . The tent pads were small, but had really lovely views of the hills, mountains and city lights. The bathrooms were pretty amazing for a campground. Each stall had a toilet, a shower, bench, and sink with mirror. And they were stocked w soap, shampoo and conditioner. The 6 minutes shower of hot water was free. The campground had wildflowers all over. There is no "camp store" at the campground nor at the park across the street. The four community gas-fire pits are by the office and bathrooms. The proximity to Skypark at Santa's village was excellent. We did stay and play. It seemed like a good deal. Thursday night was very quiet in the campground. Friday it filled up and was noisier. But people observed the quiet hours. I would recommend to a friend especially if you are going to skypark. read more

We stayed at SkyPark Camp + RV Resort in Sky View and had a great experience, largely thanks to Mike Knapp, who absolutely went above and beyond for us. When we arrived, our initial spot wasn't quite what we hoped for--it was fine, but a little more worn in than expected. Mike took the time to walk the property with us and personally helped us get into a cleaner, more ideal spot. He didn't just "handle it"--he genuinely cared about making our stay better. His attitude was friendly, professional, and just super helpful all around. You could tell he takes pride in the place and wants visitors to really enjoy it. That level of service is rare these days, especially at a campground. The grounds themselves are well-kept, peaceful, and perfect for a mountain getaway. But it was Mike's hospitality that really stood out. If you're staying here, ask for Mike--he's the guy who'll make sure your experience goes smoothly from start to finish. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Skypark Camp Airstreams! it was an amazing experience and the two nights we stayed there were so memorable and so easy. As two moms and 5 children with two airstreams we truly felt safe and comfortable and had everything we needed. Everything was impeccably clean, the bathrooms camping glamorous, the park ranger Sydney was such a highlight for all her help and thoughtfulness. the views are incredible and the atmosphere was so easy and fun. Perfectly situated 7-9 minutes from Lake Arrowhead village too. We wish Santa's Village was open and there was no way for us to know it wasn't going to be open until way after we made our reservation (since SV doesn't show hours and days open far enough ahead of time). But we loved feeling like we had the place to ourselves. It was a memorable, quaint time, and we will for sure be back! read more

We stayed in the Airstream at SkyPark and overall had a good experience. The camper itself was well-furnished, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. However, I was a bit disappointed with a few things. When booking, the website didn't offer clear pictures of the outdoor areas for each camper. I chose Camper 6, and unfortunately, it had the smallest outdoor lounging and dining space. I came with my children, who brought several outdoor toys they were excited to use, but there just wasn't enough room to enjoy the space comfortably. We also had issues with the outdoor chairs -- we tried to move them to make more room and because they were causing splinter on my children, and they broke. Lastly, the propane fire pit, which was a great feature in theory, kept going out at night and needed to be relit every few minutes, which became frustrating. With a few improvements and more accurate online info, this could easily be a five-star stay. Still, we appreciated the cozy setup inside and the kindness of the staff. read more

My wife & I really enjoyed this campground over the July 4th weekend. Even though the site pads are smaller we found it to be plenty of space. Quiet at night and the sites are just far enough apart to feel like you're not in someone else's site. The camp hosts were very friendly. The facilities are clean & well maintained. My wife & I are not the adventurous couple and we still found it to be a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely return for another visit! Couple very very minor issues that are completely out of the camps control. The wind can come up and since you're right on the rim it can be gusty at times. Also there are wild flowers everywhere so we did notice lots of bees doing their thing. Again nothing the camp can do about these issues but just something to be aware of. read more

This trip was the BEST trip of the year! First time pulling our RV up the mountain, and it was WELL worth it. It is beautiful and clean, and the weather was the absolute best! The staff (Sydney) is awesome! Highly recommend this RV park if you are looking for a nice, relaxing, peaceful weekend. But if action is what you want, walk across the highway to SkyPark Recreation Center, zip lining, air bikes, archery, hiking... It's all there. This is a 10 out of 10! read more

This is a great place to stay, and right across the street from Skypark! PROs: SUPER clean! Great bathrooms/showers that actually have ample hooks to hang all your stuff and are CLEAN! Nice communal firepits. Close to skypark and the street crossing has a light and crosswalk. Great views from most spots! Each site has a picnic table. Friendly, helpful staff! Washing station and laundry by bathrooms! CONs: Sites are a little small and close, though not as close as KOAs! Tent sites are VERY tight and have no picnic tables. If you have more than a 2-person tent, you will have no room on your site for anything but the tent and maybe a chair. Overall a GREAT place. Would be 5 stars except for the tight spacing and no tables at the tents. read more

We rented out 5 airstreams for a weekend for a family holiday trip. Each airstream is impeccably styled, clean, and comfortable. The grounds are clean and safe. The restrooms and kitchen bus are also super clean and make the stay so comfortable. We recommend this place to all of our friends and family. Loved it so much we came back! This was our second time here, and we came with some friends and family. We rented the airstreams, and everyone loved it! We treated the kids (teens) to mountain bike lessons, and they learned valuable skills. I brought my new here and my wife's seriously upgraded hardtail, and these trails do not disappoint! I kept getting compliments on my bike. It's not even an e-bike. Regardless, this place is amazing. Sydney- the admin that runs the camp sites, is a godsend, #employeeoftheyear! It was our first time RVing at SkyPark. It was a weekend storm so it was cold, rainy, and foggy but that did not dampen our stay. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially the RV host. She is full of energy and kind! The bathrooms are WELL maintained! They have showers in each individual bathrooms. Each bathroom is passcode protected. Showers are timed. Full hook-ups and well maintained as well. It was a beautiful 3 night escape and we can only imagine how gorgeous the views are during the spring and summer months. We stayed in camp site #27. The view was incredible, but given the storm, our trailer was shook with intense winds. Despite that, we really enjoyed ourselves. An enjoyable getaway with family and only 7-10 minutes from Lake Arrowhead Village! read more

Beautiful view and relaxing. My husband got to ride at Sky Park and had a great time. The bathrooms are ok. The showers are timed and run pretty much like the motorhome shower where the water temperature fluctuates during your shower. My husband used it and it was fine. I just used our motorhome shower. It is kind of magical being in the mountains. Sky Park is pretty cool with lots of things to do for families. We stayed in RV4 site. All was great. Easy check in. Kind staff. read more

We camped here in the summer of July 2024. It was 103° at our house in the Inland Empire when we left to head to the campground. When we got there it was 86° which was much more bearable. The campground doesn't have a pool which would have been nice but over all it's very nice. We met some friends up there and one of them opted to use one of the Airstream campers which worked perfect for them. There was a small school bus next to it that had coffee bar, sink, microwave, etc. We went skating on Saturday night at the rink across the street. It was nice except if you have people not skating they have to pay to come watch as well which was kind of interesting. Overall the site was nice, 50amp, sewer and water. The rangers were really nice as well. read more
