The vacuum pumps were in the sun. And in Florida, they should've considered giving more shade while you're vacuuming out in the car.

Today was my first time getting a car wash at Victory and I must say that I'm very satisfied with the end results. I came here trying to use a free car wash code but for some reason it just wouldn't come up. An employee saw me struggling and came by to see what was going on and once I explained to him what was wrong he managed to give me a courtesy wash. The worst experience in getting a car wash period. First of all called to find out if they hand wash. Guy tells me Yes $60 full service for inside and out with vacuum. When I get there they tell me it's $80, said that's not what they told me on the phone. Anyway they started servicing the car with some kids from high school who look like they can't even wash their own behind. They proceeded to tell me it's only the exterior and not the inside. They were done in like 10 minutes for $60. Horrible wash at that. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Not even worth the 1 star. read more

I've been going here for years getting my vehicles washed, almost on a weekly basis. The service was usually good and the wait not long. The membership I had (as in no longer) was the full service monthly for $70 which enabled me to get a wash, windows done, wheels & tires cleaned, vehicle hand towel dried, air freshener if desired and general wipe down inside the vehicle. Over the past four years I would go at least four times a month, sometimes five...like I said, almost a weekly basis. On 1/12/25 when I pulled up to the kiosk, it informed me that my membership was no longer active. One of the associates recognized my truck and came over to speak with me; he informed me that the owner or corporate office (someone above his pay grade) had made the decision to eliminate the membership I had, and that I would need to purchase a different membership for exterior service and then pay a fee each time I came for the full service cleaning. When I asked what service was comparable to what I previously had I was told the $45 membership. I then asked what the fee was for the individual full service cleaning was I was told $15. So, what was costing me $70 per month would now cost me $105 for four visits or $120 for five visits. I can understand changing the membership plan a little or increasing the price, but paying 50% or almost 75% more for the same thing is absolutely ridiculous! Needless to say I did not purchase the new membership. read more

I promised myself I would not return to the Sun City Center car wash since the last time and after they changed hands. I drove to Victory Car Wash, 12959 US Hwy 301 S, Riverview. They had an electronic check-in and payment system outside. Then, I stayed in my vehicle, drove ahead, and the car wash (in neutral) pulled me thru the wash/ wax/ dry. I turned right and the guys did the BEST EVER job cleaning my vehicle! Honest - they found $20. in my vehicle and placed it on the seat! The windows/ seats, etc. were spotless! I will DEFINITELY be returning AND staff were VERY helpful! read more

I joined the monthly club l used it till we moved to Michigan from Florida. I canceled the car wash, That was last September I called the number they gave me. They never answer. I found a different number, called it I never talked to a real person. So every month they charge me. Im to the point where Im gonna contact a lawyer. read more

I had no problems with their service until recently. I paid at the kiosk for a full service wash. They usually write a number on chalk on a window to indicate that it is full service. This time, however, the worker neglected to write a number on the window. Of course, after paying my $30 for a wash with full service, the detailers had the manager look to see if I paid. He states that he cannot find evidence that I paid on their system and says he will do it this time, but I need to pay next time. He asked for a receipt, but the kiosk did not provide a receipt, even after requesting one. There will be no next time for me, and unless you enjoy being scammed, then I would recommend for you to not use this car wash as well. $23 for a car wash and there was soap all over it after it was "cleaned". Spotty water, dirty soap, I had to wipe the whole car down and still had streaks and spots. A bunch of kids (employees) walking around and not doing much. They brush the car down before it goes into the wash, but they rest the brush on the ground in the rocks and dirt before brushing my car?? Will not be returning... read more

This is my go to car wash! Monthly membership is so convenient and they have full service. The team here works hard and go above and beyond. At times they are slammed but that's a good thing because people prefer here over other places. I get the Hawaiian Breeze spray and my car smells fantastic! The promo code on their LED sign did not work so I decided to pay for a wash. their card readers did not work and the employees acted as if I was a bother when I informed them of the card reader and promo code issues. They decided to give me a free "wash" but instead scrubbed my car down with a couple of brushes and sent me through the wash without the water on. read more

This car wash is a waste of your time and money. Employees are lazy, they either stand around and talk to each other or walk in and out of the office the few times I was there they were cars in the full detail area and never really seen anybody working on the cars Owners of vehicles sitting around with pissed off looks on their faces which is understandable. I used full detail service once and completely understand why people are pissed off they take forever they don't really clean the cars and they're way too expensive word of advice wash and detail your own vehicle. read more

The car was not cleaned properly inside, my back truck in my suv was not vacuumed and after they "finished" my car, I had to ask for a cloth to clean the inside by myself . Go up the street and around the corner for better options. I signed up for the membership for convenience as I live in Summerfield. I've had issues with them from my very first month, but I continued bc of convenience. Well, not anymore. First off, they were shut down during this pandemic like most businesses, at no fault of their own. But guess what, they still charged their monthly membership fees. Oh well, what can I do. First week open back up, I go to get a wash. Apparently everyone else does too. All 3 lines for the automatic wash are jam packed!!!! I get to the computer and it's not registering my decal. About 6 cars in front of me bumper to bumper and 6 cars in front of me as well headed in the wash. No other option available here other than to pay for a one time and get it resolved once I'm out. WRONG! The manager speaks with the owner who BOTH refuse to refund my charge. They don't offer ANY sort of restitution in light of the situation. This is even after confirming my membership is fine. Guess what? Never even bothered to tell me why it didn't register my decal. So of course, go ahead and cancel my membership. Better service would've been to just refund me, since I'm already paying for the monthly and you all obviously had a system error. read more

