    GREAT PLACE TO GET A QUALITY CAR WASH!!! This place is great! Every time I come here the staff are so attentive, respectful, and reliable. This is my new go-to car wash in the Riverview area. Definitely worth the price point.

    1st time going and will not be returning. Have a very clean new jeep so not much needed to be done. They do not move all weather mats to vacuum so dirt is still in the carpet. They also do not wipe the mats down. When asked why I had dirt on my mats still they said its another package which was not offered to me at the beginning when I informed the folks at the start I wanted the top package and the works. Purchased the top package but honestly it was maybe a 3 min wipe down. I walked into the building, paid, made a coffee and my truck was done. Seems like they're more concerned about getting the vehicles in and out over quality.

    Absolutely not. Twaila and her staff apparently do not care to make things right and caused damaged when specifically given instructions not to run the top brush. Will never be returning and will be filing a complaint with corporate. Makes sense on why their ratings are so low. I've included pictures. Mind you they didn't even take a look because they wouldn't take responsibility... thank you T whatever your name is for making me drive 20 minutes back to your location to not even look at the damage caused.

    I added one more star because the Jules Premium does disclose "light wipe down of center console." But customers need to be mentally prepared for how light. I paid $59 plus a small tip before getting my car. Got the mats cleaned as well. When they were done and I went to get in the first thing I saw is there was still grass in my center console. Like a lot of it. My car was pretty dirty but definitely not awful or hard to clean and there had been some small grass debris in the center console that would have been very easy for someone with a damp towel to remove. I called the young kid over and said you guys barely did anything on the inside there's still grass in the console. He gave it a quick wipe so you can't see the grass in the images I uploaded but you can see there was still so much dirt and debris left behind after a supposed vacuum and wipe down. They finished my car in 10 minutes altogether on a busy Saturday. That's way too fast. The wash was not worth $59. It was worth $20. When I run through the drive through at other wash places I pay about $20-25, then vacuum and wipe down the inside myself with the materials they provide and my car looks so much cleaner than it did after Jules. I was just strapped for time and needed someone else to clean my car so I could catch up with work. I get that it's a "light wipe down" but come on guys. I was able to wipe off the debris and blemishes on the seats with so little effort, but the point is that it needed effort. Jules was good when they first came to town but my boyfriend and I have lost money here several times in the last few years and I'm just so done with the disappointed. Jules is a good businessman who takes care of his family so I know he cares. I urge him to please put back quality control for awhile and get your employees better trained. There needs to be someone inspecting their work before they hand off a car. I wish I had taken a picture of the grass that was so clearly in the center console before I pointed it out to the kid. Yeah the kids work hard but they're kids man. They need better training. I won't be back. If you go, just set your expectations low. Even the outside of my car had several patches of debris that still needed wiping off and the money is supposed to be focused on the outside soooo what is all that money for? Waste of money because I took it there to save myself time but ended up still having to go back another day and spend 40 minutes properly cleaning my car. You have to just do it yourself or pay the better detailers $150 - $200 to do a good job. Why this is so upsetting is that when Jules first came to town, the Jules Premium was actually worth the money. It's not anymore.

    I have used the Riverview location since they opened. The quality and value of the wash is the best in Tampa Bay and Orlando! They pressure wash your car prior to going through the wash tunnel. At the end of the wash tunnel they hand dry it! You also get a microfiber cloth and airfreshner with every wash as a subscription holder. For $20 (cheapest monthly subscription they offer) a month this cant be beat. I cant find a car wash that comes close to Jules in Orlando.

    I am very disappointed at the service received. I pay a monthly membership of $74, which to some employees like Jordan, it doesn't matter. Went to change and get a new sticker for my car and he made it seemed like it was not possible getting a new sticker, when we've done it before. Telling me I had to pay the $74 again. Thankfully the owner or manager o spoke over the phone with was able to assist me better. Also, they need to get better with their people in the back vacuuming. Leaving dirt on the rug. They need to understand that of a person pays a monthly fee, they most likely won't go there every day. So we should get the same service as if it was our first time. I felt like I was just bothering them every time I went.

    Definitely worth money and time that it takes it's quick it's easy and they doing OK job so I continue to go back

    Absolutely terrible experience with Mi Pana Window Tinting…read more These guys were referred to me by Top Dog Mobile Detailing South, so I expected professional work and good customer service. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was shockingly bad and completely amateur. Immediately after the windshield tint was installed, there were two large bubbles in the film. They returned the same day to fix those bubbles, but that was only the beginning of the problems. Afterward, I noticed severe visual distortions throughout the windshield tint, distortion on the front passenger window, and even a small scratch on the windshield itself. The windshield became distracting and uncomfortable to look through while driving. The overall tint job looked rushed and unprofessional. I have had multiple vehicles tinted and ceramic coated over the years, and this was by far the worst money I have ever spent on any tinting or ceramic coating service. The workmanship was nowhere near professional quality. The windshield tint especially looked like an amateur installation rather than work done by an experienced company. When I contacted them about the distortions, I was told they would "go away in about a week" and that I should not park the car in the sun for at least four hours after installation. Nearly a week later, the distortions were still there, so I reached out again. Instead of taking responsibility, I was brushed off and told they had other appointments and would "get to it when they can." The following day I asked for an actual timeframe so I could make myself available, and without any notice they suddenly texted saying they were already a few minutes away from my house. I was over two hours away at work because no appointment or time had ever been scheduled. At that point the owner completely changed his attitude and started blaming me for their defective work. He falsely claimed I caused the problem by moving the vehicle too early and not following instructions. That is completely false, and I have video footage proving the car was never moved during the required period. Instead of standing behind their work, they chose to lie, deflect blame, and argue with the customer. To make matters worse, they then told me to personally remove all of the windshield tint myself, record a video of it, and only then would they consider giving me a refund. That is one of the most unprofessional responses I have ever received from a business. Mistakes can happen with any tint job. What matters is how a company handles those mistakes. Mi Pana Window Tinting showed poor workmanship, amateur installation quality, zero accountability, dishonesty, and extremely unprofessional customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you value your vehicle or expect professional-quality work.
