Each time I said, "understood." - I tried on a bathing suit and as I was looking at myself in the mirror and talking to my sister about the bathing suit, I was approached by one of their sale's staff and told that I needed a larger size. I could see two other employees standing in the corner of the dressing room, staring at me and rolling their eyes. I began to tell her that I didn't think I needed a different size, she cut me off and said, "no, you do." She came back a minute later with the larger size. Please note that this input was unsolicited. I never asked for their opinion or for them to grab me a different size. - My fitting room curtain was abruptly opened by the sales staff while I was undressed. I explained that I was uncomfortable with her doing that, her response, "I am used to seeing women naked." - I was stared down the entire time and when I asked a question about a bathing suit bottom, I was yelled at and the response was, "No! That one is not extra coverage!" - I showed my sister a dress and explained to her that it was too big for me, the owner, Marna Hann, looked at me and yelled, "Trust me that fits you!" and she rolled her eyes. Again, I didn't ask for her input or opinion. I wasn't even addressing her. I was talking to my sister. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. How do 4 women get away with this type of behavior? Did I do something wrong? Luckily my sister witnessed it and validated everything I felt and experienced, and then I read the online reviews and more validation........Read all of the reviews!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY at a store that intentionally body shames women and treats women with absolute disrespect and borderline harrasment. I should've spent my money elsewhere. There isn't a single brand they sell that you cannot find at Everything But Water, Nordstrom's, Saks or Bloomies. Marna if you are reading this, I wonder what the brands you sell would have to say about your behavior? It's clear that cleanliness and organization are not a priority here. The biggest issue was when I tried to purchase a bathing suit that was on the sales floor. Because it didn't have a price tag, the employees refused to sell it to me. I was told it was an "online-only" item, even though it was displayed in the store. The manager made no effort to look up the item or find the price and simply refused to sell it. It felt like they didn't want to help. Overall, the customer service was poor, and the condition of the store was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

Technically, they have four machines outside the store, around back, but they are literally always broken. They won't refund your money at the service counter inside either. So, they're just keeping everyone's money. Also, they start restocking their shelves hours before closing, so you can't even get down the aisles in the grocery section. Customer service is extremely lacking as well. Additionally, be careful because the prices marked on the shelves often don't match what they charge at the register.

I only opened one box which was hiding under the coats on the back, but let me tell you it was a fabulous bikini. Never mind that there was not enough cloth to cover my bodacious body, but if your daring and work out occasionally these will definitely make a statement on the beach. The color I peeked at was a metallic burnt orange and it would look great with a tan. I really did not look at the price tag, but only wish my daughter was here to see them as she lives in warm weather all year long. I was told new things are coming in steadily over the next two weeks. I cant wait to come back and see some of the new spring and summer purses.
