This was a very solid food truck experience. The Carne asada burrito had great flavor, most notably from the beans. The sope was delicious as well, as stated by my wife, but I could tell I wasn't something she would ask me to go out and get for a late night craving. On the note, I don't think that I would either. Having had so many solid places, like King Taco for instance, it's just hard to get that culmination from somewhere else that truly satisfies. So, why only 3 stars? Well, they had a "B" food rating for starter. It took fifteen minutes to get my food, when I was the only person that ordered, the location is very inconvenient, and I had a good amount of gristle in my burrito. So we've been customers for almost 5 years now. I'm so glad they still come around and they continue selling. Do i love this truck ! its so deliciouso. I order the chicken burrito which comes with rice, beans. There salsa is amazing. There is so much flavor in there house made beans and meats. It usually parks about 7 pm and they stay open till about 11ish weekends I think it 2am. They are a family and they are really polite and sweet. They fill all your special request. I had eaten here a few times before and it was okay. Never felt it was amazing or terrible to write a review. This last time though, it made me and my boyfriend sick! We were glued to our toilet seats and we both have strong stomachs. We aren't even afraid to eat eat from the taco carts in Mexico! So I can't imagine the health violations going on in that truck.
