Everything worst car wash in the tampa area half the machines dont work. The ones that do only work partially biggest waste of money. Better off staying home and using a bucket and sponge. Won't be wasting my time money going back here. read more

I feel disappointed i have to write this review since I was a loyal customer with this car wash for more than 7 years. I had the most unprofessional experience with a employee of this establishment today. I was at the touchless car wash tunnel and the spray arm that goes around the vehicle kept hitting my side mirror which was folded in, at first I did not think too much of it since the arm had a foam cover on it...but it was all ripped up by the spray nossil area.After the wash I got out to inspect it and found out the nossil kept hitting the side mirror and left deep scratches on it. I went ahead and let an employee (older gentleman) know about the situation.I showed him the damage and the torn up foam on the arm with exposed metal that caused the damage.This employee just started yelling profanity thru out the discussion and told me to get out.I told this guy that touchlesswash arm will damage more vehicles and I am not showing you this for a handout.I told him I been coming here for years and his response was more profanity and "I don't care and get the f*** out"I was extremely shocked by this guy's behavior.All this time I was calm thru the conversation. All I got to say is I will never ever come back here and if anyone value their vehicles I would recommend going to a place that do the same and hold customers to a higher standard. read more

Good Morning. I went to Florida Super Wash (on Gibsonton Rd) to get a car wash at 8:47a.m. this morning. Let me first state that the gentleman on duty was nice and professional. Hands down. Upon my arrival, I noticed a note on the machine stating exact cash or credit card payment only. I paid for the $15.00 wash in cash. I also noticed soap on the ground, indicating (to me) that everything was working properly. After entering for the car wash process, I noticed water kept hitting the vehicle. I honestly saw no soap at all. When it got to the Trifoam stage, no foam came out which was weird to me. Another water stage took place then the drying began. Really! This was disappointing to me. I brought it to the gentleman's attention. He mentioned that neither side uses the foam feature anymore at their location. It has been a year since they stopped using it. However, there is another soap that they use. I explained that no soap hit my vehicle at all and the soap on the ground was already present upon my driving up. I advised him that they should let customers know that they no longer use foam, that way customers aren't expecting that within the washing process. He mentioned that he will let the owner (he gave the name Steve) know what occurred and check into why soap wasn't coming down. Again, he was very nice and professional. Went in for a wash on a Saturday. Opted for the self wash. The high pressure soap didn't work, tried the foam gun and that didn't work either, tried to end the wash but the machine only charged me more money.... Found an employee, told him the machines didn't work and he responded "nobody else is having problems", told him I wanted my money back and he said "what did you spend $50?" Then proceeded to tell me I'd have to come back during "business hours" to get a refund which is during the week. Though multiple employees were working at the time I was there. I like the tented vacuum stations and automatic wash it does a good job and the attendants are friendly and pre soak scrub your vehicle prior to entering. The high end is $15 and includes the rain X and exterior wax. It's open 24hours a day 7 days a week and it's well lit and clean. There are self service bays if you want to wash your own vehicle. Love, Love, Love this car wash. It has lots of soap, but it has HOT WATER. My car has never been this clean. I wish we had a car wash like this up north. I went thru the tunnel last time and my car was so clean and my wheels are cleaner than when I do them myself. There were people washing jet skis and small boats there. Tom knew nothing about this until I brought it to his attention a month later, whilst they had my husband wait for a callback that was never going to happen. Mark continuously lied about breaking my antenna and went back and forth lying. Finally, Mark told the truth about how he damaged my antenna and Tom said he would get it fixed. Tom did not want to go through his business insurance so to accommodate him I said fine. I would get an invoice from the dealership I get most of my work done. Unfortunately, the Service Tech didn't do his job properly and only invoiced me for the antenna...neither Tom nor myself caught this before me scheduling this to get fixed. Tom gave me the money for the part thinking it was for the install as well and I scheduled for the repair at the dealership. The day of the repair I find out that the labor was not included and I call Tom at 8am (Friday). Tom refuses to pay for installation and then has the AUDACITY to tell me he'll have his maintenance man do the replacement. I bet you won't guess who the maintenance man is... if you said the same idiot who broke my antenna your right!!! I'm not sure if he thought I was going to be okay with that or just be "like okay great"? WTF was he thinking (obviously he wasn't)? Instead of paying for the labor while I was there, he refuses to pay and says that I already signed off stating that he paid for the repair.. All the receipt states is that TOM gave me 210.00 for the part to my car (Yep, I have the invoice).We continue to go back and forth and he continues to not want to pay for the installation. Tom comes up with a brilliant idea.. taking it to an Auto Shop he feels can do the work-.. If he thought Mark (the same one who broke my antenna) can fix my car... WTF makes him think that any body shop he chooses I'm going to be okay with. I basically told him to go SCREW himself in so many words. I wanted my car fixed at the dealership. If that's not whats going to happen, then I can easily go through his Insurance and throw his $210 back- Til this day he hasn't done anything to get it repaired. I'm driving around with the antenna in my car waiting for TOM to understand my repairs aren't going to be done where he wants them to be, because if I were to have gone through his Insurance to begin with... it would have been done by now through the DEALERSHIP!!! For TOM: Quit trying to be such a cheap bastard and pay the remaining $250 for labor! Take it out of your incompetent employee who doesn't know how to properly wash cars! read more

The fact that they prep the car before going through is a huge plus and really makes a big difference in the end. I've brought my small car and SUV both here for washes.
