I needed my truck washed and wanted to go somewhere that did a hand wash instead of the "monster car wash" that uses machines because those are known to cause paint swirls. I looked up hand car washes on Yelp and saw Prontowash. When I called to confirm availability, I spoke with Jesse who was polite and helpful over the phone and he said they could get me taken care of so I decided to give them my business. I dropped my truck off at 1:00 and was helped by Gloria who was also very friendly. I went to the mall nearby and walked around while I waited since it's an outdoor car wash. I got the Supreme service and I'm extremely happy with the results. When I dropped the car off, the interior was a mess (sand was everywhere) from many trips to the beach and the exterior was long overdue for a wash. Edwin, Sam, and Cyrus did an excellent job. Edwin walked me through the worked to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Booking an appointment online was easy and car was ready when promised. Do NOT recommend for soft top convertibles. They did a great job on the interior and some exterior. I specifically asked the man who came to my house to do a mobile wash not to touch the top because I had just washed and sealed it myself a week prior. After the wash was done it looked great, but the next day after the wax drying, there were about 6 big wax swipe marks all along the place where my soft top meets the trunk. The attached photos are pics of the wax spots AFTER I scrubbed it with convertible cleaner and let it dry TWICE. Extremely frustrating especially given that the scrubbing to get it out is causing more wear to my top. Again, nice job on interior but don't recommend using them if you have a soft top. read more

This place was really amazing! Jesse and Maritza did an awesome job with my husbands car. It had been well over two years since we got it detailed so it was a mess to say the very least. It did take a while, but again there was a lot to get done. Another reason it took a bit was because they do everything by hand. Very professional and friendly staff. Cleaning and waxing took about 90 minutes, Westshore Plaza is right there if you wish to wait. Since no water is used, the hood of our car still had some residual road-kill on it which was unfortunate since the rest of the outside was immaculate. Interior was well attended to and smelled of cleaning supplies for days after. Higher price than competitors nearby but worth it if you're looking for more thorough cleaning. Thank you, Scott! Overall the clean was good but not great. Our car is just 4 months old and this is our second clean so it's practically new. They didn't get the front bumper clean and the detail within the car was average. Our major issue is we had to wait over 5 hours. Let me tell you they did NOT disappoint! I got the AutoSpa Supreme plus a few add ons and the car looks amazing. They bent over backwards to make sure I was totally satisfied. I made an appointment at the Wiregrass Mall location for 11:30 am on the website. I got to the location around 11:15. After taking my time and walking through the mall, mind you it's hot outside, I came to retrieve my unserviced car around 1:15. The gentleman told me that he didn't start my cleaning my car yet, but he's getting ready to do so at the time I'm getting ready to pick up my car. He said that the company does not block the appointment spot once you signed up for a slot. Therefore, multiple people can sign up for the same time slot which is ridiculous! Because of this foolish system on the company's end, I was inconvenienced and the washers/company lost money. Then I remembered, I showed up 15 minutes Before my appointment and there were only two cars that they were working on, so why was my car not serviced within the hour? This company really needs to work on their appointment system. This is poor customer service as usual from Pronto Wash.
