They were able to get month old stains out of my fabric seats, which now look like new. Not a single strand of dog hair left!

My car flooded and had 3" of water in it. I was going to file an insurance claim when my son-in-law told me to take it to Luxury Auto Spa. Brad took out the seats and pulled back the rug and foam to dry it out. After it was dry he shampooed the rug and meticulously cleaned and detailed every inch of it inside and out. He did the work for less than my deductible and saved me a claim. Even though that was my first time there, Brad treated me like family and took care of my car like it was his own. He saved the day for me. I could not be happier. That definitely will not be the last time I take my car to them. read more

While we are fortunate to have reclaimed water for irrigation, it wreaks havoc on our Subaru's finish when we don't move it in time. Brian and Bradley fairly assessed the best treatment and are very competitive about with pricing. Despite it being the Holiday Season, their team worked quickly and with an eye for detail. Our car looks brand new inside and out! Their professionalism is outstanding and I absolutely give 5 Stars!!! read more

A recommendation from a friend sent me to Luxury Auto Spa. I'm so glad I did. My car looks better than factory-new. Better still; I'm told future washing will be much easier as my 3-step ceramic coating will repel water. They took time to explain everything and detail my car down to the millimeter. I'm very pleased with the results and will pass on additional customers to them. read more

Luxury Auto Spa came on time, although there was a bit of confusion regarding the time they were to come to me. They look excellent care of both my husband's van and my car. They pointed out some problems with the paint on my husband's van that we were not aware of and will take care of. Highly recommend. read more

These guys are great! Went here to get a quote on having some scratches worked on, and getting the inside and outside cleaned prior to trading my vehicle in, and they were upfront and honest with me that I would be losing money by getting this work done prior, as the dealer would end up doing the same and still charge me for it. Their honesty and way of doing business is the reason why I will be seeing them for future detailing. In fact, I will recommend any friends or family members needing work to see this place. Thanks guys! read more

I am so happy right now! ..I took my Honda Pilot to this shop for some major TLC and they really did such an amazing job!!!! I recently purchased my Pilot used and after a short period of time it was showing some things I think the dealership was trying to hide ie the shape of the hood and sun damage... but this shop went above and beyond to help me out and I'm just so happy with the results! I went from looking at my car that I was so proud to purchase with disdain to loving it again and it's all thanks to this shop! Thank you Brian and the team! I will be for sure recommending this shop to everyone! read more

My New F-150 got ceramic coated by them at Flammer Ford Costa was awesome and the truck looks incredible! better than 5 stars!

Awesome detailers!!! They really did an excellent job on my 2016 mustang, even got off left over tint residue from previous owner. But well worth the trip and delivered it at the promised time, and not over priced like some bigger shops. I highly recommend these guys, and I don't just trust anyone with my car read more

The other reviews are right on. Brian and his team are awesome! I only wish I had taken before and after photos. My 2004 Hyundai looks like a new car minus normal wear. Under the hood, looks like it just came off the assembly line. Even made the front lights turn from a cloudy light bright to brand new clear. Their detail included, wash and wax, vacuuming, under hood engine cleaning and visual restoration. From the front to the truck a truly superb job! Once you see these results you won't go anywhere else. Excellent customer service which is rare these days. read more

Unfortunately I have to give Mr Lopez a 1 even after he tried to bribe me into giving him a 5 star rating in exchange for repairing the damage they inflicted on my car! No thank you!!! If you're thinking of trying these guys out, DON'T! They damaged my car, denied doing it, then told me I lied about the damage, and then after I called the sheriff department to come down to this place, Mr Lopez offered to repair the damage to my car just to be a "nice guy" but only if I'd give them a five star on yelp....don't think so..and NO I won't bring my car to "your car guy"....I'd never trust you to pay the repair bill!!! read more

brought my 2003 black marauder to Luxury Auto Spa. Over the years the hot Florida sun has faded it. Bradley worked on it and brought back the shine. It came out so well, that my neighbors asked if It was a new paint job. I retuned a week later with my wife's silver scion. He did another great job. I highly recommed Bradley's professional abilities. read more

I stored my SUV for three months in a family members driveway. When I returned to pick it up I noticed the most incredible rust stains all over the passengers side and rear of the vehicle. I took it to several detailing shops for quotes. No one was sure they could totally remove the stains and the quotes were extremely high... I came into Luxury Auto Spa and was immediately greeting by Brian. He was very professional and explained how he would remove the stains and had to paint the trim. He was very confident in his ability and made me feel comfortable that he could get the job done. And to my surprise his quote was low. I gave him a chance and I could not be any happier. Not only did he and his team remove the stains completely they also made my SUV look brand new... Amazing job Brian and your team. I will tell everyone about your shop and definitely be back!!!! I only wish I took before and after pictures because the results were beyond belief!!! read more

