I love Target and just moved to Milford after enjoying a Super Target elsewhere. While this isn't a Super Target, it's an okay Target attached to the mall. Since it's part of the mall, it does get busy. Sometimes things aren't stocked all the time. Most of the workers are so-so when it comes to friendliness. I go once a week to pick up some random food items that are cheaper than the grocery store, and the worst part is that there is never enough cashiers. For an area as big as this, I don't understand how only one cashier is working midday, middle of the week. They bring in people from other areas that aren't as familiar with the registers and don't understand cartwheel and such. I missed out on some cartwheel deals recently because the cashier didn't scan my barcode right, and no one was at customer service either. On weekends, I don't even bother at this Target because it's ridiculously busy because of the mall and head to the one a few miles down the road in Orange. I'm considering trying this one to do my usual shopping from now on because they seem to always have more cashiers and is quieter. read more

This is a great Target. It's at the mall, but they locked the entrance to the mall. You have to get to the rest of the mall from outside and the mall entrance. They have a Starbucks and Pizza Hut. I've had the pizza there and it was excellent! There's a lot of parking, and it's clean. read more

This location is disgraceful. Took them 1/2 hour to coordinate a simple delivery to my car of a TV they had in a cart awaiting pickup at the front desk. "Oh, my bad," was the response the second time I went in to check after security told me I had to move my car from out front. Yesterday they sold me nuts that expired in 2023! We are now in 2025. Corporate offered me a "generous" $10 gift card as compensation. I should call the health department! read more

Target is getting worse. No help and not enough self checkouts. What a wasted space to all those registers and no one on them. Target is not customer friendly. Invest in more Scan and go options to get customers in and out quicker. You going to lose customers if they have to wait in long lines just to buy stuff. I usually love target, but this store has been going downhill for approximately a year. Today was the final straw. I bought groceries frozen foods, glass bottles, check myself out because there's no one at the register as usual. I find out there are no bags, I looked everywhere could not find a bag. I went to the service desk asked if they had bags she said nope no bags today. Find another guy who looks sort of like a manager ask him about bags again no we don't have any bags as if that is normal, and he gives me attitude. I've never been to a store that doesn't have bags or at least an option to purchase. He told me nope they just don't have them, and they might be changing the way they handle bags. This is the grossest Target I have ever been in. I'm normally a big fan, but I walked out without buying a thing. I had picked up four separate items (none which had a price on the shelf), tried to scan them, and the scanner couldn't read two of the clear, crisp barcodes. We tried calling to speak with a manager or HR to check the status of his app. We called 10 times and each time the phone just rang until it finally hung up on us. Always a disaster. Shelves are a mess and items all over the floor. While I was in the shoe section (see photo) there were shoes all over the floor and unorganized on shelves. Most of the ones actually on the shelf were not in the right boxes if I'm a box at all. I saw multiple staff walk by the area, look at the mess and just keep walking. There's no reason for me to have to be waiting 25 mins for someone to open the case and not leave with what I came for which is formula. This is the place I go for the stuff I can't find at trader joes. The prices are low, not as low as Walmart but you don't have to deal with the scare factor. Employees are much nicer too. I do have a few complaints. Sometimes the regular things I buy every single week are inexplicably out of stock. And I once had a suboptimal experience after I bought a camera online. The customer service agent must have been new because he seemed perplexed by the problem. Eventually the situation was resolved to my satisfaction but it took some doing. read more

This is actually a nice store considering it is in a mall. The staff was very helpful there with price checks and information on their products and services. The isles were clean and organized in an easy to shop fashion. Isles were bigger than any target I have ever shopped in. The parking lot is huge due to it being at a mall and it has many entrances from the main road. I would recommend this target location if they have the item you are looking for and are wondering if it is worth the drive. Have been using the online grocery shopping for more than an year with good results. Last online purchase one item was missing from the 12 item order. When we called to see about the missing item (30 minutes after pick up) we were hung up on. When i went back to discuss the matter with from desk supervisor suggested that they had looked for the $2.50 item and could not be found...so we were SOL about a $2.50 item. While at the store seeing about the issue there was another supervisor became involved in the case, there was a film review, and I left with no item. I then called the store manager who was very helpful with the missing $2.50 item which was replaced along with a gift card to make up for the "mistake". It took 4 visits, one week, and a film review to get a $2.50 missing item from the store...seems like a bit much for $2.50. Target, target, target! You are like the aunt that no one ever looks forward to visiting but you do so out of necessity, however once you are there you kind of begin to enjoy yourself. At some point you begin to have too much fun. Everything seems to slow down, other than real life time, which in fact might even speed up. Cause you go in for a quick 10 mins and you come out 50 mins later with stuff you never knew even existed, let alone needed and now has you questioning how you ever lived without! I have on occasion returned an item or two and they have always done so without quibbling. The staff are always reasonably friendly and I have even been asked if I needed help in this store. If I needed to kill time, say an hour maybe two id definitely think of coming here first. I usually don't write reviews but this time, I feel you need to be warned. I usually shop at this target and when I had issues and went to customer service, they were pleasant or extremely helpful. Most of the employees I interacted with have been pleasant or great. However, this time, I had someone who should not be doing customer service or interacting with customers. I had an issue with a price and when I was about to ask a question about it, she raised her finger and said "don't start. I'm looking into it." with a patronizing attitude. I'm usually a calm and quiet person who doesn't like to make a scene and try to empathize with others. I was shocked by her reaction towards me, I didn't know how to respond. She continued to give me an attitude, as if I was being a real nuisance. I could've empathized with her attitude and grumpiness if it was later on in the day and there were a lot of customers complaining but it was early and hardly anyone there. So it felt personal and incredibly rude. I wish I could remember her name or I'd warn you not to go to her for help. read more

