Was told it would be 3 to 5 days, dropped it off on tue, didn't bother them or even ask about it tell the following wed. Went up the following wed and was told the battery had no come in. No problem came back in on that fri, was told still no battery. They needed more time, it took another whole week. They didn't offee no discounts no nothing!! I would think twice about using these guys on your repairs!! I don't buy the bull shit story blaming it on shipping!!! Beware beware and beware. Despite all the hiccups with the manufacturer (none of which were his or Jimmel's fault, the blame was squarely on LG for all issues) he always remained friendly and pleasant to talk to. Once he had the part he got it repaired quickly and everything was great. Would definitely go back in the future and recommend for electronic repair.

Called Assurant and they located Jimmel's. I received a call and told him what was going on and he had me basically diagnosis the problem for him. Called back and wanted more information, I assisted him with that. Told me that he had to get approval and order parts and that would take between 7-14 days. Never heard from him again. I called on day 14 and he told me that he would call me back, never did. I called Assurant and they said that he had canceled the repair. I called him next morning wanting to know what was going on and he told me that I was not in his computer and he had no information and for me to call Assurant. I then told him I did and that they said he canceled the service he then cussed and hung up on me.

Soooo, Nova Scotia, there I was ... my charging port on my iPhone 12 Pro wasn't functioning well…read more Thought it was all jacked up (which it was). None of my lightning cords would charge so I'm thinking, "Crap! I gotta get a new phone ... but I don't wanna drop cash on a new phone!" Fortunately, I was turned onto these guys and man, am I thankful. What would've or could've been a $150 - $1K repair/new phone turned out to be a $20 solution! Simple cleaning & it works great.
