This car wash definitely does a good scrub on the car sometimes I feel like it's a little rough but also it gets the job done. Another thing I try to do is scrub the car to help get some of those stuck on bugs off the front they have a little area with a solution and scrubber to get off the yuck before going in. They do offer a membership at this location if your looking for a place that offers a deal. As you pull up they offer you a microfiber towel to use on those tough areas and have a bin to dispose of it so they clean and reuse them for there customers which is nice because I never bring one. The wash itself feels like a rave party with all the light I always turn the music up lol. The kids love it and it goes pretty quickly. The vacuum area has double side vacuums for each side of your care so you don't have to pull the vacuum all different directions. There are almost as many carwashes in Hillsborough county as storage places. This new carwash on 301 in the central section of Riverview is one of the best I have been to. You can pay as you go or get a membership. You stay in the car as you drive thru the wash. There is an attendant to guide you in. The brushes are very slow turning and seem to be a plastic like material. Does not leave scratch marks. This is one of the longest car washes I have been thru. Plenty of brushes, soap and water jet sprays. The blow dryer really dries off the car. The basic wash is $5 and does a good job. There are higher priced washes with additional services such as wheel wash, and wax. They have several free vacuum stations that are partly covered. As you exit the wash you can pull up to a station on your right. This car wash does a good job for a reasonable price. You can add services as you want. read more

First time at this car wash! I paid for the basic $5 wash. I basically paid for a water wash. There was barely any soap, as evidenced by my picture. Free vacuuming is included in the costs. The attendant was friendly and did a great job while I was there. He served me and then continued his job duties to include cleaning the wash area. There are plenty of vacuum stations. The location is very convenient being that it's on 301. Not sure if I'll get the $5 wash again if I come back. read more

They provide a small micro fiber towel that actually does a good wipe down, but my F-150 has too many places for water to hide, so I need a little extra. Went thru this new car wash a few times while passing by. For $5 you can get your car cleaned and a free vacuum. I have never used the free vacuum so I can't speak of that, but they do have plenty of covered vacuum spots available. If my car needed a vacuum i wouldn't hesitate to pull in here. They offer washes from $5 - $14. I have only done the quick $5 basic car wash because we use the car wash in between my husband hand washing my car. read more

I stopped by for an exterior car wash. It was quick and had a variety of options that were economical in my opinion.

This car wash is amazing! The workers even clean the rear of your vehicle before you pull in. The debit yourself vacuum areas are covered. They hand you a cloth as you pull in to wipe interior or dry windows a bit after. There's even a bug station to take advantage of before you drive thru the wash. The only thing that can be improved upon would be "spot free" rinse! Best place for only $5 per each OR $19.99 for unlimited monthly! read more

I took my F-150 in this morning. I did the $14 wash There are many spots on the truck that were never touched. It still is dirty. Plus now has spots so bad I have to rub the Crome out to get the spots off. Do not go here it is not a good car wash. Also I called a few time and there is no answer. read more

We purchased the "unlimited" wash plan for both of our vehicles. After two months of membership, I found out the hard way that "unlimited" actually means "once a day." I brought my SUV in today and after the wash, the windshield was still filthy with bug guts. I decided to use my "unlimited" washes and go through a second time after treating the windshield with the provided bug cleaner at the entrance. As I pull up with the chemicals drying on my brand new vehicle, the screen says I have used my allotted wash count for the day. The attendant came over and informed us that "unlimited" is not unlimited and I would have to come back the next day. I told him no way, that he needed to provide me a way to rinse the bug wash off my car. He became rude, but the owner saw us and came over and also tried to tell me that I couldn't go back through even though I pay $34.99 a month for the premium "unlimited" plan, which as you can see from the sign does not state it means once a day. He finally agreed to let me go through that one time, thankfully. However, due to the poor wash quality and the "unlimited" wash not actually being "unlimited," in the future I will be taking my business to one of the many other car wash establishments in the area. read more

Four levels of washes, with the most expensive one costing $14, which is still a value. Free vacuum areas, do-it-yourself love bug station (before you pay), and free use of microfiber towel to dry off your car (return to bins at vacuum stations). Try it...you won't be disappointed! Best car within a 200 mile radius by far. Each car comes out shining brighter than the next, getting the job done for sedans, SUV's, and even heavy duty trucks/vehicles. Wide concept parking compared to all the other compact layouts nearby, and does a really good job prepping the car before entering the tunnel. They also offer a microfiber tower to help wipe/ get around the car which is a personal favorite if u like a slight detail with no extra cost. read more

I can never tell when this place is open. They don't respect their hours and it's closed at all weird times of day. I'm pretty sure they aren't open on Sunday's at all, every-time I've gone at 9-10am they are closed when google states 8am. Considering I pay for a membership this makes me upset. Second, I have a disabled plate. They were busy and I parked in the disabled spot to clean out my car. The owner came out and complained about me being in that spot, I told him my license plate had the handicap sign so I can park here. He shrugged that off and gave me an attitude saying "what if someone who needs this spot comes". Apparently my handicap wasn't handicap enough for him. I really appreciated that he did this in front of a ton of people. If this place wasn't so close to my house I wouldn't be going. read more

Stains/faded aluminum trim around windows of my new 2019 Chevrolet Impala. What looks like water spots is actually stains from their product they use to clean your car. I brought the issue to the attention of a worker who was very responsive and said the manager will be over shortly and as the manager was walking up before he even saw the damage he said it wasn't his car wash that did it and pointed to a truck and said that trucks not damaged....like that truck and my car are the same make/model made out of the same material. He then said there is a sign that says "enter at your own risk" so folks I honestly wouldn't enter at all with this poor level of customer service. read more

I was sitting at the monitor where you pay for the car wash. I was consulting my girlfriend on if we should by the unlimited car wash plan since we live right next to it. I was on the phone for under 3 minutes( I can screenshot it ) and a guy come knocking on my window super aggressively telling me I'm holding up the line and I need to back up and move right now. I'm a logical person if I was holding up the line I would have moved no questions asked. But there were 3 lanes you could go through. And there was only 1 truck and he went though the row like it was nothing. I told him I wasn't holding anything up the only car there went though no problem. I was trying to tell him I was on the phone with my girlfriend and I wanted to ask some questions. I have a slight stutter sometimes when I'm under pressure like that. When we started knocking aggressively on my window the phone call was over and I was pulling out my card to pay. But he was admit about not letting me finish speaking and was basically forcing me to back up and go wait in the parking lot till I was ready. I started backing up and he started making fun my stutter " Dar dar dar dar dar ". I was like "are you the manager right now or is there someone I can speak to". He proceeded to say he was the owner. And I just started backing up again and he yelled " go fuck yourself ". I'm not gonna lie I yelled it back at him after he yelled it at me.( in front of the 1 other employee and 1 other customer). I was gonna be an ass and drag it out but I just left. It wasn't worth it. All the other times I went the car wash was good. I was literally about to buy a monthly membership. But that one experience ruined everything. Never letting them have my money after they treated me like that. read more
