I did t have much problem finding parking or anything I needed. I'm here pretty late so of course the store is not as tidy as it could be. I asked a staff member about a toy and she told me to go online and check to see if the store carried the item. I got a doll and two accessories that came up to $42 the deal was if I spent $40 I would get a $10 gift card so that worked out well.

Only place i could find these this year!

This Target location used to be better. There's a large parking lot outside. The inside of the store is organized and well labeled. There's a pharmacy and a Starbucks. I love coming here to shop before the holidays and for school supplies. Their halloween section was huge this year. This was the only store that carried the premade Pillsbury halloween sugar cookie dough. I went there once time nearing closing and the employees really didn't care about the customers. They just wanted us out. On a different day, I looked for the Neutrogena face washing machine and found 2 Target employees flirting and tickling each other. Maybe just do that in a less busy aisle? The cashiers are under trained. My mom had a tax exempt form for to buy items for our church and the cashier had no clue what that even meant. Just stared at her and didn't ask for clarification. Came here during a black Friday a few years ago and they handed out granola bars to the people that were waiting in line which was really nice of them to do.

Very convenient location with ample parking availability. I usually do most of grocery shopping here with plenty of selections to choose from.

1/3 of the lot is Drive Up... and empty. So where are in-store shoppers supposed to park?

I use to LOVE this Target; easy to park, run in, find stuff easily, check out fast, and be on my way. Unfortunately, they remodeled the place. Now... not so much love. For example, they took all the aisles where they had soaps, moisturizers, and personal hygiene items and changed it all around to be more of a confusing little maze with low shelving. Now, although it looks more upscale, it's harder to find what I need and when I do, I find that there is less variety than they use to have. This is true for the rest of the store, as well: less variety, less choices. Next, they recently took 1/3 of the parking lot and made it "Drive Up" without an explanation of whether I can park in those spots if I plan on shopping inside the store. What's that about? I see the same stuff at Stop and Shop and those spots are, for the most part, empty. So what's the deal? If you told me this was the Valley Stream Target of 2015, I'd give it 5 stars. The Valley Stream Target of 2021.... meh, it's ok.

Breaking News: **A tornado watch is in full effect. Please stay inside and save yourself from the chaos. Only venture out if you're in dire need!** I don't see how people could shop here let alone work here. It's a complete utter mess. I looked for sandals and couldn't find anything other than a sample pair of the gold sandals I've been eyeing. Merchandise is thrown about. Products are scattered all over the sales floor. Clothes are in a disarray. Shoes are all over the place and not stored in the correct box. There's no one to assist you. I also didn't see any employees attempting to clean up the aisles.

While Target is the holy grail for shopping this Valley StreamTarget is sub par largely due to the staff. It's as though they come to work to socialize with one another. It's normal to see them in clusters "hanging out" on the sales floor. As a customer I feel as though I'm interrupting their conversation when asking for assistance.

It's convenient. Not the biggest selection, but they will likely have what you need. Never too crowded.

Ridiculous store policy. Why open the store if you have to wait to try your clothes on in the fitting rooms.

The Best Part of This Experience? Buying the Couch. After That, It Was a Disaster…read more Our experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. When purchasing our couch, we made it explicitly clear to the salesperson, Corey, that we needed it before the Super Bowl. He assured us it would be delivered the Friday before, so we were excited and confident in our purchase. However, the night before delivery, the driver called and mentioned that something seemed wrong with the order--he had never seen two left-facing pieces for a sectional. Upon reviewing our invoice, we realized that Corey had indeed ordered two left-facing sections. We immediately called him to rectify the mistake, and after contacting his team, he offered us two options: 1. Wait until Tuesday for the correct piece to arrive (after the Super Bowl, which defeats the purpose of our purchase timeline). 2. Pay out of pocket for a third-party delivery service because the company does not deliver on weekends. Why should we have to pay extra to correct their mistake when we had already paid a $250 delivery fee? After further discussion, the store manager, Roy, offered yet another "solution"--we could pick up the correct piece ourselves from their warehouse in Edison, NJ. So, after already paying for delivery, we were now expected to cover tolls, gas, rental and, most importantly, waste our time to fix their error. Reluctantly, and out of sheer frustration, we agreed to pick up the piece. Roy offered a mere $150 refund for the massive inconvenience, which felt like an insult given the situation. On Saturday, we drove over an hour to the warehouse. When we arrived, we partially opened the box to confirm the piece was correct--and, of course, it was the WRONG PIECE AGAIN. Absolutely infuriating. The warehouse employee, who was simply following the SKU numbers provided by the store, was not to blame--this was once again a mistake caused by Corey and Roy. After another round of phone calls and an hour of waiting at the warehouse, they finally managed to correct their error. We were told to return in 15 minutes to pick up the correct piece, adding even more wasted time to an already exhausting process. In total, we spent four hours dealing with this mess, on top of the additional expenses and hassle of retrieving the item ourselves--despite having paid for "white glove" delivery service. The entire experience was an absolute nightmare. For a $2,500 purchase, we expected professionalism and efficiency, but instead, we were met with incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction. This was by far the worst furniture-buying experience we've ever had. Buyer beware!

To summarize, this store is not responsible and do not give you a good costumer service when they have already charged your credit card. Be aware that they charge you for a premium protection plan that is simply a cover for the mattress; but they do not want to give you a good quality mattress that I have requested and paid for it.
