Integra Custom Sytems installed a security camera system at my apartment community in Central…read moreTucson. Prior to that, we purchased a system from a local store and installed it ourselves. To say the least, the system we installed was not easy to set up and only worked adequately for about a year and one by one the cameras started to fail. We Contacted Integra and the owner, Greg came out to the property, looked over the property and gave a reasonable proposal to install a new system. The system was installed on schedule and the reps went over all of the functions and helped us set it up on our phones so we could remotely view the property. The system works extremely well and the technical support with a few questions we had has been wonderful. I'd strongly recommend Intergra Custom Systems.

Until moving to Tucson, we have never had a house consisting of the latest in automation, audio,…read morevideo, security and more. When seeking a vendor, our building contractor had several recommendations. But every time I check references, only one name came out on top every time, and that was Integra Custom Systems. So our education began selecting from the overwhelming number and types of products on the market. Fortunately, Integra had the expertise I needed to help me through the decision making maze while being very thorough about meeting my budget limitations. Starting this project I was overwhelm, and in retrospect the process was great and we got exactly what we wanted. At installation time, the quality of workmanship could not have been better. It has been three years since our installation, and we could not be happier, especially when I need additional technical education or service is needed. It is so great to have full control of all of your household electronics right in the palm of your hand. Because of these complex systems and the investment I've make, I only wanted the best to get me through this project. Thank you Integra.

Frazier and crew were able to run it through the attic and it was no easy task. There were areas blocked off in the attic and of course a fire wall. They managed to fish the line through with little holes to patch, which they did before they left. They also ran a cable line to our back patio that is virtually hidden all but 2 feet. The cost was very reasonable and even though it took a little longer than expected with the tricky attic layout, he did not increase his quote. Highly recommend Southwestern Low Voltage!

We found however that the office staff was more difficult to work with. We initially set up our appointment on March 14th at 8AM. When no one arrived or called we phoned the office. Meg apologized and stated that the "old system did not communicate with our new system" so we did not have the appointment set up on their end. I had already paid 1/2 the cost on March 7th and provided proof to Meg. We set up another appointment for 8AM March 14th. On March 14th, again NO CALL NO SHOW. At 8:20AM I called the office. I spoke with Christine who said that the Mike had called in sick that day. Considering we received NO CALL and a 2nd NO SHOW we were not pleased. I asked for a discount on the job, Christine said she would "note that on the account" however SHE DID NOT. Mike & another worker were able to arrive promptly and called prior on Monday March 21st. We did not follow up on the requested monetary cost reduction for our inconveniences, we are moving on. The job was done in a little over 2 hours but initially we were told around 6 hours. Felt like JMAC could have discounted the job but we did not receive any follow up on this request.

I explained the situation and asked if he could just make sure my box was not going to cause an explosion in my home. Before I could say anything else, he proceeds to tell me he will be charging me $155 the first hour and $145 the second hour and I quote "you have to have my money ready by tonight if you really want me to come out".... I then asked him how much he will charge just to come take a look at it and he said that even if he just stays for 15 minutes, I will need to pay him for 2 HOURS! I hung up on him and proceeded to call the Fire Department who was more than helpful and PROFESSIONAL! I will NEVER use this company. They are straight up rude and just want your money!
