The first time I've ever done a monthly car wash plan and I'm not regretting it lol. There's 4 types of wash cycles to choose from but it's the bays that won me over. Each bay has an interior spray, a window cleaner, an air compressor and a vacuum for each side of the vehicle. There's no more crawling over of the other side to reach. You can keep your composure! I feel like this car wash is going down hill a bit. I've been at this location three times in the past two months and each time I've noticed my car and tires shining less & less. The shine is not consistent nor is the wash. Particularly my last visit I had to move my car twice due to some of the vacuums not working. I just think they need a little more maintenance. read more

We've been here twice. Both horrible customer service. First time charged us $40 because the employee had their hands all over the screen. We got a refund. This time we told the girl to let us do the screen ourself and she got defensive and said, this is my job and wouldnt stop or leave. Finally we got the wash we wanted. Currently have a monthly membership at this location for a car wash and I'm happy with it. Every once in a while you'll see a coupon pop up on social media and I would redeem the coupons to get either a free or discounted wash. I must say that I am happy with the wash I receive each time. Each time, they'll give you a complimentary air freshener and I always look forward to the next scent. This place is certainly worth the money and I appreciate the cleanliness a of this location and professionalism of the staff. read more

Great car wash for the money. I have a monthly membership so you can go unlimited times and it's very convenient. The quality of the wash is okay but they have nice bays where you can clean your interior and clean up anything the machine missed. My old car wash place let me down too many times so I decided to try out this new one down the street. I just happened to show up to their soft opening and got a wash for free, their "bestest" wash which was a $23 value. All the employees were helpful and the wash was powerful! I knew my car got the wash it needed! It even blow dried and wiped my car down so I knew my car wasn't going to be wet at all when leaving the wash. I'm not usually a fan of vacuums without shade but this place proved me wrong. The vacuum suction was super strong! I was able to grab all the dust from my car! I like how they have vacuums on BOTH sides so two people could vacuum the car at once without stealing the vacuum next door. Overall, such a great experience and I will definitely be back for many more car washes! read more

Very refreshing to see a nice and inviting car wash with new equipment and reasonable prices. I took my car in for a mid level wash. I love that the car wash has sky windows. No tunnel of gloom and doom. I equally appreciated the free vacuums that smelled fresh and not like an old sock. I even used the car freshener they gave me. I tried this place for the first time today because I received a free wash card. I was hesitant to go because I do not want my car damaged and I am used to getting it hand detailed, but I have not found a new detailer yet so I gave it a shot. I rolled up to the kiosk and was kindly greeted by Dale who was all smiles and happiness. I expressed my concerns and he explained they could change the rollers to not really touch the car and make it mostly a spray wash. I was very happy about this. My car turned out quite shiny and I am happy about the entire experience. Please go by and say hi to Dale. And get your car shiny. It's just too darn hot to do it yourself right now. read more

This car wash is huge! They offer 4 different types of washes both with single wash or unlimited. The unlimited option is on a monthly basis and no contract . The prices of each wash are great for what's included, especially their unlimited monthly options. My favorite thing they have is the dust air blowers, which is super convenient to get into those harder to reach areas of your car. Another great thing is they have lots of spacious stations to vacuum your car and a bug wash station as well. They have a towel exchange program where you pay $5 for a scratch-free absorbent drying towel every time you wash. Highly recommend this place. read more

I've been a member for over a year and staff was always friendly. Much better when it was privately owned and was express dolphin. Last Friday I went through and the drying brush at the end ripped the antenna off of my car. The staff filed a report and told me this happens all the time and should be covered. It was not and Dylan, the claims manager is just making things up and lying. He clearly doesn't understand how a car is put together, even with video and picture proof. He refuses to give us the video of my car in the wash, but before pictures show my car fully intact. Their carwash broke off the plastic and it still has nine screws in the car. They will not cover damage even when it's their fault. I recommend a carwash that does the right thing and is ethical in their business practices. Do not go here. read more

So I got this membership cause where I live there's a lot of sand and it was easier for me to just go and wash my car at bubble down. I drive a mustang, I've been there like 4 times and my car's paint is wearing off. I don't know if it's the type of cloth material they use, I don't know if it's their method of cleaning their equipment but for me it's not doing it. good service and I think is not that bad at value but damages my car. read more

Paid for the "Besty" wash, $23 for the wash, which was 1 level below their top of the line choice. This wash did not even get the road grime or bugs off the front and rear of our car, which was not super dirty. The car we drove into the location was a small SUV. Vacuums are free after the wash and do their job, but have no shade, unfortunately. Will not be back. read more

What a amazing car wash I've had! I had this coupon that I used that brought me here. I definitely will be back because the staff were really nice and outgoing. The car wash is brand new so everything there worked. I really liked at the end they had a machine that wiped down your car so there were no water spots on the car. I really liked the music outside. It made you want and stay and use the free vacuums. Only thing I would do differently is that I would go at night or early in the morning because it's really hot side. Stopped by the other day and was blown away by how nice the facility was. I entered the car wash and everything was clean and even though it was automatic I felt like the car wash was worth the price because it took quite a while to get through, and I mean that in a good way. It was so thorough! I really loved, unlike others I've tried, that the air dry at the end really did get rid of all water and I wasn't having to spot dry after the wash. The vacuum and detailing area has everything you need, and my vehicle looked fantastic. This will easily be my go-to spot from now on! read more

One of the best machine washes I've been to, most machines washes always feel like it just goes through the motions . But you could see the quality in this machine actually washing . The dark lights was cool too daughter thought we were in a Disney movie going through the machine . The vacuum station was big enough so you were not on top of the next person . The car wash lane on the right does not have functioning towel dryer spinny things (I believe called Buff N Shine) at the end. If you pay for the top 2 tier washes, you are paying for this service. This function in the right lane has been down for a while-- went we went before the holidays in December and it was not working then either. If you notice it, you are able to pull around, get out of your car, speak with someone working, and they will send you back through the left lane, where these are working for a rewash. The manager I spoke to today said he knows it's been down. My question is-- if you know this service is down, why are you letting people who pay for this go through this broken lane?? You have a functioning lane. Don't take peoples money and not give them the service they pay for. I'm sure there are sooo many cars that have gone through and nothing has been said. Poor management. I was okay with the "one" carwash that I got back in June. Then I discovered that Bubble Down-1 charged me in July and August as well. I did not sign up for a monthly program; I am not that passionate about car washes. The key is to look in your account for the first charge and see if you have the exact same charge on the exact same day, month after month. I am going to dispute the two extra months they charged me without my permission. I will insert cash into the machine at any automated carwash machine going forward. read more

She proceeded to be the best saleswoman ever and educated about the different washes/ memberships. Since I live in the area and drive through Florida's unpredictable weather, I gladly signed up. Therefore, do not let them get a hold of your credit card, for they will charge you whether you go or not. They have been charging me almost $40 a month, for 2 months, and I wasn't even there. We're down from Canada and were looking for a good touchless or wand wash car wash to get all the accumulated road grime off the car, but weren't having any luck. Saw the Bubble Down on our way to the hotel and decided to give it a try even though it was a full brush system. The friendly attendants were great and set us up with a free wash to try it out, and I have to say that except for a thorough hand wash the car is as clean as its ever been. We were somewhat fearful of the brush system, but there wasn't the slightest scratch afterwards. The (free) vacuums were good also, along with with the compressed air nozzle.
