I dropped my vehicle off while I was going out of town. When I returned, the car was not ready yet, as I had hoped to get it straight from the airport. I was thankful that they sent an Uber to take me back to the shop when the car was ready because I do not live close. It was only convenient to drop it there because it's not too far from IAH. Clunking sounds continued and now they tell me that the car needs new front struts for $4788 Seriously?? Why is this just now being diagnosed? I certainly wouldn't have done the front end work if I'd known - this is a 16 year old car! Additionally, I paid $200 for diagnosis of a check engine light: they said it was a valve of some sort on or near the emissions charcoal canister. That light came back on after a week and now they say it I must pay them to drop the gas tank to determine what's going on. Wtf..? Today I discovered that they rotated the wrong tires at this last disastrous visit: I asked they rotate the passenger side tires to isolate a problem but instead they rotated the driver's side. So, Instead of a wobble in my steering wheel at 65-70mph, I have a much worse one at 40mph! I really don't think that they know what they are doing!

( I had heard about this place from several close friends and needed some honest mechanic work) I talked to the young lady and told her that another shop had giving me a really high estimate ($1800.00) for the job and several days to do the job. One of the men in the group stepped out his conversation and introduced himself as Tino. He said it was his shop and that he would have his mechanic look at the car, and that estimate sounded a bit high. As I waited for the mechanics to look at the car I noticed that the group of people talking were all very friendly and seemed close. More to come. Well the guys finished looking at my car and Tino came to talk to me. He explained exactly what the problems were and gave me an estimate that was nearly half the other shop's price! I asked him how long it would take and he said they could start on it tomorrow if I wanted and would be done the same day!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I decided to leave my car with him and have my friend pick me up. I struck up a conversation with the group of people. As it turned out they were all his customers, and were long time customers. Which really shocked me. Here was a group of customers that were all on a really friendly and familiar basis with their mechanic? Wow, just wow. Some had known him and been customers for the past 15 years. So Tino called me the next day and told me my car was ready. I went to pick it up and it has run like a champ since! Thanks Tino!!!

I brought my car in for an early morning appointment to resolve a persistent pulling issue but my car sat untouched for hours, turning what should have been a straightforward visit into a 4 hour visit . It also took multiple trips for them to catch a defective tire that they had originally sold and installed back in June. To make matters worse, I was promised a call on Thursday when my replacement warranty tire came in, so I cleared my schedule. I never received a call, and when I had to call them down to check on it myself on Friday, I was told the tire had actually been sitting there. Auto shops get busy, I understand that, but making an appointment means nothing if your car sits all day, and breaking a promise to call a customer waiting on a repair is poor business. I appreciate them honoring the warranty coverage, but the communication and wait times need a lot of improvement.
