One trying on tailored pants and saw his satisfaction with his body language and words of appreciation to the Tailor. The other customer came in to pick up a jacket that was completed, tried it on, and shared his gratitude with the work and was surprised that the Tailor had also worked on an inside pocket! I only had a few days before I left town for the wedding. Cruz Tailors said they would see and could do a rush order for an added fee. I came in paid and picked up in two days. I loved the way it came out and the fit was so much better. I felt more comfortable enjoying myself without being nervous my dress would fall. Would come back and they really seem to know what they are doing. I can't say for sure price point wise if it's lower or higher but I believe it was very reasonable for what I needed as well as the speed. It's easy to find in the heart of the downtown area just a little away from the Main Streets. Street parking but there is a lot close by if you need to use it. Very convenient and right off the freeway. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will say for bigger jobs you want to give them time and yourself. My alterations were fairly simple and minimal just as an FYI. Would come back again and I have a few items I need altered in my closet.

At that time, the female employee found a small sign that was turned away from customers, that states the same. The husband continued to tell me that it was insulting to him that I pointed out my uniform was damaged. When I drop off an item that is not damaged, I do not expect to pick it up damaged. I understand things happen, but I would expect the company to fix my uniform.
