Place is kinda a ways out but we gave it a shot after the positive feedback recieved. Place doesn't look as big from the front, but if you go in the back its huge with all the equipment you can imagine. Dropped the car off and they repaired it 100% and even hooked it up and touched up minor dents at no additional cost. I never leave a Yelp review unless absolutely necessary. I'm very forgiving since I'm only 22 years of age but this is something I need to address. Here's my story in regard to Victory Auto Connection. I purchased my 2013 Scion FR-S from this privately owned business/dealer named "Victory Auto Connection" back in May 2016. I made an initial down payment of 5,500 USD and 2,500 USD on the side for extra repairs to the vehicle. The vehicle, when purchased, had 38,XXX miles and 2 previous owners on record; I'll be the third owner. We had discussed that there will be a payment plan of 330 USD per month, for 62 months. After everything had been settled, I walked out with the car. 3 years later, I tried to claim from the DMV a special interest license plate I had ordered only to be told that they can't release it to me because the vehicle isn't registered to my name. I was aware of that because the broker told me that it's okay to have the previous owner's name to the vehicle while I drive it. DMV told me that what the broker is doing is illegal and should follow through by having the dealer/broker investigated because if the previous owner claims that his car got stolen, I'd be held accountable since I'm the one driving the car. Also take account that the vehicle I had purchased, market value for it being new is around $25,XXX. I'm paying over $28,000 for my vehicle of 2 previous owners and 38,XXX millage on record. The vehicle also came with issues such as a engine oil leak which I told them about but got no resolution. I ignored it because it wasn't something grave- but still, bad. Also damage to the lower frame of the vehicle. I didn't notice this until a year later because it was hidden. They knew about it because the only thing hiding it is a plastic trim I told them to repaint when I had purchased the vehicle. To repaint, it required removing the trim. I tried to touch base with the dealer before I took it to more serious matters. I gave them chances to transfer the registration to my name before I take it to legal action. They kept telling me to wait for their attorney. They also even told me to just pay the remaining balance (10,XXX USD) in full to avoid anymore problems. That in itself irritated me because they were breaching our 5 year contract and asking me to pay the balance, including the interest, in full to their name. After 2 weeks of trying to resolve the issue with them, they told me to just put them through investigations and that there is nothing they can do to help me. I also had found out that the dealer "Victory Auto Connection" had issues with multiple other clients as well that had involved the DMV seizing their files and paperwork. After trying to continuously find a solution to the matter, I reached out to the previous owner of the vehicle I had purchased and found out that his credit line was slowly getting damaged. We learned that the broker/dealer only assumed payments for the previous owner. The broker/dealer is making payments to the previous owner's bank, who currently holds the title to the vehicle. I pay my monthly payment to the broker/dealer while they pay the bank for the previous owner's remaining balance. Sometimes, apparently, they skip payments which then gives a negative effect on the previous owner's credit line. Both me and the previous owner are confused and upset. The DMV and the bank told us to get a lawyer because what Victory Auto Connection is doing is something they had never heard of before and is illegal. Another thing I had overlooked was on the day I had purchased the vehicle, on the contract- it never said how much the true balance was remaining that needed to be paid off. The sales representative only filled out how much I needed to pay and what I will pay but left the true value of the car blank. No where in that contract mentioned where my down payment went. read more

Their Deals are Bullshit I met one of the sales rep and I thought since they are fellow Filipinos and old enough to be my uncle or dad I can trust them. What's disappointing and upsetting they kept telling you that they are there to help when truth is they are there only to make money out of you by making you think they are giving you a great deal. Few months back they offered to help me get a car. I was impressed when they were able to get me a good deal with Hyundai Win but after a week I had to return the car. Coz I got denied with financing coz they lied in the application on my income so when my employer got a call to verify the information don't match in the application. It didn't stop there. Two weeks later just when I am ready to get a used car. The rep called me they have a car for sale and it's a buy. Granting my credit score is low they asked for $3500 down and $350 a month for a 2015 Honda Civic. But when we got to the dealership it became a lease and they insist I'm getting a great and low rate on the car. By the time I am to sign the contract they made It now became an assumption of lease. And after I signed the contract they tell me I am not gonna get credit for it in my credit rating even with Good payments. They made me issue a check for the down payment to another company. And the other company then sent me a Welcome letter or a thank you letter for purchasing a car but totally with. Different VIN number and when I search it. Twas for a Toyota Camry. I made a portion payment for the down payment which was unrefundable. But then I left the dealership with out them giving me a furnish copy of the contract. They refuse to show me the original leAse contract since it's an assumption of lease and from what should be in that kind of arrangement is that I pay whatever the original owner pays for. I never got any