I have come to eat the Victor's many times throughout the years, and I decided to come eat here the other day during my day trip to Ensenada.
I had just gotten into town after a 3-hour drive, and I was famished. After spending some time finding parking along the street, I walked on over here.
This place was busy, but that was expected for a late Sunday morning. Fortunately, there was a table available, so I did not have to wait long to be seated.
This time, I ordered the machaca, which also came with two eggs scrambled, red chilaquiles, and fried beans with cheese on top. The place came with some pancakes, which I consumed first while I waited for the main plate. The pancakes were tasty, and I had them with some syrup.
The main plate was delicious. The machaca with egg had a nice texture, and had veggies and some spices. The red chilaquiles were tasty, and were a perfect complement to the machaca. The beans were great with the tortillas that came on the side.
Although the service was a bit slower than usual that day, the wait was more than worth it.
This place is located in the tourist area of Ensenada. Parking is found along the street, so if you come here on a busy day, plan accordingly.
This is a great place to dine, I recommend it. read more
