Love the convenience of having my car detailed while at the mall, but this business seems to have a new owner with new policies. The rates have increased and includes fewer services. I emptied my trunk thinking they'd vacuum it like they always have, but apparently, they no longer touch the trunk. Attention to detail wasn't the same either. Bug guts remained on my car and brake calipers weren't all wiped clean. read more

I paid $210 for the French Spa, which is suppose to be an Ultimate Interior & Exterior clean. For that price, I expected my car to be perfectly detailed and that isn't the case. I had a smoothie spill on my passenger seat, which I hoped they could clean for me but it still looks the exact same. The cupholders and entertainment system still have debris to be cleaned. As for the exterior, there's still bug splats on my front bumper and break dust on my wheels. It looks the like door jambs weren't touched either. Maybe this is the kinda service to expect for $210, and I should have gone to a more professional detailing company to meet my needs, I'm not sure. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're trying to get a true detail for your car. Spend the extra money somewhere else. read more

Love this place! It's located in the parking garage of the International Mall and has a permanent spot where they wash, wax, and detail your car. You can go shop or eat at one of the restaurants while your car gets cleaned up. They did an excellent job at detailing the inside and washing and waxing the outside. Went here for the first time-- sort of stumbled upon AutoSpa not knowing they were located below Cheesecake Factory in the lower level of the parking garage. Both Keith and Chris took time to go over the menu of what they offer and helped me find what would be best for me. I was in a bind for time but they assured me they would be able to get my car finished in time-- and they didn't disappoint. The car was spotless. Went in to give this place a chance again. The business owner and staff are all really friendly and accommodating. The service was a little better the second time around. Once your car is done they text you to let you know it's ready. I would recommend this place to anyone who is at International mall. Perhaps I'm too picky? I purchased the Ultimate Exterior for my Lincoln MKX. Overall everything looks good, with a few oversights. They did not vacuum/clean out the back. It has a mat and would have been easy enough to shake out. Also, there were spots where the glass met the trim on the back window and one of the side windows. Since I wasn't sure they even opened the trunk area, I cleaned the inside of the window in the back, (wouldn't they have noticed the debris?) and it too needed cleaning. I'll have to think long and hard before I return. I know they were busy, but asked for a text message when the car was done, but didn't get one. As a result, I wandered an extra hour at the mall. I'm not a shopper. Again, not a BAD job, I just expected more. read more

I visited Pronto Wash for the first time today, August 22. My appointment was at 5 pm. I was in for the $110 for the Express Spa package in my SUV. The package is too expensive for the job done on my car, which as seen in the pictures still has debris and was not detailed clean. I'm not satisfied and I won't come back. The young boy working there was by himself and evidently very tired for the number of cars that kept coming. I got a 15% discount but still $93 when the service was not even a $50 in any other car wash business. At the end I was told that the service did not include the removal of the black spots in the front part of the car and that I needed to pay additional $120 to get that done. Such a disappointment and waste of money. Won't recommend. read more

Top notch spot! I have had my car cleaned here 3 times, very time it comes out superb!! It's very convenient to be located in the parking garage at international mall. You just drop it off while you shop or grab a drink and a bite to eat. Normal wash takes a little less then a hour, but a wax and wash maybe a hour and a half or two. The first time I took it I got the 150 car wash and the car came out perfect, like how it's SUPPOSED to. The next time I bring it in my cup holder was broken and naturally like any sane person I bring it back and I get told they can't do anything about it till their boss come back (in THREE MONTHS) One of the people that was THERE THAT DAY CLEANING MY CAR, had the nerve to tell me that it was loose. Just mind you my car has 20,000 miles and on top of that it's a lease.... IT A BRAND NEW CAR, IT HAS NO REASON FOR IT TO BE LOOSE. I've been here 3 times my first experience was great I had my car detailed and the service was good. My last two experiences were horrible. My friend had his keys in my center console. When they washed my car my friends keys were taken out of my car and he was stuck In Tampa all night as he lived in Sarasota and the car wash was closed. The last time I went I again wanted a full detail and was told it would be three hours. I was willing to wait but the service attendant kept telling me how he was under staffed and had three vehicles ahead of me. Again I said I would wait and he refused to do it.
