The breakfast tacos have a flavor I've never been able to get at home. I don't know how they cook everything! The 3am is by far my favorite taco with that breakfast sausage that tastes like real meat. I've also gotten the "beef" nachos maybe three times. I'm constantly craving those. The food truck park is a cute area with lots of tables and fans. The staff is always friendly and the food comes out fast even when they're busy.

Service The guy working the truck seemed to be high while taking our orders and making food. That must explain why tacos are $7, they were decently large and that runny age was good. It also took ages to make and get our food. I know vegan food does tend to take longer because of the care process, but this was another level. They did not call our names when the food was ready and it took ages. We even came to check on our food a few times and it was not ready. Ambiance Food truck in the middle of an empty lot. There are quite a few other trucks, but they were all pretty expensive. Bathrooms are decent onsite and there area few tables around the here you can eat. Honestly meh on the location and truck food.

Not only are they incredibly kind, but also very knowledgeable about the vegan options, and even keep all vegan prep separate from animal products. For the first time ever, I was able to try real tahdig, so thoroughly crispy that you can hear it crunch between the teeth of your dining companion across the table. Khoresh bademjan is typically made with lamb, but in this case, tender lentils carry the eggplant with enough meatiness that you'd never think the dish had ever been prepared differently. If you only get one thing, though, make it the ash reshteh. Don't be fooled by the size of the bowl; this is one hearty entree, absolutely packed with chickpeas, lentils, kidney beans, soft wheat noodles, and more herbs and spices than I could identify on a single spoon. I'm already plotting how I can recreate this at home, ASAP. There's even a vegan dessert! Sweet and sticky halva, which is rich enough to split four or five ways at least, if you weren't already stuffed from the main meal. It's a double-edged sword that it was so quiet on a Saturday night. No fight for a table or wait for service, but it worries me that there's almost no buzz for this family-owned business. Get out and support them, early and often!

First off, how do you have a tap room that doesn't have any beer on tap?? they were giving away complementary Dos XX because they had no beer or alcohol alcoholic drinks. There seems to be only two people working and it's quite chaotic. Everybody seemed very confused and seemed unsure of what their job was supposed to be. They brought out my banana pudding before they even brought out my food. And I'm still waiting on them to bring it back. I ordered the macaroni and burnt ends, and it lacked flavor altogether. I also or the collard greens, at first bite they seemed good but sadly it was so extremely salty that I couldn't take another bite. I also ordered the fried okra and it seems to have been the only thing that they didn't get wrong, but even they were slightly over salted. I'm extremely disappointed because I was really looking forward to a southern meal. And a little upset after the price I paid for it.

So happy to be returning at the brick & mortar place. Service is great, upon entering your order is placed at the front register and a number is provided to be placed on the table. The restaurant has a really cool vibe, nicely decorated, neat bar area with TV's. We started off with the Blaze & Glaze Brussels Sprouts, money mustard dipping sauce and wow these were amazing! I could drink the sauce! I had The Summit, so good. As a matter of fact the whole table had the Summit. It is really that good. I plan on returning for the Ridgeline Burger or The Lodge. I can't stop thinking about what I will order next!!! Definitely be returning. Highly recommend giving this place a try.

Up until it's final day Rebel Cheese has been excellent in food, atmosphere, and service. The space was always clean and there were plenty of foodstuffs to peruse in their store. On more than one occasion I got myself a bit of snacky vegan deliciousness to go. It wasn't all cheese, there were sauces, spreads, and sugary treats too. Every single cashier has been kind and friendly. The food always came out fresh and hot. Online ordering is easy and my products arrived right on time. No complaints! This is a great place to at least try to make the switch to vegan cheese. There are plenty of options and everything is flavorful.

Being a mail order customer isn't for the faint of wallet because it makes sense to order at least six cheeses at a time, and that's not a small amount of money. Trying to factor in the timing is also part of the experience. Some of their cheeses can be frozen, and some are recommended to not be, like the brie. They recommend consuming the cheeses within 7 days of opening. It's just my husband and me in the household, so finishing a whole package of cheese in a week's time could be daunting. Speaking of the brie, it wasn't my favorite of the selection I received, which was a curated collection of Lorie's from Shark Tank. When we first got the delivery Dear Hubby and I set up a charcuterie tray for ourselves as a late lunch / early dinner. So many wonderful tastes! It was a delightful experience to mix the cheeses with crackers, salamis, Mediterranean olives, and fruit / jam. The sweet chevre offering was divine. Might have been my favorite. We opened four of the cheeses to sample them and left two for later. It's been wonderful for me to have better vegan cheeses than what the local grocery stores tend to stock. Real flavor! Real creaminess! With the holidays approaching, I'm considering when to place another order to carry me through the time when having special cheese would add to the edible side of the season.

I had the hibiscus tea and it was delicious as well. The person at the register was super helpful and explained everything. They had a menu of the day so everything was made fresh. The menu was hand written! We were able to sit outside under a covered area which was nice when the rain came down a bit. It was a lovely day to sit outside in the evening. I will say the Casa De Luz restaurant itself was a little bit confusing, I didn't know that everyone basically got the same food and that you had to order at the front and then go wait in the line. It was a bit confusing/hard to get assistance from employees with how to order our food. However, once we got our food it was so delicious and I finished my plate. The vibes were absolutely amazing, very peaceful, spatious, beautiful. After we finished our food me and my partner spent about another hour walking around the area and checking out all the little shops. Very very cool and I would totally come back.