I needed my car detailed and cleaned in a pinch. I somehow got a stain on my brand new 2016 Toyota Camry's leatherette interior and I knew I needed a professional to look at it. They were able to work on my car while I went to the movies. When I came back I had a vacuumed, cleaned and washed car and the pesky stain was completely removed. All for a very reasonable price! I will be bringing my vehicle back here for my car detailing needs. Very impressed with the customer service and quality of work. read more

2017 Black Jaguar F-Pace. I needed swirl marks, scratches and hard water spots buffed out. Brian and his team did a great job of thoroughly explaining the steps involved in the process and options for enamel coating. I live around the corner from Luxury Auto Spa, and after reading many good reviews I decided to try them out. I called them and set up a mobile detailing appointment for Monday, June 5th. It rained Monday so a detail would have been pointless however the people at Luxury Auto Spa didn't bother to call and reschedule the appointment. No call, no show. When I finally did call them to reschedule on Tuesday, I spoke with Chris who said that the detailing guy "assumed that we didn't need a detail." I found this to be very unprofessional. Nevertheless we scheduled the new appointment for Thursday, June 8th. Chris explained to me that they would completely detail and wax the car, clean the dash, steering wheel, door frames, seats, shampoo the carpets, and clean the engine. On Thursday, I received a phone call from Bruce, the detailer. He asked if he could pick the car up, take it to the shop (across the street), detail it and bring it back. I obliged and we confirmed the time and location. When Bruce arrived I handed him the keys and he once more explained what they were going to do to my car. I waited for my car for 4 hours. When Bruce brought my car back, I immediately noticed dust and water spots all over the vehicle. Some areas were pretty bad, it looked like they didn't even clean the side mirrors, the wheels had water spots on them, and the trunk was still wet. The only possible explanation for this is pure laziness and the inability to wipe the car down with a microfiber towel. As I looked at the interior I noticed that the only thing they did was shampoo the carpets and blow the car out with an air compressor. They didn't touch the seats, steering wheel, dash, or the door frames. I actually wiped one of my door frames with a microfiber towel and could visibly see the difference in dirt afterward. I actually ended up wiping most of my car down myself... after I paid them $125 dollars for a subpar detailing job that I could've done myself at home. I have to say that I am disgusted with Luxury Auto Spa. You could do a better job yourself. All Luxury Auto Spa does is give you a basic car wash for $125. I do not recommend their detailing services to anyone. read more

Do not use this business! I went in to talk to owner about pricing and items to be done on my brand new SUV. The owner was given instructions to wash and wax exterior of my SUV and to vacuum carpets, clean rubber floor mats, wipe all interior surfaces, and condition leather seats. They had the vehicle for 7 hrs and when we arrived to pick it and pay the $125 cost quoted, the rubber floor mats still looked scuffed up and had sticky spot on one. We lifted the rubber floor mats and there were lots of debris still on carpets underneath that were supposed to have been vacuumed. Leather seats did not appear to have been conditioned. As were inspecting the vehicle, the owner meet us at the vehicle. We showed him the issues mentioned above and he immediately got defensive and rude. His explanation as to why there was debris still on carpets was that it must have been on the back of the rubber floor mats from where they laid them down on the shop floor. He never addressed the sticky substance still on mat or the seats not being conditioned with leather conditioner. He did take it back to be vacuumed out but feel we paid 125$ for a $10 car wash! read more

In Jan, 2017 I took my 2017 GMC Acadia Denial to Luxury Auto Spa and had it detailed. It looked like it just came off the show room again. Two weeks ago a gallon of milk was left in the car and not driven for a few days. The gallon of milk bust open and soaked the carpet. Needless to say, you couldn't hardly stand to be in the car. Took it to Luxury Auto Spa they give me a price for a full detail and to remove the milk odor. They told me they would do everything they could to remove the odor, but couldn't guarantee that it would come out. I took my car to them on a Monday and told them they could have it for a few days. On Thursday I picked my car up and there was no smell. Like I said it's been two weeks and still no odor. The price they give me was what they charged me. They spent a lot more time then they had estimated, but they got the milk odor out and didn't ask me for more money. Don't find many business that give you a price and then have a lot more time in the job and not ask for more . Thanks guys for your effort. read more