We purchased monthly plans for all 3 of our family's vehicle but The last 3 times we've gone up there the car wash has either been broke or in the middle of it it just soaps the car and pushes it through and they have to rinse it off with a hose at the end terrible car wash.. can't wait til the new car wash by my house opens. I called 3 times a day to cancel all 3 of my car plans but no answer there are probably too busy to grab the phone e because the employees are calming pissed off customers. read more

2 stars only cause this place used to be great. They've been going downhill more and more lately. The managers on duty always seem to have attitudes. They used to brush the back of the car to get the dirt off now they could care less. I've had a membership forever like almost since they opened and sadly I had to cancel. I'm not sure if anyone remembers the show "Punk'd", but this experience definitely made me feel like a camera crew would come out at any moment. Prior to going I researched the full interior detail cost and what it entailed, so I knew exactly what I wanted. When I got there I asked the gentleman where to go for a full interior detail because I wanted my seats and carpet shampooed. He tells me to go to the machine and select full service. I do that and pay $43. It seemed odd since the website said $99. When I pull around I had to speak to SIX people to get them to understand what I wanted. It's a car wash.. How hard is it to understand a full interior detail, the EXACT verbiage from their site. This detail ended up costing me $173 because I never needed the full service package that was first suggested. The only reason they got 2 stars is because they got the orange juice stain out of my seat. I won't even get into how the guy tried to con me. I'm never returning! read more

The first time I came to this car wash I paid $48 for a full service wash, my car was still dirty in the inside and on the outside, I requested a refund but they said they couldn't refund me back my money and that they will give me a free wash through the machine, a free interior clean and a free wax as well, I came in today and they "cleaned" my car. They half cleaned my car, my car was still dirty on the outside, on the inside there was still sand, dust and dirt and they didn't wax my car like they said they would, I just want my money back!! read more

Went through this car wash and came out the other end with my antenna ripped off and trim from my car. Was told I would be getting a call from the owner about repairing it but apparently that was all LIES!! Manager that was there said that's what happens when you take a car with loose parts through the car wash(as he's super gluing my shit into my car ). None of my stuff was lose before I went in to the damn car wash or any of the car washes I've been in!!!! I guess the people he walked back through the tunnel to find the parts to their car had loose shit too and that was their fault as well?? NEVER GO TO THIS CARWASH! Terrible customer service in handling one of my tire caps that snapped off. "Manager" Frank said it happens "all the time" and he would fully reimburse. Turns out it's only up to $7-$10 reimbursement and once I let him know the amount, he said he can't help. Asked for Corporates number and was told that Corporate doesn't exist and there's no other options. Absolutely terrible- will not be the last of them hearing from me. read more

I was a regular customer here and stopped coming due to the wash always being terrible my car used to be half washed everytime I would go through the car wash. I just recently got a new vehicle and thought maybe to give this car wash another chance because it is the closest one to me. Sadly I was disappointed yet again. I paid 20 for the car wash and when we came out my car was still covered in suds and it was just a bad look. I pulled around to let them know and the guy told me to pull back through and he would upgrade it to the 28 dollar car wash, I was thankful hoping this time would be different and sadly it wasn't. I believe maybe their equipment needs to be updated, honestly it seems pretty run down. I am 7 months pregnant and after the second wash I had to get out and grab the free towels they leave out to manually clean my car that was covered in suds and dry water marks. Just paid to have the exterior and interior clean and I'm not impressed. The car wash did a decent job and the crew did good work on my tires, but the interior job was not good at all. Cloth residue all over the dashboard. Terrible job vacuuming. They didn't even attempt to clean the top of the center console and trash was left in the cup holders. Honestly, my teenage daughter could have done a better job. I've been here a few times and today was my last time coming. read more

My car was muddy from having to drive on a dirt road through the rain. I looked online and this carwash advertised an under carriage wash with one of the higher tier packages. I selected this package and went through the wash. The undercarriage was not even touched and there was significant amounts of dirt still left on the textured plastic trim. I brought this to the attention of the manager who had some one clean off some of the dirt from the visible part of the bottom of the rear bumper and the trailer hitch. There was still dirt and the entire underbody is still covered in dirt and mud. Not the end of the world but I paid for a wash that included an undercarriage wash. I was then told that the specific location does not have the undercarriage wash equipment and that the power washers were down (which is what would have took the dirt off the textured plastic trim). Nothing was done to resolve this. No additional wash offered or reduced price considering 2 of the items which are to be included in my package were not available. Will not be going again as I had to hand wash my car again after paying over $30 for a wash. read more
