You walk through the spaces filled with all kinds of unique items and bring it up to the front to pay for it. Cash or check accepted. You can easily get lost in this space for hours! We picked up some German beer steins, some egg coddlers, a book and a few other odds and ends, all at reasonable prices. Yes, some things seemed overpriced but most were fair. There is a restroom and parking lot. It's a fun way to spend a few hours.

There is a lot of great stuff in here but unfortunately the vast majority or sellers are charging way way too much. Some sellers are reasonable but most seem to be price gouging. I mean we are talking like $900 for a rocking chair that is broken as an example. If folks were willing to pay these prices they would just buy new. I have managed to find some reasonably priced items of clothing and furniture, but often found that if I found something I kind of liked, I never liked it enough to pay the asking price. It's clear that others feel the same as many of the booths had all of the same exact items they had 3 months ago. Most need to bring their prices down by 30-50% tbh. I have enjoyed window shopping here but probably will go elsewhere from here on out.

Owner graciously met me downstairs, removed item from my car and took the time to inspect the item and point out the "gem" I procured as he compared my lounge to the "prefab won't-last-five-years chaise lounges of today. He asked questions on where the item will be stored (high traffic va low traffic areas of home) and when i answered he provided a plethora of fabrics to consider. Most importantly, he did NOT expect full payment that day! Whew!! What a relief. Starting a new business is expensive so not having to make full payment before work commenced made my day. When i called i was given two options a 5% discount that will void the warranty or disassemble the item and get a replacement. There really was not a choice in this mater. Spend 4 hours to disassemble one and return to get another and spend another 4 hours to assemble or take the 5%. I feel like they maybe do this on purpose so they can sell the item at a fraction cheaper and not have to honor their warranty. Will never order from them again.

She also explained the protection programs which I never would have gotten had I not known how reasonable they were and what they covered. When the furniture arrived Dawn made an appointment to come to the house again. She brought the fabric we had ordered and went over furniture placement with us. She moved a few pieces and wow what a difference her eye made. She suggested what else we needed to finish the room including rug sizes (and she brought samples for us to see) and lamp heights. They would not even give me a store credit because I had the chair 3 weeks instead of their 2 week complaint period. People, STAY AWAY from this 2nd rate business.
