Maybe for a quick exterior wash they're ok. Definitely not for detailing. I got the "top notch" and for $56 which included getting my rubber mats washed I was expecting more. There were a lot of spots left untouched. Looked like they didn't even bother cleaning the front window I can still see the streaks. And when I got in my car I was welcomed by a lovely scent of wet dirty rags that they used. Definitely won't be coming back. read more

I took my truck there to have exterior wash only. I traveled up north for the holidays and had mud and salt on my truck. They pressure washed my truck prior to sending me through the tunnel and my truck came out spotless. I will definitely be going back to get the interior done. Great job, good pricing. WORST people work here. Car wash on the greens off of Lithia Pinecrest and Erindale is a far better place to go. I won't go into the interaction with the employees here on my first - and last - visit. I cannot express how unprofessional and disgraceful these people are. I had A day off and decided to treat my new car to a car wash with the works. I picked the $35 wash which included window cleaning, rim treatment and vacuuming. When my car was done it looked great so I decided to take some pictures to show my bf how clean it was. I opened all the doors and then the hatchback. The hatch back was covered in dirt and dog fur still and had no sign of a vacuum being run through it so I brought it back around the corner. After a brief disagreement they agreed to run the vacuum back through the back of the car. When my car came back I immediately noticed a scratch in my drivers side door that was not there when it went into the car wash originally or when it came out the first time when it wasn't vacuumed correctly. I asked the attendant what happened and noticed it was obviously a very fresh scratch as the paint was raised. I took a picture of it and the attendant rubbed the scratch with the towel in his hand, taking off the fresh scratched up paint. I then told him I wanted to speak to a manager. The manager was short with me from the introduction, he looked at the scratch and said that it did not happen here at the car wash. I explained that it wasn't there when I arrived or even when it came out of the wash the first time. He continued to tell me that It happened in a parking lot somewhere else and I just never noticed it. I tried explaining to him that it was freshly scratched (it was a decent size and depth scratch) and I had a picture of the paint scratched and raised... he continued to argue with me and rudely said it didn't happen here. I asked him to explain how the scratched up and raised paint didn't come off in the car wash then "if it happened in a parking lot somewhere else" he had no answer and abruptly began to walk away. I asked for the owner, he then stated he was one of them. I then asked for both owners contact information, he gave me the business cards. The least that could have been done would have been to refund me the service, speak to me kindly or look at the picture I took of the scratch before his employee rubbed the paint off and the picture of it after the paint was rubber off. I do not recommend Jules car wash to anyone. The manager, Ryan Barr or Sami Kazbour offered no resolution and had poor professional skills. My service here was horrible. I paid $50 for a car wash, the inside, outside, hot wax, tires, the whole nine yards. My car looked like it wasn't even touched after they were done. After driving down the road I looked around in my car and was highly disappointed so I drove back there to get it resolved and told the manager that I won't be paying $50 for the car wash I received, she was not pleasant to deal with, she said " well if you didn't like it, why didn't you say anything before you left", I told her that it was extremely extremely busy and they basically rush you in your car to get you out of the way, they don't let you look at it. She then said " well don't let them rush you", how about you train your staff not to rush your customers then? Normally I'm not one to say anything but this was horrible. There was one gentleman, I believe he was a team lead, he was friendly and said he'd do whatever he could to make it right but then the manager barged in and basically said they can't do anything else and since they tried to fix it, they aren't giving a refund or any discount. After the second "wash" it looked equally as horrible, crumbs everywhere, didn't wipe down anything inside, and the magnets on my car were chipped, damaged and broken after I left. First and last time there. For $41 I got the same car wash I would have gotten from an unmanned drive through wash. I was there less than 15 minutes and get to a vehicle that was half dry. I literally had to grab one of the towels and try to wipe down the car myself. I pull off and all kind of water blows back onto the car and Yeap full of spots on the car. I would just like to say I made this yelp account just to tell everyone what horrible job they did on my car. When I brought my car in it wasn't too dirty, I bought a $30 car wash (and mistakenly left a $5 tip at the front counter when I paid before I received my car back). My car was not dry when I got it back even though you pay for a "towel dry", my wheels were horribly dirty, after paying for "hand finished wheels", and not to mention they didn't touch my cup holders or middle console. The ONLY good thing about my car wash was getting an air freshener that smelled good. read more

