This business is a very friendly family owned and run business and Joe takes great pride in his work and his wife Vennessa was a pleasure to deal with when picking up the cars. They sent photos and videos of both cars upon completion showing the work done via text when letting us know the work was completed and cars were ready for pick up, so you get to review before even arriving at the shop; nice personal touch to the service. We both could not have been more pleased with the showroom condition of our cars when picking them up. Highly recommend this business and we will be repeat customers, no doubt. Joe and Emerson detailed my Ford Flex inside and out including waxing. My car looks fantastic. Additionally my recently repaced windshield had dirty spots that my windshield washer wipers could not budge. These marks made night driving difficult. They cleaned all windows including the sun/moon roof and treated the windows with Glassparency improving visibility and safety. I will be a return customer. My car was in desperate need of a full detail and I really did no know where to go! I read the reviews here on YELP and decided to chance it. Well I'm not disappointed. I work in downtown and i was willing to drive to them they they said they could get me that same day and that they would come to me. They did a great job on the inside of the car and outside. I did not give them a 5 star because I paid for the extra service for my lights and did not feel they did a great job on them. Other than that I'm will definitely use them! They were here on time, took about 2.5 hours to do a full detail with 2 guys (one of whom was Joe the owner) - I just paid off my car and it's about 5 years old and it needed this more than anything. Its clean but not $299 clean. I went with this company because they are local to my area and I like the idea of supporting a local business. But I probably wont use them again. When I initially called, told them my car age (9 years) and that I had wanted to deep clean of both the inside and outside. I then followed up with text pictures to show the condition of the seats. Vanessa (the co-owner) then said that she would check with Joe (her husband and the person who actually does the cleaning) - she came back and said that the condition was actually better than I described it and that the $189 service would get me the cleaning I wanted for the seats and $25 extra would clean the headliner. Upon arrival, Joe then proceeded to tell me that for $189 it would not give me leather conditioning that I needed for my seats. I explained and showed him the text exchange and he said that in the text it does not say "leather conditioning" and that the $189 is for just a general cleaning and that I needed the $299 and he was adding "thousands" of dollars of value to my car. I think he did a good job and was very detailed but not $299 clean. Also one of the cleaners he used was too harsh and the rubber/plastic knobs on my center console is now tacky. read more

Really, really great service. My husband and I had both of our cars detailed @ home, which was super convenient (not having to go to a shop and sit for hours on end). They were extremely prompt and very detail oriented. My husband's car needed oxidation removed from the hood and top, and they did such a fantastic job. Extremely professional and courteous. The pricing is comparable to a regular car detail place, but the work they do is MUCH better quality. Other auto detail places are just trying to get you through the line and end up missing spots and doing a half way job. Not this place. This is two reviews into one. The first time (four months ago) I needed some scratch marks buffed out on the front of my hood. They did the best job they could but still they had left marks on the hood. They said, "We did the best we could." Three days ago, I went early in the morning when they first opened up at 0830. It looked like they had a whole new crew as from my first visit. This day, I went in for a wash and hand wax. When they were finished, I looked from a distance and it appeared as if they did an excellent job. Unfortunately, when I got home and inside the garage, it was obvious they hadn't removed all the splattered bugs off the hood and top of the car. In-fact they had waxed over all of those areas. For me, this is a BIG NO NO. Under different lighting, I could see the splattered bugs and when I ran my hand across the hood and top of the car I could feel the ruffness of those splattered bugs. I immediately went about working to get all those areas clean. I then had to re-wax those areas again. Earlier that day, I had scheduled another vehicle for a wash and hand wax for the next day. You guessed it, I cancelled it!!! I won't be returning any Time soon. read more

Every time I use them they impress me. I seem to give them very difficult jobs but they always return my car looking better than the day it was purchased. Joe did an incredible job. He came over and did 3 cars for us. My friends got the $45 basic wash, wax, and interior. They said the car hadn't looked that good since the day they bought it. I got the $65 upgraded basic. The car was immaculate, I couldn't ask for more. I got my boyfriend the $150 'fresh off the lot' clean for his birthday which included cleaning the lights, rims, tires, all the plastic grooves on the outside of the car, carpet shampooing, steam cleaning the seats, and polishing up the engine. We were totally blown away, that cleaning added at least $1500 to the resale value of the car. He even made the dings on the car look good, no lie. His work was meticulous and comprehensive, and everything was seamlessly professional from the time I made my first phone call to the time he swiped my credit card. Even if you pay more money elsewhere, I doubt you will get the same quality of work. Joe gave me a call the day after he finished up the cars to make sure I was satisfied with everything- seriously, I can't remember the last time I had a better experience with any service, period. Joe said he doesn't carry business cards because he gets more than enough business just by word of mouth alone- that's how good he is. Strongly recommended! read more

Very poor customer service. The lady that I spoke with on the phone was nice but the guy that came to wash my vehicle was pushy and rude. He also stated a different price from what I was told on the phone. In addition you either have to give them your keys to hold or pay up front which strikes me as a little suspicious. I use 2 other mobile detailing companies and was only trying them out because they were both booked at the time and neither of them are like this. read more

I've tried three times to get my car washed and each time I've been either stood up or scheduled poorly. I scheduled an appointment and when the day came, I never got contacted and nobody showed up. Last week I scheduled another appointment and specifically mentioned I am at the office from 9am-5pm and needed them to finish before I left home, they called me at 4:30 pm and said they were 15-20 minutes away. When I mentioned that I needed to leave by that time, they rescheduled me for today. It is now 4:45 pm and I got stood up again. I wish I could rate their services, but they seem unable to provide them at all. read more
