My car feels, looks, and smells like a new car again!…read more I was fed up with my car accumulating so much dirt and dust, so I decided to have the inside and outside detailed professionally. When I got back to my car it felt new again! I seriously haven't had a wash that good since I bought my car 3 years ago, and definitely was not disappointed one bit! Customer service was amazing and left my car looking pristine! (Outside of the impossible stains in my front seats which was to be expected) I also loved that they could come to wherever I was for the wash! Definitely good for me, as I'm always on the go. I'll definitely be using this service again! Thanks Shojutsu!

Mobile detailers generally have Easy-Ups. 8 hours later the car was not ready so we had to pick it up the next day. Upon picking it up not only where there still water spots (which he had now waxed in), but he increased the cost because he said he didn't realize a Jeep Cherokee was so big. He said he would correct the spots when he came to detail my car, 2 weeks later we have not heard a word from him. I think his great reviews are his 11 friends who made up fake reviews. This is the first-ever detail we've had that didn't leave a mirror finish. Do what we are doing, find another detailer!

I came here based on friends' recommendations and I'm more than happy with the service and quality!…read moreI brought in my Acura Integra for the 5 year ceramic coating since I wanted to make my life easier with future washes. Mind you, I got the car brand new and detailed from the dealer, so I was expecting the paint to already be in almost perfect condition. Upon working on my car, Alex found some imperfections and consulted with me and asked about adding a paint correction. He was honest with me and walked me through everything he found with my paint, but never forced or made me feel pressured to add it on! It's my first time getting ceramic coating for a vehicle and I honestly don't regret it or bringing it to YG -- my car looks immaculate now! It looks so much better than the detailing the dealership did before they sold me the car. Also highly appreciate how flexible Alex is with drop off and pickup times! He also answered all my questions and gave me detailed instructions on car washes and recommended products. Will definitely be bringing back our other vehicles here in the future! Thank you again Alex and his team!

Alex took the entire subtrunk apart, traced the spill all the way down to the very bottom, and thoroughly cleaned the affected areas multiple times to make sure the milk residue was actually removed instead of just masking the smell. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about doing the job properly. Darren was also awesome. Both of them were super chill, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience way less stressful. Really glad I found them. Definitely recommend Alex and his team, especially if you're dealing with a difficult odor or spill that requires more than just a basic interior detail.
