I paid at the kiosk and the employee directing my car into the wash very audibly YELLED AT ME because apparently I wasn't pulling in to the slot to his liking. I'll have to update my review because the last few visits have been horrific and today was just the icing on the cake. We paid for the $22 option which is the most expensive for everything and we barely got anything. We didn't get any soap, no water spray and definitely no wax or "coating" as well as their tire shine. Employees are nice so one star for that but I just can't justify coming here anymore because it's been nothing but a bad experience and a rip off. I went yesterday because I saw the sign that said five dollar car wash from the big sign they have out front for a couple of weeks. I've seen it every time I walk by so I went in and I was looking to hit the option for the five dollar wash and the young man walked up to me and said that it's seven dollars and I said where is the option for five dollars and he said it's seven dollars. It's the same thing and I said seven dollars is not the same thing as five dollars. I asked why isn't it saying five dollars and he says ma'am it's seven dollars do you want to do it and I was like yeah I'm here already so I paid seven dollars when it was advertised for five dollars and the second thing that happened is I'm pulling up and my passenger side window was open. The guy says close your window and I'm closing it and before I could get itclosed, he pulled up a brush with water on it and got water inside my car so needless to say I won't be going back there again. read more

Went to get my new Jeep I purchased cleaned. Didn't get out and check like I should have before going home. Nothing was cleaned and my wife bought me the deluxe $22 clean. Water spots still on the windows, but he rims still had alottttt of first still on them and the back window still had dirt as if I never went through the wash at all. Disappointed because it use to be my main place to go. I think from now on I'll drive the extra mile or two for a different spot. read more

Update 7/1/21: The owner, Frank, assured me on 5/10/21 that he was ordering me a replacement mirror. I have not heard from him since. I've called, left voicemails, texted, kept detailed records of all contact with him, and still have not heard a response. I now have to drag this car wash through a civil suit to get them to cover the damage they caused. They did confirm the damage WAS caused by them on 4/24/21, they have cameras inside the car wash and saw the damage being done on video. But steer clear of this place, the owner is shady and WHEN your car gets damaged, you'll have to sue to get it repaired. Original review: This car wash ripped off the casing of my passenger side mirror. The phone number for this business goes to a personal cell phone, the guy never answers, his voicemail is full. I took my brand new truck here for it's first wash. After paying, the gate arm came down too soon and hit the back of my tailgate causing deep scratches. I notified the one employee they had working there that day and he filled out an incident report. Nobody evey contacted me, and they will not respond to my emails. Awesome car wash on 301 in Riverview! Many option levels from $5-6 to $15 plus. For $3 they do bug removal add-on that removed most of the bugs that were stuck to my hood from about a year and a half of road-bug carnage! I was thoroughly impressed with the wheel cleaner. My tires are shiny and the rims are almost spotless. I find this rarely happens with this service at other places so I was impressed. After going through the car wash they offer free vacuums so you can finish the cleaning job. I didn't explore their detailing / advanced options but will on my next visit. I just moved here and was looking for a membership car wash and came across this one. It's AWESOME and for $20 monthly for unlimited washes and vacuum, it's worth every penny. In addition, the the wash itself is awesome and leaves my wheels spotless with no dirt compared to many other places I've used. The vaccine are super powerful and no issues whenever I got there which is multiple times per week. The service is great and setting up the membership was so easy and quick. I would highly recommend this place. To me, it's worth the monthly rather than paying per visit since I got few times a week. read more

I hopped in for an Express car wash, paid $23.65 for the works and am a bit "just whelmed" at the result. While much of my truck had been successfully cleaned, the side mirrors weren't touched in the slightest (the mirrors were folded in so as to not get broken so I understand them not getting cleaned but the outside was not cleaned at all, still covered in bug carcasses) the side and rear windows were not cleaned very well (and once dried had many streak marks) and, most glaringly for me, the quick wash did a very sloppy job at cleaning my wheels. I was able to get in and out very quickly and did get a decent wash from it around the rest of my car but I do not believe I got the value with the price I paid. read more

I purchased an $8 wash. The base being $5, I figured that I would have a great wash. Boy, was I wrong. I had my air conditioning bringing in fresh air while driving. I was immediately hit with a sour smell as I pulled up to the entrance. How does sour smelling water clean a vehicle? It should smell like soap. Throughout the wash, multiple spots on my vehicle were missed. Then, the final 'rinse' (keeping in mind that there was still plenty of soap on my vehicle) was at the same time as the blow dryers. How do you expect the soap to come off then? Once finished, I pulled up to the vacuum to try to get my money's worth. The vacuum didn't even reach the back of my vehicle. I had to reposition my vehicle at another vacuum just to vacuum the trunk. The only positive thing about this whole experience was that the vacuums were very powerful and picked up a lot. read more

Going through the car wash it damaged my passenger side fender and when I confronted management about it they said it was not their problem. They told me they would pass along the photos to their corporate office. I have yet to hear back from their corporate office and I will Never go back there again. They did an amazing job. I got the interior done in one car and the whole package done. The car hadn't been detailed in awhile, so there were a few layers of dirt that had accumulated. If I could give zero stars I would. I paid the full price to have the inside of my truck cleaned and they barely touched it. I went back and showed them all of the dirt left due to no vacuuming or lack of wipe down and they acted as if I was the one bothering them. This is my go to car wash establishment. Today has solidified my continued return. The free vacuuming is always a plus especially when you drive around with 3 littles for in your car. But they have add an attendant that comes and wipes your vehicle down with blue dry cloth towels to help reduce instances of water spots. The only reason they didn't get a 5 is because the drying still leaves your car a little wet and it's difficult exiting after the wash. read more

It's the carwash where you pay at a machine and drive your vehicle in and get your tire on the track and the you put your vehicle in neutral and the carwash does the rest.The prices seem pretty fair for what you get. I usually get the more expensive one which includes it all and after tax comes out to $16.28. When you purchase a car wash the vacuums are free to use for customers.
