As soon as we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a friendly associate who said she would have someone with us shortly. In the meantime we could go to their free cafe in the back and grab a snack and coffee. I was also very impressed with their interior - they had a calming koi pond and pretty stairs. The layout was also not as overwhelming as other furniture stores and was easy to navigate. Our sales associate was Jackie and she was wonderful. She answered our questions and offered recommendations without being too pushy. She was also very kind and easy to talk to. We ended up leaving for a bit to take more measurements of the room and to scope out other furniture outlets. We only needed to see Raymour and Flanagan's overpriced stock and rude employees before we immediately went back to Bob's. We ended up buying a bigger sectional than we had originally planned and I couldn't be happier. I am looking forward to delivery day and will update this review once my couch arrives.
