Best experience ever in regards to buying tires. Buying tires is not one of my favorite things to do, especially during the Holidays. I'm sorry if this gets long, but I have to share. I walked in and met Joel, the counter manager, and he proceeded to help me choose, brand, size, price, etc... Excellent. I then saw the team in the shop working on a truck, not doing tire, but working on the truck. I asked Joel if he could change the brakes, and he said they could. ( I had already purchased the pads, and they were in the back seat.) 20 minutes later the tech working on the car came to me to let me know that the sensor cable was worn. He showed me, and I asked Joel if they could replace it. He replaced both, just to be sure there wasn't a problem. From the time I walked in, until the time I left, the whole experience took 1 hour and 10 minutes. Best tire team ever!! I would highly recommend you use Victor's Tires. read more

I came in to change a tire on my truck and they said it would be 124$ which I feel like is a fair price the main guy sent me to another employee cause he had to go somewhere and after 2 minutes of talking with a different guy he said the total is going to come out to 214$ how do you go from 124 to 214 that doesn't make any sense to me and they kept wanting me to pay after when you buy something you always pay for it when you get it. I had a tire emergency the other day and needed a full size spare to make it to Monday when I could buy a whole new set. When I went in I got the whole speech about buying 4 new tires at once and I told them I agree but I had to wait 3 days until I got paid. I was then pressured to finance and told them no, I would pay cash on Monday. They were very condescending. I left the store and drove the few miles to get home. The next day I drove to the store and my car started shaking uncontrollably so I immediately pulled over and discovered 4 lug nuts had busted right off of my rim and because of the shaking my wheel was completely bent. When I called the store to confront them about this they denied any responsibility and even tried to charge $155 to get the posts out since the lug nuts busted. Now I have to buy new rims on top of tires and it's their fault and they deny accountability. It's a shame as we have always come here. I can't help but wonder if they did it on purpose so they could tell me the shaking was because I needed 4 new tires? I had every intention of buying them here Monday morning but they have lost my business for life. This could have killed someone! So my fiancé and I went here to have them put brakes on my 2004 Honda Pilot since we already bought the front and rear brakes all they had to do was put on the front and rear brakes well turns out that their to incompetent to even put brakes on any car. So we took it back today telling them that they need to fix their own fuck up with my front and rear brakes. And even though they had our keys they chose not to lock my own fucking car. my mom brought her car in couple weeks ago to change the alternator. They did not do such a good job that they were supposed to do. they didn't put the belt on the alternator after switching it. so my mom drove it for two days and died on her. and then they charge 300 just to tow her car up the street like wtf!! how is there business still running. please I recommend not to go to the shop because they will rip you off and not get anything done to your car.!! read more

Terrible. I originally went in for them to swap two wheels. It took two hours. Came back because I had a new problem with the car wobbling. After another two hours they replaced 3 "new" tires, (which I found out later were not actually new), ended up on the side of the road the very next day because of an issue again! Finally after a third time and waiting 3 hours they didn't even give me an explanation but said it was fixed. Well, I went to a different business and was shown that these were on my car. Tires were not new, three of my wheels were missing lug nuts, and some of the lug nuts that were on my wheels were stripped. Terribly dishonest. Don't go. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from any tire shop or repair shop I have ever had. And I have been to many. This placed charger me 160.00 for 3 used tires that were not balanced either being spun balanced or bubble balanced and I had to go back the very next day due to a bad pull to the right which ended being a tire that was cuped from bad tread wear only for them to replace it with smaller tire in the front passenger side of my vehicle which is front wheel drive with auto tranny. Thus in turn will put more stress on my transmission from the engine sitting lower on one side than the other. It will also damage my ABS system. And also had I had any type of warranty factory or other wise would of been voided due to this businesses negligence. I will never go back and strongly urge everyone to never trust victors tires in any way with your vehicles tires or repairs. STAY AWAY ESPECIALLY IF YOUR WHITE. read more

Best customer services I have ever experienced! My tier gave out while I was driving on the freeway and my spare tier was no good. My car was stuck on the freeway. We got to Victors 2 min before they closed and they had a car that was the same make as mine and let me borrow a tier from the car so I could get my car off the freeway. They told me I could keep the tier for a few days until I could come and get it fix. Again, they did this for free. They helped make my stressful situation way less stressful and I was able to get my car safely off the freeway. I had a very positive experience with Victor's and will be going to them whenever I need my tiers replaced. read more

Horrible! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. They are slow and disorganized. We were told our struts would take 2 hours and they would call us when it was done. 7 hours later we hadn't heard from them so we called and they said another 45 min. We went over and got it and started driving and it was making a horrid clunking sound so we took it back and were told they would work on it the next day. Still no word. This shop is a JUNK SELLER save your money, life, time, resources and buy at Wall mart or Costco. Two of the four tires they picked out for me, and sold me, had fatal defects that could have wrecked my car and killed me! I asked for my money back for the two life threatening tires. One tire had a bulg on the side and another had a hole in the top of the tire that had been sloppily plugged. Discount tire would not put the tires back on my car because they said I would cause a mortally fatal accident. I gave Victors the two tires, I had purchased, after I bought two new ones from discount tire. They refused to refund my money when I found my receipt!! Victors said they never had my tires that I gave a manager and an employee of the shop. Victors has refused to refund my money. Wouldn't recommend. They supposedly do your alignment which only has a warranty of 3 months, and tell you that you can take your car in for free to get aligned. My tires had never wasted as fast as this, I bought the tires brand new from discount tire and put them on a set of wheels I bought from them, they were ruined in less than 4 months, half of my tire is gone while the other half has about 95% tread left, the car is a weekend car too not a daily. I called and the manager told me to come in and he would look at it, we made an appointment to meet with him and how convenient that he was not there at the time he said he would. The person that ended up helping us came up with reasons of why he would not do anything and never even looked at my tire, you definitely get what you pay for at this place, dishonest, I'd recommend the junkyard better than this shop same prices better quality at the junkyard read more
