I used the Yelp app from start to finish in requesting quotes for local detailers - Jerald was very quick to respond, extremely reasonable, self contained and great at communication. I appreciated his hard work to beat the rain storms brewing and to get my CEO's car clean and spotless - We both got a kick out of the fancy features his new Tesla had. He was a VERY happy man with his shiny clean ride - TY!! Definitely a job well done for Jerald (and pat on my back for finding him thru Yelp!). He offers multi-car discounts which is GREAT for an office and even gave us swag for the new business we will be bringing him. Jerald is very informative, friendly and beyond trustworthy which is rare but HEAVILY APPRECIATED!!! J. was extremely polite, knowledgeable and kept in touch whenever he was going to be delayed. He did excellent work and prices were very reasonable. He uses his own water and power sources. After witnessing the great job he did on the disaster of my SUV (looks like it came right out of showroom) I immediately arranged for him to detail my car. I plan to continue using J. & Consistency Detailing for my vehicles in the future. Even my neighbors were impressed with his work and asked for his business card. He apparently stays busy. read more

I had sent a request for detailing of my car and washing my RV. After texting back and forth through Yelp that came up on my phone I thought we were all set for the specified date. On the date no one showed up and I had been ready for the service. Received no Yelp communication nothing came through my phone. Was told they didn't have my phone number. My suggestion is in the beginning info get the phone #. Very disappointed will look elsewhere for service. read more