word from the lender if I got approved for it. And a week later they sent me a blurry JPEG copy of the contract and only the first page. If I get pulled over who in the hell will believe that I have ownership of the car. Then my insurance company sent me a memo that's there's issues in the DMV about the car. So who wants to drive a car when you are anxious all the time about its safety to drive not because it's faulty but rather if I even have legal right to drive it. For the amount they are asking I shouldn't be stressed out and anxious driving the car. So it stays in the garage while I am force to do uber rides again. They refuse to give me my down payment back and wants to charge me for the car as if I used it as rental. They charged me because of their failure to deliver what they are expected to give and they are incompetent and lie in the name of brotherhood and them representing for the Filipino people. Be careful what they make you sign for. Make sure you research ask for the proper paperwork before signing. I will make sure that I will get my money back. This dealership and the people who works for this place is not worth any penny that I worked hard for. The car (Honda Civic Black 2015) on that day they made me sign the so called Victory Autos version of an Assumption of lease contract was being advertised as brand new car. And I learned recently it was already sold. I just hoped that the owner bought it as a used car and not as a brand new car and if it's a lease I hope they gave you the legitimate and legal transaction for a lease contract and didn't fall for the lease assumption bullshit they gave me. This dealership doesn't deserve even a single star and should be looked into and get reviewed by the Bureau as to how many deals they gave like mine coz the contract they made me sign is already a template and all the assistant did was fill out the figures of how much I must pay but nothing showed of how much the value of the car or where my deposit goes. So yeah dont take their words of they tell you about good rates and pricing. Make sure the car is not preowned or used as a demo car and they might just sell it to you as brand new when in fact it's not. read more

Yelpers please do not believe these five star reviews, This is by far the most shadiest dealership I have come across. Im going to keep it short and simple, as you can tell they changed their business name to get rid of the old negative reputation. While at it, they are trying to recover by having people sign up yelp to leave one review for them. Long story short, i bought an overpriced used car, took it to my mechanic the next day and the debugger found a check engine light and estimated repairs were about $5000-6000. Literally sold me a lemon car with an engine about to explode with all hopes ensuring me they would fix it. I trust my mechanic for he has worked over 30 years of experience. If you like i can tell you his five star yelp shop as well. I ended up paying a return fee of $500 which was totally uncalled for, for them to practically sell me a Lemon. I got a used car last year February, it was my first car, they told me its in excellent condition, clean title and everything. When I test drive the car, I was shocked that a lot of smoke was coming out. I was confused either to get the car or not but because my friend was a broker there and I trust him plus they told me it passed the smog check, I bought the car and got home happily. A week after I hear some kind of noise in my engine. I ignored it because I thought it was just nothing, but when the time passes by it gets louder and louder. After a month, I went back the car to the dealership for them to check it out. They told me it was the engine. I asked them if they can fix it without any expense because I got my car just a month ago and the mileage was only 3miles higher. They told me it was already passed the warranty of 30days but because I was friend with their broker, they fixed it without having me to pay anything. After a month of fixing my car, they told me they have it checked by the BMW dealer and have the engine changed completely and brand new. They smoke is still there went I drove the car but I ignored it. The tire was always low even if I put air on it. I never drove my car away from LA because I was scared there's some danger will happen or my car will be damage again. After a year of using my car, with only 11miles higher, the car was burning oil too much. I put 2 bottles of oil every 2 weeks. Get it back to them again after a year and told them I want to change my car to a reliable one, so I can drive away in LA with my friends. Hedi, the owner and the dealer, told me to get their Honda civic with low mileage. I want to trade in my car because I don't want it anymore because of the problems it causes me within only a year. I got out of the shop with my new Honda civic without them giving the contract, registration and everything. I called 3 days after if they can send me the contract, waited a month and they still did not give me the contract. Telling me they still need someone to sign it. I did not pay the first month because I was waiting for the contract. Why would I pay for the car when the contract is not on my hands yet? The other car is still under my name and I was still paying for it. Hedi told me to pay the negatives of the other car. So I basically supposed to be paying 2 cars. My first car and the new honda civic I got. That was the deal and I was confused. so I brought back the Honda civic and planning to just take the other car and trade in the a legit honda dealer. They told me they already fixed my car, not totally but fixed. They told me they need to fixed some parts of the engine, and the transmission was also damaged, I was confused because If they changed the engine with totally brand new engine a year ago, why is it the engine was in that condition again? I brought back the Honda and got back my first car. Asked them many times if the car was drivable I don't trust them fixing my car