I love the robe (wondering where I can buy it haha) and once you've undressed and put the robe on then Margot does an assessment of your skin. I appreciate that she's not judgmental of bad habits. She lets you know what you should be doing to care for your skin, but she's never said negative things about my preferred products. She says the goal is that I feel good because all skin is different. The products she used all felt great on my face, I love the arm massages, and the price is spot on for the service.
