He is an extremely professional, hard working gentleman who prides himself on not only prompt communication, but on making sure his customers are completely satisfied before even asking for payment. I needed to have my friends headlights fixed. She came to visit me on the holidays and normally doesn't drive at night. Her trip to Clearwater from West Palm took her through some very poorly lit roads at night and upon arrival mentioned how hard it was to see. Now her Mercedes Bendz SUV has very bright projection HID headlights. So I looked and saw that her plastic headlight assembles were badly oxidized to actually looking dark yellow! Pampered Auto Detailing came to my house and within a half hour and a more than reasonable fee got both headlight assemblies looking like new and I feel better that her trip home next week will be a safe one because of their great work! Don't waste your time and money on companies that want to charge you a hundred or more bucks to scrub and buff your headlights! The biggest things to me about a business is how professional they are with response time and communication. That being said, Steve with A Pampered Auto was absolutely perfect. I reached out to a few companies and Steve was the first one back to me within five minutes of me calling. One company never even called me back! Steve gave me an estimate on the phone from the cars make and model and what I want done to the car. It was so seamless I booked an appointment that first call. Steve showed up to the appointment 10 minutes early and completed the job within a timely manner and the car looks amazing! I was amazed at the awesome job that Steve and Chris did on my 2016 Chevy Silverado. There were spots from bird droppings, tree sap, and who knows what else on my truck. When they were done, my truck looked like it just came off the showroom floor. They did top to bottom, inside and out. Their attention to detail was great. Besides that, they were both great people. They were very friendly, courteous and professional. Steve worked around my schedule and kept in touch with me every step of the way. His prices are very reasonable and worth every penny. After almost being scammed by another car detailer I turned to A Pa,pered Auto (Steve) based on the reviews here on Yelp. I was NOT disappointed! He was very responsive when I reached out to him. He explained, in detail, what he would be doing to my car. I explained I had a mildew smell in the car and he explained what he would do to help with this problem. He and his helper arrived early and his truck was filled with every product he needed to make my car feel loved again. I was in town for a vacation in mid May, i had an accident with a gallon of milk and a water melon in the back of my Traverse. Needless to say, there was milk from the back to the front. I tried to clean it myself but was not getting anywhere by doing so. I called Steve at A Pampered Auto and was so very impressed with his work. It looked better than it did when I purchased it. I had a blowout that left black rubber on my car and I wasn't sure what to expect. When he quoted me the price, I decided to add cleaning the interior. Yes, this increased the quote because it was a lot more work. Well worth the money!! What a great job!! My car looked better than the day I got it. He got all the black off, washed and waxed the outside, cleaned the interio, got rid of mountains of shepherd fur and shampooed my carpet. Everything, he was a couple hours earlier than expected. I have a 2014 Expedition and it needed a lot of TLC. So cheap, but well done, I paid more. In a few hours, the expedition looks brand new. Very honest guy, found some lost jewelry, I didn't even know I had and immediately brought it to me. The outside, the carpets, the leather interior all look new. I needed to have my engine and the area around it cleaned due to an oil filter not being properly installed.