anymore. Hedi, told me it was completely drivable and safe, and said I can even drive it to my work at Simi Valley. I asked him many times if the car is safe to drive because I over heard his engine guy that the car is not totally fixed. Hedi said "YES IT IS DRIVABLE AND SAFE". I drove the car out of the shop and drove back to LA, 5 miles away, my car overheated. Checked it with my friends and the coolant bursted out. The fact is, before I brought back the car to them before they can fix it. The only problem was the spark plugs because its difficult to turn the car on and the oil is burning too much. The only thing that I brought the car back to them is because I want to trade it in with a reliable car. But why is it after a month, them "fixing" my car, why is the car overheated when its not even overheating before? and why did they told me if the car is drivable and safe when it overheated 5miles away from the shop when I drove it? Did they do something wrong with the car or did they do it intentionally because I did not pay for the honda civic on the first month and they expected me to come back in their office and get the car back and pay them for what they fixed? I don't know. The only thing I know and learned now is that, THIS COMPANY IS A PLAIN SHADDY! And the owner will play you good telling you that they were helping you with everything but the truth is they're NOT!!!! read more

My experience was great! My friend got a Toyota rav 4 2015 Hedi the owner was very accommodating . The contract actually mean what it says, i wander what happened to the customers that gave a unsatisfied review ... The thing is , if you have good credit you can get a good deal but with a not so good credit and you want a 20 k and up car then it will cost you !! Thats the consequence of having a bad credit, that means your credibility is poor . I give them a 5 star because i got the car that i want , pancit , ice cream and lumpia while waiting and guess what we did read the contract before we signed and ask for a copy , plus Hedi gave my friend a good appraisal on her trade in so it can help lower her monthly payment. Be fair ... I highly recommend this dealership because they can make it happened! But hey your credit and payment that part you have to do !!! Thank you victory Auto !!! I was referred to this company by a family member and was told they helped people that need a car but have bad credit I was going through a job loss and had just had my car repo'd, I was in a desperate situation and i needed a car to look for a job, so this place sounded like a great opportunity (little did i know) I met up with the owner and my credit was checked and was told I could not finance a vehicle due to my poor credit and to the recent repo, he then offered me this program where they sale you a vehicle but it will not be transferred under your name until it has been paid off, RED FLAG right but I needed the car, he said to not worry their would be a contract in place that would serve as a legal document, I was then showed a 2017 prius that was used, i was asked for a $3,000 down payment and $540 a month, I was asked to put full coverage insurance on the car which was a little tough since legally i am not the registered owner, months went by and everything was ok until i got a call from a DMV detective saying this dealer was being investigated because the contracts they were using were not legal. Then when I tried to renew the registration, I was told by the DMV that the registration had a hold and could not be renewed I advised the dealer and they said that it was most likely because of the investigation, months went by and next thing I know my car is on top of a tow truck being repo'd. I called the Victory auto connect and they could not explain why this was happening, short story i paid this vehicle for over a year and a half and was told this car would be mine once paid off and now I no longer have the vehicle and all the money I gave gone I reached out to them spoke with Bae an employee there and was told my money would not be returned, this situation has caused me nothing but headaches and a waste of money. I have found that other people have experienced a situation similar to mine and it is not fair to the consumer that this so called business can continue to operate and defraud clients and take advantage of those most vulnerable!!! read more

I was referred to this dealership last month to get my lovely BMW 325. The staff who helped me was really nice. She waited till I get off work to see the car and after I checked around with other shops, I decided to get my BMW from victory auto. Even though the price is a little bit higher than my budget, but with that great shape and lower mileage, It is totally worthy. They even give me a free oil change before I pick up the car. After looking at 5 cars from Craigslist and 3 clunkers at Shady little dealerships we came across Victory, We let them know we're looking for used car for around 4000, they had a very nice 2004 toyota solara for 3500,took it for test drive and heard a noise from the rear end ,so i wanted to know what the issue was before buying it ,because everything else seemed great, they immediately took it in there shop and diagnose the issue, so i asked if they would go ahead and fix it ,which they did for only the cost of parts, i know this because i checked with my regular mechanic and he confirmed he would of charged much more. Recently moved here from Illinois where my car accident happened. I didn't have time to get it fix since I'm moving here. My insurance cut me a check and told me I just have to bring it for repair to any Allstate certified auto shop. I've always skeptical to trust any auto body shop that they'll do a good work and me being new in town didn't help either. Anyway, this place was recommended by my bro-in-law. So I went in drop my car for repair and in a week I got it back. And during that time of repair, Terence was nice and helpful in keeping me in the loop and status of the repair, which is really cool!
