I went to this location in search of the prior owner in order to have tint installed on my new car. I was informed that out that unfortunately, he was no longer at that location. I spoke with a gentleman name "Fiyah" whom was still able to install the tint for me. He was very kind and very helpful in choosing the appropriate film. He was also very informative as to what film may work best for what I was looking for. I left my vehicle and told him I will return after my appointment, which I did. He did an awesome job on my windows. I opted for the top of the line film which was a bit more pricey than I anticipated, but you get what you pay for, I guess. I truly appreciated all of his help and would definitely recommend this location to others. read more

Paid for a system upgrade but sound went out in vehicle. Went back next day to have a couple issues addressed such as 1)cross overs zip tires to live wire causing engine noise 2) steering wheel rubbing when I turn steering wheel 3) screws to mount speakers an inch too long 4) wire loom only when wire can be seen. After I picked it up they fixed 2 of this issues but sound went out again. Said they would call me to schedule a day for them to fix it and I've yet to hear from them. I asked for a partial refund so I get get the issue addressed else where but still no luck. I don't recommend this place at all. Try 5star car stereo. read more

Went in for a consultation full knowing what the deal was for my truck. I knew that there would be very little space to do anything behind the seats at all. The sales guy was straight and to the point, telling me that some models of my truck have the space and others do not, so it would be a trial and error and personal preference kind of thing with the sub fitment and amp placement. I asked for a couple of quotes on differently configured systems and he was happy to oblige. after doing some research myself I found that everything he told me was up to par with other owners of my same vehicle and decided to take the plunge. Dropped my truck off and about 3.5 hrs into installation while standing in the doorway of the installation bay I could smell that unmistakable smell of fried electronics. After what felt like another hour of them working on it, I was told that there was an issue. The installer had crossed the input with the output to the amp and had sent all the amplified power directly back to the head unit and fried it. The owner of the shop was on the phone immediately and looking for a new head unit. He was told that the manufacturer of the factory head unit did not sell them brand new and that the unit would have to be sent for repair and then flashed by the dealer technicians to accommodate all the functions of the unit. This would take approximately 1 week as this all took place on a Friday and he could not begin the process till the following Monday. The owner, the techs and the salesman were very apologetic and accommodating in all aspects. The owner even offered to come to my house and finish the installation as I was having a surgical procedure that Monday and would be laid up for six weeks after. The point of this whole story is when stuff goes wrong don't flip out. Everyone is human and it is human nature to make mistakes. The owner made it right and the system sounds AMAZING. Awful experience. Go anywhere else. They installed a speaker which blew on the way home. They also caused my clock on my stereo to stop working properly. They sold me a garbage amp telling me "it'll sound 5 times better than the current one", which was BS and it sounded exactly the same as the old one, so I immediately returned it. Finally, Luis kept $50 of my money for the "installation fee" after lying to me about the amp. This place is terrible and the people there are shady as hell. Don't go here! read more

Came here a month ago to get my windows tinted on my brand new 2020 car. Less then a week since I had driving the brand spanking new car off the lot. Came here cuz I was referred by a friend. Boy was that a big MISTAKE! I left with paint CHIPPED on the roof from the spray bottle being put on top and they guys working belt. Also LARGE SCRAPES in the interior or my car and abrasions in the molding. They came off as if they didn't do the damage. But the car is BRAND NEW! It's so obvious it was from the install. They had their friend text me to fix the damages. Mind you.... I didn't want my car fix by them. But I said okay. We agreed 3 weeks out cuz I was moving the friend hasn't responded to my text. I was offered no refund for the carelessness. Also the install itself was poorly done. No call or follow up for the damages either. Lastly, after curing for over a month there are abrasion/lines through the tint still. I don't plan to go back to have it fixed either. STAY AWAY! read more

Exceptional customer service and moral compass. After installing speakers, and asking me to take a listen, I was not happy with the quality loss from my broken subs to the aftermarket ones. They gladly took out the installed speakers and did not charge me anything for 2 hours of work. I bought my stock speakers from a dealership, then returned and had them installed at Audio Plus, hundreds of dollars cheaper than the dealership was going to charge me. read more

Horrible experience with this company. I will never take any of my vehicles to this location again. Tint peeling, speakers going out, parts on car broken, lies and more lies. Say put in speakers, they put in tweeters. Say that something is covered, come back and they say I gotta pay. I rarely post anything online but my experience each time has been horrible. I wish they had hand-held LIE DETECTORS for companies like this. I have nothing to gain by sharing my review with you. Go there at your own risk. read more

Watch this company when it comes to bait and switch. Plus they install parts that are sub par. If you go there, take pictures of your entire car. That is to make sure they put the parts back. Ask them to take pictures of what they are putting in your car to ensure they aren't used parts. Get everything in writing with these people. If you get tint, make sure you check it, because it may start peeling. read more
