Once checked in, nothing happened for 15m, only to find out I have to redo the process. I went inside to call them; it hung up on me. I redid the check in process (which was now irrelevant), and they STILL couldn't find the car; I had to go chasing them down. Totally defeats the purpose. The entire process was 30m.

She turned to the cashier behind her, another black woman, and laughed and said "I'm not here to ask anyone about their day, I'm not here to be nice, I'm here to get people out of here."
