Edvin at Vici worked his magic when it was time to turn in my existing lease and get a new car. Professional, honest and very knowledgeable when it came to the current leasing options for a new car I. I've dealt with brokers before and this by far the easiest car buying experience ever. I had a few cars in mind and they took care of the rest. I was quoted a firm monthly price and there was no back and forth and spending hours at a dealership. I was able to get a great deal and will definitely be referring people here forward. Too many times Yelp reviews are misleadingand inflated, especially when the people leaving the reviews have 1 review to their name. My car was delivered to the house and we signed the paperwork and that was it. We are never spending another minute at another car broker or dealership ever again and neither should you. Hands down VICI is best of the best auto brokers in the business! Zareh (Z) answered all of my questions and concerns and still managed to get me the car I always wanted. Ed, in the past had assisted my parents in leasing a car and my parents fell in love with him and his demeanor and the amazing service he provided, they insisted I use ED when my lease came up and boy am I glad I did. These guys are LEGIT! It has been more than a pleasure working with Jack, he made the transaction buttery smooth and delivered what he preached. My family and I had been looking to get my mom a new car and we stumbled upon Jack. Within a few words I knew he was very caring and compassionate in what he does. He got me the best possible deal on a fully loaded RX350 F Sport. September 2021 is a difficult time to buy a car due to low inventory at dealerships. My former broker at SMG recommended Vici to me. I called by phone and Edvin got me a quote within an hour with the exact car a family member of mine wanted to purchase. The car was available for delivery right away. The only glitch in the process was my aunt's hesitation to use a broker as she was used to purchasing cars from sales teams at dealers. Edvin was incredibly patient, didn't pressure us and even offered to meet us at the dealer where the car was available if my aunt wanted to see/drive it. He was so very responsive to every inquiry I sent. My aunt ended up buying a car off a dealer's lot where every car had a ridiculous markup above MSRP and she paid more than the deal that Edvin secured for her. *shoulder shrug* When I let Edvin know, he was incredibly understanding and kind. I was in the market for a new lease and I started calling dealerships and even went to a couple of them and I regretted every minute of it. I consider myself very patient but they were talking about minimum payment, then taxes then registration fees and docs fees and first payment and wear and tear protection and they wanted to run my credit before anything, which made me uncomfortable. I almost gave up. Luckily, a friend of mine said to use a broker and I did some digging and I found out about VICI auto. I spoke to Zee and he was so knowledgeable about all the cars and easy going and I was impressed from the get go. Zee explained the process to me and how easy it is to get a car and I was shocked. Spoke to him back and forth for a few days and I finally picked a car. Zee did all the paperwork for me and coordinated with dealership while I was at work. He delivered my car to my house when I got home and we were done in 10 minutes !!! I will always always use VICI and Zee as my go to auto leasing company. Vici I am a person who has a great lack of knowledge when it comes to cars and policies and etc. I knew I wanted an Infiniti this time around. Originally, I was going to walk into an Infiniti dealer, until one of my friends, recommended a broker. My broker, Edwin, was the one who I worked with. At first, he was very clear by asking me my expectations, my budget and options. After sharing my wants and needs, he was very transparent with me with each car model and the monthly payments. After giving him my two options, he finished the call. After 1 hour he gave me a call back and gave me the options. I mean I couldn't believe it! It was right in my price range and I was shocked I was going to pay such a low monthly for a Qx50!! Next, he asked me when I wanted the car, so I gave him the date and the time. Two days later, my car was in front of my building ready to go! Edwin was not only professional, but also patient with me, since I had A LOT of questions. He was also punctual, which could be an issue with many brokers especially with my past experiences. This is my second lease from Arlen, and I always appreciate his ability to get me exactly the car I had in my mind without knowing. This is what I call customer service! Made one phone call on a Sunday got the exact car that I wanted with all the features on following Tuesday for almost $100 less in monthly payments than what the dealer was offering me. Just license, fees, and first month's payment DAS (due at signing). I started the process on Sunday afternoon when they were closed and went to the dealership on the following Saturday to pick up the car. This was the most stress free car buying experience of all time for me. Once I told Sam about the make, model, and trim I wanted with no add-ons, he went to work getting me the best quote. There was a dealer that quoted $13 more than the first dealer and Sam tried to get the dealer to come down in price to match the first offer. He didn't so we went with the first dealer to lock in a low monthly payment plus tax. None of that "cap cost reduction" nonsense you see in the car dealer ads that fool you into thinking you got a deal. You are just prepaying the lease and lowering your monthly payments. The deal that Sam got me was low selling price for the car, standard residual (set by the bank), lease rebate, zero upsell. In fact, I just dealt with Sam 100% of the time. I got the contract emailed to me to sign. Sam met me at the dealership to sign a couple of DMV forms. I wrote the check to the dealership, then Sam drove the car out to the pick up area. ZERO CONTACT WITH ANYONE AT THE VW DEALERSHIP! No games at the finance desk, no wasted time going back and forth, honest selling price of car, and standard money rate with the lease. Sam basically shielded me from all the high pressure sales tactic and made sure I got the best deal. Do yourself a favor and hire a professional like Sam to battle the dealership. This was truly and EZ experience and there was no fee or bill from Sam.

Tips to the buyer or leaser: I strongly recommend women using this Auto Group broker. They are exceptional at understanding the needs and having multiple conversations until you are able to figure out which vehicle you want versus what you actually need. As this was my first time leasing a brand new car Garry helped to organize the structure of how to go about getting the vehicle. I think the only thing I would've liked that did not happen is that he would've been able to actually go down with me to get the car at the dealership in Culver City. Typically how it works is you do everything online! Garry does all the heavy lifting and negotiating and getting it down to a price that is within your budget or finding you a vehicle or having you wait until the time is right.