Previously I gave this place 2 stars.... only because they did a sufficient enough job on my wife's car, which was a basic job, but horrible on my car (Top Notch full service selected). I decided to give them a second chance on my car. It's not the fanciest or nicest car, but I still selected the Top Notch service. Same service as before (see pics). If I selected the highest full service package (not including the full detail), I expect better care on my car than the basic service. Once again, plenty of areas in my car still dirty and spots completely missed. I still had to ask them to clean up some additional spots at the end and it was still dirty. This isn't an issue with their customer service, they were all friendly people, no issues with the employees there. They're all nice kids, I just think the service you pay for isnt what you get. Wont be giving them a 3rd chance... still gave them a tip because they are still good kids trying to earn an honest buck. read more

Could not use gift card for monthly service, could not return gift card to purchase monthly service. I have been taking my car wash to Jules for the last year or so. They do an ok job but are close to home. More frequent washes help. For Christmas I asked my wife for an annual car wash, so she went and purchased a $100 gift card. When I went in to use it they told me I couldn't use a gift card for the monthly service. I asked if she could return it so I could put the monthly service on my card and was told that I could. Well today my wife went to return it and was refused. I am left with the alternative of get my car washed or stop using them because of illegal business practices (I did not see a no return policy in their store) as required by Florida Statue 501.142 Retail sales establishments; preemption; notice of refund policy; exceptions; penalty.-- Jules if you read any of these reviews, know that I will be contacting the BBB. I didn't go to the one on 301. Went to the one on 60 at Kings. Last time I will go there. Paid $35 for a full service. They didn't even vacume the seats. Never wiped down the cash or seats. Oh well I guess it's back to Mister Car wash. They're not the best but are better than Jules. read more

Well, where do I start. First of all the website indicates $70 for carnauba wax and includes a basic wash ($20 value, per the website which includes: cloth wash, SPOT free rinse, cleaner coat protectant, tire shite, super soapy waterfall, total body protectant, sealant Jules hot wax). So, I thought that was pretty good, I called them and you have to come in for an estimate. So I get there, technician comes out and tells me "its $60 for the wax", $10 less that indicated on the website. I thought great!!! He also starts with his upsetting comments; and here he goes!!!!!! "I want you to get the right service" so "ill need to recommend a wash to remove the water spots on the surface and microscopic swirl marks". Keep in mind the $20 wash that comes with the package; according to their website its included. So I asked the technician whats the final cost and he tells me $180, almost 3x from what the website indicates if you include taxes and tip. I immediately say no thanks and left. Nahhhh Mercedes don't do like that! No remedy, excuse and my car was still damn dirty after a $50 wash including tip. All good will NEVER go back lucky my brother is in the auto paint industry. I had personal property stolen from my vehicle. I have been going here for years and never thought this would happen. Never will i ever go back to this car wash. When i went back to the car wash to try to figure it out, the manager advised my boyfriend to get a new girlfriend and told me i'm not allowed on the property. When they first opened, they were great! But the past few times I've gone the wash was subpar. I get the $30 wash and expect my tiers to be dirt free and the drink area in the inside to be cleaned of any spilled liquids. I have had to get them to clean it after they give my car back to me multiple times now. The guys who dry and detail spend more time talking than cleaning the cars. read more

But the people are so nice and accommodating, they are quick and do a good job. Well...this weekend I went, and when I got back into my car to drive home, in my cup holder was a $50 restaurant gift card that I thought I had lost months ago. My grandson told me about Jules on U.S. 301 in Riverview. I had them do the Top Notch service today and was not disappointed.