if Ana really is a manager like she says she is she needs to be in the very least demoted if not fired the way she talks to customers is horrific. and if other people below her see the way she talks to people they're going to think it's okay to speak that way to. since they had absolutely no people actually ringing at the registers I had to use the self-checkout I scanned the cartwheel and the offers from what I could tell didn't come off. so I stood around for a while wondering where people wear that worked at the store they don't even have a little flashy light from what I could tell that the self-checkouts do be able to call somebody over if there is a way to call people they should have it very clearly posted. I called over to customer service and asked if anyone was around to help she said someone would be over and then Ana came over. I said to Anna I scan my cartwheel I don't know if the offers came off I was wondering if you could check she punches in her number and her password she brings up this thing she looks at it she closes at and doesn't say a word and I say did it come off because I'm sorry I'm not a cashier I don't know how your system works when you brought up a screen that you didn't say anything about. she then goes and scans the products that I'm talking about and says that they're not part of the offer. I said yes it is and she says it's for Pampers I said they are for Pampers and she says oh they changed the box first of all it was the Pampers pure which those have been on the market for about 10 months now. And they haven't changed the box since they've been on market. so then she goes and says they aren't part of the offer and I said really we're on this does it say the exclusions and so then she goes to scan them and she says they don't come up and I said well I scanned them and they were added to my wallet which is the only way that I knew that they were there. she says well I don't control cartwheel they're not part of the offer and I said I don't see where it says the exclusions please show me. so she's looking at it and she really doesn't have anything that she could say because it just shows Pampers and then it just shows the sizes which both my items were both Pampers when was wife's one was diapers and they are both within the size requirements so then she says it's only for size 4 and I said really where does it say it's just for size 4 and she shows me the picture it is a picture of a box of Pampers that has the size for on it I'm sorry any other time I've used cartwheel it did not have pictures of every single size and I was you able to use the coupon no matter what the size of the box in the photo said. She then goes on to say you have to scan the item to see if it is part of the offer I said yeah I scanned each of my items as I put them in the car which is the only way that those coupons popped up into my cartwheel. she said I'll give you the $2 off it's no big thing with major attitude and I said you know what I'm not buying these products here so just take them off and I will go elsewhere because that is the worst customer service I have had at Target and I've had a lot of bad customer service at Target. Unfortunately I do need to buy things for work there so I will continue to do that but as far as any personal items that I need to get I will buy elsewhere. I spot a shirt that I elect to try on in front of the mirror. I take my coat and scarf off and start to model the shirt in the mirror to check it out. Then here go some homely lookin bitch who inconspicuously but not so inconspicuous enough starts hanging clothes up in front of the area of my things and blocks the mirror. I don't care if you said sorry. You wasn't there the moment I started shopping but just had to do your "stocking" after I got there. I am not happy with this target in Milford mall I had brought an Xbox one s gears of war special edition and picked it up on 10/28/16 at 6:29pm then I took it home and as I opened the box from on top I pulled the game out and as I was putting it together and was about to pull out the game that was a down load one I had notice that the game card was missing so I had called them that night and the guy that I spoke with had told me to bring it in and they would give me another game or just turn it in so that night I didn't go because I had to work the next day so I waited till the next day and got out of work and drove to target after work and when I went up to the return it they had me take the game to electronic and when I went there they told me to go back to the return department and as I waited there I had told them what has happened and they had the never to tell me that I had taken the game out and I never did and as I told them that the game was opened from one of there employees they denied it and since I got upset they told me that I couldn't return it and I think that was very wrong of them so what I'm trying to say is that there customer service is very bad and if you ever buy a game from them make sure you check it because if you don't there going to say that you did it even thou you didn't they are very bad I'm going to call there corporate office read more
