Nowhere was mentioned (including by the service ) even once that I was signing up for an automatically renewing subscription. I work online for a company that offers a subscription service like this for their online product. We have it written that it is a renewing subscription on our website, at checkout, and then we send renewal reminders. We make it clear for the buyer what they are signing up for. The fact that I was charged automatically with no notice whatsoever isn't right. It was done without my knowledge and without my consent. I requested a refund and was denied. I explained everything I said above and have gotten no response. One star for poor business practice. The car wash itself is fine. UPDATE: after leaving one star reviews here, Facebook, Google, and Better Business Bureau, they reached out to me to give me that refund.

I requested an exterior clean with premium rim care and paid $14. That did not include any vacuuming of the interior because I requested them not to. The tires look OK but the rims were not efficiently cleaned. The car in itself was left with water spots And they don't even do any kind of wax finish. The prices start at $5 for a wash and they also have the options to become a wash member. After your wash, you have a spacious dry/vacuum/detailing area. They have two types of vacuum suction heads which to be honest I haven't seen in any other Carwash I've been to. They also have an air blaster hose to spray out dirt and dust from various areas inside of your car. They also provide windex and clean cloths to dry your car and wipe it down. Overall, I think you get a lot of value for your buck here. My car came out decently washed with an $8 wash. It's definitely a better Carwash experience for me here than anything the other local Carwash locations I've been to in this area.

But to be honest the machine does all the outside washing. I asked for my floor mats to be cleaned as I exited my vehicle (which I shouldn't have to say) since it was supposedly a part of the wash package I purchased. I then went to the restroom and when I came back out my vehicle was done. I was like "wow" that was quick. As I got to my vehicle all my doors were open and when I looked inside the first thing I noticed was a french fry under the back seat. And that all of my mats were still dirty (dirt and particles) like nothing had been done. The employee said that I thought you just wanted us to remove the water that had gotten in during the wash, because of my rear window being slightly cracked open. My doors looked like they hadn't even been touched. I am very disappointed with my visit here today and I'm tempted to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. Bug prep station was VERY dirty, I didn't want to put it on my car. Woodies does a much better job all around. Better service and better amenities.
